Always get my dog food there, they actually have better prices the Walmart on top of the line dog food. I am a fan of Victor kibble, I seen a huge difference in my dogs energy level, youthfulness and coat within days of switching. I have large breed blue nose pit bulls and a lilac pit bull who is very sensitive to dog food. Most seem to make him have dry itchy skin , not Victor.. and this is the best priced I've seen. Join the rewards n one day you'll go in and a 50lbs bag will be on the house... So the rewards eventually pay off!

I don't recommend this store at all. I put my keys in my pocket and was making sure my debit card was in my pocket at the same time and I got surrounded like I was shoplifting. I work in retail and in a way bigger company than tractor supply. That could have been handled alot different and the woman didn't have to sound so rude. I will definitely take my business elsewhere

Just moved to the area a month ago went in to ask about the dog wash, when we asked a young lady named Gabby for information, she let us know they didn't have that service there and that she thought 2 other stores did, we thanked her and continued to shop, literally about 10 minutes or so later she actually Tracked us down and gave us the locations of the stores that did have the pet wash and all the details, so wow great customer service and for someone of her generation to really step up, and care about her job and customer 😀 great stuff! Staff was helpful and offered substitutions for something we could not find. Floor was clean and had a good variety of many items I was surprised to see there such as house hold items and just small things for decor or other peculiar but interesting outdoor items.

Honestly I just had 2 young men helping me and truly was very patient & kind to me. I knew nothing about owning piglets but they helped me so much. I left with more stuff then I went in for. Great customer service.

Went there looking for plumbing tape which costs about $2.00 came out spent $80.00, the only reason that happened was because of Christina Eubanks the store manager. OUTSTANDING customer service which this particular store needed. She was so nice and knowledgeable, the company did the right thing promoting this young lady. Will continue to shop this location a lot more.Thank You Christina!!!!

ALWAYS ALWAYS HELPFUL NO MATTER WHAT!!!!This store BY FAR AND WIDE!!! IS the ABSOLUTE 💯 BEST STORE and location in this ENTIRE COMPANY or at the very least the entire upstate of South Carolina!!!! Last time I was in the Mauldin location,... there were NO I mean NONE NAIRN NOT A SINGLE SOLITARY PERSON ONE to walk up to help me or even ask me if I could use help finding anything until I had already done fount it myself!!! Honest to God it's the very truth 🙏 I swear it. Products were almost all gone far as the cat food and several others not to mention way too many employees in comparison with other locations and in proportion to the few customers I've seen in the store. Old way of saying it "too many chiefs and not enough Indians " not crazy bout that one and feel it a little bit racist from my Native American Cherokee Nation blood and heritage that flows in my veins but in order to make my point may make it easier to do so. Sorry my Great Cherokee Nation Brothers and Sisters who may be offended by the statement I ask for your forgiveness.

We moved to the area June 2021. We have shopped at Tractor Supply in Laurens on a number of occasions since our move. Last week we bought baby chicks. To be honest, I dreaded it. In Virginia it was always so hard to get someone to help. We had my puppy with us because we were trying to get a number of things done while we were out. As usual the staff at this lovely store were amazing. The lady was happy to help me with my chicks. Another lady took time to make sure we were being taken care of. They were so great to my puppy. Check out was fast and friendly as usual. You know how stores always ask if you found everything you needed? Once I was shopping alone because my husband was building fence. The fence staples he wanted weren’t in stock and I told her I hated I had to go somewhere else. She called someone and learned the staples had come in on a truck. They brought them up for me. Most of the time employees are only asking because they are scripted to do so. At Laurens Tractor Supply they are incredibly nice, kind, smart, professional and really good at their job. I can be a tough customer to please sometimes when people do not do their job or just don’t care. I was in management a very long time. I know good people when I see them and there are some real gems on this team

I love Tractor Supply! The day I went they were short-staffed. Had a hard time finding somebody to help me. It was just this one store. I just have to stop in cuz I was passing by. I do love the variety and the items they carry. But sometimes a girl needs help.

Folks working at the two I frequent are always very helpful. The one in Mauldin and in Laurens. Prices jumped when they renovated the stores. Dog food I buy went up almost $10 a bag. Everything has gone up though. Would recommend both stores.

I was in Laurens county on a job site, and needed a certain piece of equipment. With not many other options close by, I called Tractor Supply to ask if they had what I needed. Both associates I spoke to on the phone were incredibly helpful and grateful for my business.When I arrived at the store, I quickly found what i needed. The store was clean, well stocked, and organized. The cashier was kind and very quickly got me enrolled in their customer loyalty program.The entire experience was a pleasure, and I will absolutely return.

Terrible experience. Went into the store at 7:30pm on Saturday. Employee came out with her friend sat up front and smoke a vape. I was waiting with no help for minutes. When she came in she rang me up quickly, checked her social media and left the register before myself. Come out and she’s sitting on the ground on her phone. I have now called the store 7 times and no answer because she is still out front with her friend. I would rather drive to maudlin to get better service than to come here again.

I found a tool that I think will cut back pampas grass. I haven't tried it yet. I am going to wait until it's cooler weather. I like the store they carry a good variety of item.

From feed, clothing, lawn care, automobile accessories and everything else in between Tractor Supply has it. The store has a large variety of items but online has 20 times the amount. Curbside pick up is always quick. I love the decor and if you check in regularly you can get some excellent deals. Some things are overpriced but that's where you watch for the sales.
