Nancy and her daughter did a FANTASTIC job grooming our shihtzu and bichon shihtzu. Very friendly and great prices. Actually we're able 2 do dewclaws and nails!!! That's a big plus for us and savings from vet prices for nails. Ty so much for the friendly services services

She was very professional and talented with her cuts. Right off i20 exit 44. I got my 3 month old teacup poodle cut for the very first time and my small handful looks sporting, I can 👀 her and she can now see 👀METHANKS ALL BREED GROOMING BY NANCY.We will see yall next time.

Posting this for a friend: my friend went here earlier, and this is what happened to his dog. She is a golden retriever. My friend wanted a trim for his dog. He specifically said a trim. This is how his dog came back. Shaven. Any groomer should know that golden retriever should not be shaved. Especially during the summer because that can cause skin problems and sun burns to happen. Not only was the dog shaved, her quip got cut and the dog was BLEEDING. So much so that it had to be wrapped twice over to protect the dogs paw. I don’t understand how someone could do this to a dog and think it is okay and would be willing to put their name on it. On top of that, the lady forgot to give my friend the collar back. I don’t recommend this person at all, and advise anyone to stay away. This poor dog is in pain because of what was done.

Nancy bathed and clipped the nails of ou ZACK for a very good price. We had to return him to shelter-he was just too much for us old folks. We checked on him after a few days, and he had already been rehomed. We will always love him. It makes me cry to talk about him. 4 stars, because nobody's perfect. But, Nancy comes close.

Nancy was amazing with my little fellow and he was in very rough condition when I took him to her, as soon as she took him in her arms I could tell he was comfortable and when I picked him up he was a happy camper comfortably roaming around her yard. I really appreciated her for taking me when I was in a crunch and also being so kind and humble. Despite my dogs condition which consisted of matting and really long nails etc Nancy was still so reasonable with her prices! Thanks Again and We'll be back!

My bichon looked great when I picked him up and he was in a good mood.Edit: Samson passed away a few months ago. I have started using her for Taz yorkie brother. She did just as great with him as she did with Samson. He is usually stressed out after grooming but he seemed pretty upbeat when I picked him up.Edit: last 2 times I picked my dog up from here she smelled like pot and was covered in loose hairs and still half wet.

No smoke dog smell for once in my life when taking a dog to a groomer! Kristi's k-9 was booked till almost July, their prices have skyrocketed and the dogs come out covered in perfume over smoke or a strange smell. I'm thrilled to have found a new groomer that is reasonable in price to allow me to leave a tip! I will be going back for sure ! Give this lady a try you will not regret it !!!
