This place is a joke, and my biggest gripe is that they never follow their listed hours of operation. Some nights they close at 9:35, other nights 9:45, but you'll NEVER catch them closing at 10pm like they have listed. Avoid this store at all costs.

No Management..none with Management skills anyway. Regional Management could care less, it seems, or Family Dollar period. Their stores open and close whatever time they feel like it. They keep laying that blame on "people don't want to work" excuse. Alot of people do want to work. Just not for bad Management and ridiculously low pay. This review is just on the 2 in Laurens. And you can't count on either of them to be opened from one visit to the next.

It was awful IStood waiting 20 minutes to be checked out because the girl was in the bathroom on her phone and the whole time while checking me out very bad customer service I won't be back!!

They are great at this store. Great customer service. The associate who helped me went above and beyond to find me what I needed. Just great overall.

Mostly friendly staff but a couple of the staff on my last 2 visits there were very rude and in bad moods. Not just to me but several other shoppers. Always merchandise blocking isles.
