The East Main St in Laurens location is helpful and efficient. Giving this low rating for the new location on N. Harper St. . The woman answering the phone just kept giving the runaround with no answer to when the RX would be ready until I insisted to speak with the pharmacist. My family member was out of the medication for 2 days. Four trips to the pharmacy to get it. Really?

Terrible communication. They couldn't get my sons medicine refilled (because it's on a backorder for them) so they just kept telling us it would be the next day for a week until he's out of medication. Then they tell us it's a national back order, no one has it.Call the doctor (after hours by this point) and they say no it must just be a them thing, but they can't transfer controlled substances after hours. They'll get the prescription moved in the morning to another pharmacy.Now my Child will be taking end of year tests without his medication because of their lack of communication! I'm beyond upset. I get it....you don't care about the people you serve....but this is my son and I do!!!Ps.....I only had to go up there after waiting in hold for over an hour trying to talk to someone.

After many terrible experiences with CVS, I finally made the switch to this Walgreens location and I am so thankful that I did. Hannah in the pharmacy went above and beyond to help me get to the bottom of a situation. I am so thankful for incredible employees of this location!

Doctor called in prescriptions on a Tues; went in on Thursday and they only had 1 of the prescriptions ready, the other was on order and I could pick it up the next day. Called again on Monday to find out through their automated system that it was still on order. Called again to speak to pharmacy personnel and was told, quite rudely, that their deliveries come in on Friday and that's when I could pick it up. I pointed out that it was called in on Tuesday and this was now Monday and that it should've already been delivered. She told be to hang on and she would check again. When she got back on the line after a while, she said she could get it from another Walgreens and that I could pick it up the next day. Why couldn't they have done. that right away, I would have had my prescription on time? Wouldn't recommend. Very rude.

The employees at this location is so rude in the drive thru. I’m bout to see who I can contact about the employees there like corporate office. Bout to change pharmacy asap!!!! I wouldn’t gave them no star only because I couldn’t post without give them a star

Aggravating trying to get prescriptions filled at Walgreens on East Main St Laurens SC. This became my pharmacy when I moved to Laurens county in 2017 from previously dealing with Greenwood. Everything was satisfactory at first.In 2020 it became difficult to get prescriptions without them being ordered each month even though they were on automatic renewal.I constantly had issues with associates telling me insurance would cover prescriptions on a particular date only to find out they were not and occasionally an associate saying they did not know how to find out the date I could pick them up.There were other little issues like my prescription being given in a different milligram because they didn't have it in stock.Then yesterday, I called in a refill and needed an over the counter drug also. The associate said she would have it ready at the window for someone to pickup for me. Needless to say, it wasn't there.Although they are in a convenient location, I need to find a less conveniently located pharmacy with less aggravation.

Incredibly rude staff member working near the pharmacy who called me out like I was a toddler for bouncing a ball three or four times to test the lights before buying it.When I looked at her, confused as to why she'd address me so loudly and rudely, she put her hands on her hips and repeated herself.Flabbergasted, I just gave her the thumbs up to let her know I understood and she walked away while proclaiming that I was a child...I'm uh, I'm a grown man.Absolutely won't be coming back to this location.

I absolutely love the pharmacy staff. They help in anyway they can! The pharmacist goes above and beyond to help with my meds any way she can! Laurens Walgreens will always be my pharmacy pick!

Refused to fill medication!!! Said it was invalid. Called dr office and the dr office had no idea about it and said Walgreens did not call them. The dr office was confused on what the problem was as well. Very unprofessional and could not give me a valid explaination in details only kept saying its invalid. I wouldn't recommend to anyone to get meds filled here if they are incompetent on explaining to customers the problem. Very vague.

I always like going to Walgreens they have a good variety and I rather go in there than Walmart I enjoy looking at what all they do have and everyone is friendly and helpful the store and restrooms are always clean it is also well lite up in there very bright making things easy to see better and they have a lot on the clearance aisle
