We have taken our dogs here a few times. They know our pups by their names . Well, when we call they get an attitude when they find out who it’s for. We have apparently missed two appointments in which the second one I know for a fact I had the date correct. If you had loyal clients, why not call them if they missed the appointment or maybe send out reminders for upcoming appointments? They are extremely rude when we go there & after today, we will not return. I believe they lied and just didn’t want to groom them. Charge us more if that’s the case , we don’t mind paying, very unprofessional & don’t recommend.

I took my dog Ollie for the first time because my regular groomer was booked. I was SO SURPRISED at how well they groomed him from brushing his teeth to cleaning his ears!! He smelled soooooooo Good!! I found myself a new groomer !!!!

Ms. Victoria and her staff have been taking care of my schnauzers for many years. She is always available to answer questions. She and her staff treat my 3 dogs as if they were her own. I never worry about my pups when they are with her. I hope she never retires. She is one of 7 master groomers in the state!

We board our cat with Victoria. He's older now and more vulnerable. They take excellent care of him, and he seems to thrive in their care. We get pictures of him from Victoria while we are away, and are able to see him now and then when we are out of town.

Was told by my vet that Victoria was a good dog groomer, tried and our vet was right, she is a great person and she took great care of our dog, will always use her.

My puppy seems to enjoy her time there. The staff is very friendly and I always see pics of my pup on their fb page. They seem very pet oriented and want to make sure they are comfortable and happy.

Victoria's is the only place we choose to board and groom our pets. Victoria treats us and our pets like family. They are very pampered and spoiled when going for their bath and grooming. We love it here and wouldn't go anywhere else

Had been taking our dog there for7 plus yrs. And never had a problem till a year ago when I went to pick him up by the way nobody called me like they always have done so I called to see if he was ready for pick up and they told me yes so when I got there they didn't bring him out till abt a few minutes so I asked if he was ready and I was told yes again so she went to get him and he had a wet place on his face and he had been shaved straight down tha middle of his back really low so I got him home he was quiet so I called back and I was told tha lady that groomed him had left. And oh yeah a big poodle was trying to get him named Scarlett and that lady said Scarlett no I told yu to leave him alone🤔🤔🤔 so I kept trying to get in touch with Victoria I had no luck and one day I called back and that's when she told me to take my dog to his vet I knew then something went wrong while he was in their care I was very disappointed in Victoria because if I had been a mean person I would have took her to court because I know something happened to my sweet dog but I didn't have any proof. So I give them no stars I had to give one in order to post. But Victoria shame on yu Nd yur staff.😠😠👎👎👎🖕

This shop informed me that they will not allow pits in. I have a handicapped 5 year old little girl that needs her nails trimmed. How can animal workers be breed specific? They are more knowlegable than the majority of society. How can they be breed specific ignorant?No large breeds? I see a pic in your reviews of a Large Breed...

Wonderful with my older rescue, who had a bad grooming experience. Also, took plenty of time with me before to find out what I wanted and plenty of time afterwards explaining what they did, why, and to make sure I was pleased.

Worst people every husband having bypass surgery need a place for a dog to stay for a week maybe more and can't even help for someone to pay for a week instead u still want me to pay 20 a day.... I could fly one of his kids down here to watch her for that price.
