Place is just old and run down. They should shut it down sell the building and merge stores cause the one across town is 1000× better. With all that experience that store manager has you think it would be better. Seems like they need more training. But I'm sure the SM will just cook the books in their favor. Lying to the government is or atleast should be a crime. Shouldn't be in a position of power if you can't do your job properly.

I don't usually go to this store as it's usually very dirty. Not just messy but legit gross.I go to Clinton or the other Dollar tree on the other side of Laurens.Well went in there today for somthing really quick since I needed to get back home and as soon as I walk in the smell of mold and mildew was overpowering. My nose was itching and eyes watering.I feel bad for anyone that has to work in this store. This can't be healthy!

Good luck getting hired there also be careful. The store manager would say your hired and want to take pix with her phone of your SSN and driver's license to have a background check done then never give a start date. A bit fishy there.

Wonderful staff. The store is well stocked. The only time I have seen it messy is when customers destroy it. Don't be apart of them problem.

Unclean and very cluttered store. Good customer service is a thing of the past. Asked for help two times…the first employee acted like she was helping me and then walked outside and started smoking…the second employee, who said she was the manager, walked in the back to check stock and stayed back there for 10 minutes…strange.

I like this location because it offers different items than the other location in the Laurens County area. Even though this location stays cluttered and unorganized I love the staff. I’ve never had a negative experience other than the line getting a little long. The staff are usually pretty quick and efficient with getting customers in and out at check out. I really think this store could use as overnight to clean and organize

The most organized dollar store i have been to in years. Great variety, easy to find things, and great customer service. Empolyees are doing a wonderful job!!

This one is definitely not one of the better ones. It's a bit trashed with product all over the place while at the same time having empty shelves on just about every aisle. They seemed to have enough employees around, so I'm not completely sure why they would have such a trashed looking store. It has been the holidays though, so maybe if I go in there again in the near future they will have cleaned up and properly stocked since the real big holiday season is over. Hope so, I really hate having to say too much negative about a place.

I go to the Clinton store, it is clean. Dollar Tree in Laurens is well stocked but is very dirty inside and on the outside. Is a shame, the other stores on the same block are clean both inside and out. Maybe lack of help.

I love the Dollar Tree!!! You can always find what you're looking for when it comes to decorating, birthdays, Easter, any holiday. There's always ample supply

The cashier and I arrived at check-out at the same time. I put my things on the counter. The cashier started scanning my things. No hello. No how are you. Nothing. Then.......when everything was totaled, he just stood there. Didn't tell me how much I owed or anything, he just stood there. (I could see how much it was but it was his job to tell me). Maybe he needs a sensitivity training class. cause this not the first time he has acted like this.

I enjoy shopping at Dollar Tree. The prices are great. the choices are good. The people that work there are fantastic. Paulette was my cashier and she was very pleasant and helpful.

Good service dirty store with trash and items all in the Isles. One person working but not very busy. Could add another person or get the manager to run the register while the associate cleaned..

Sign on door says they open at 9AM. It is now 9:45AM and door locked. No one answers phone either. How can you run a business like this?

Dollar tree in Laurens sc has great deals!And I'm glad it's here in Laurens.BUT...the store is ALWAYS DIRTY!Paper and dirt always THERE!Unpackage freight always in the asiles.Floor workers NEVER SEEN, BUT HEARD IN THE BACK STORE ROOM.The back door WIDE OPEN!OTHER WISE ITS ALRIGHT.It just looks like a GOOD WILL WITH STUFF ALL IN DISARRAY.ALL TANGLED UP.

This store always has what i need. I can get in and out quick and get the things my family needs at a low cost. Most of the staff is very friendly. It's practically my second home lol.

I love to shop here. They always have the electrolyte waters in the sports bottle I like to take to work. They also have kitchen decor I enjoy the options available.

Filthy! Clutter everywhere, torn paper all over the floors, and the floors looked as if they hadn't been cleaned in weeks. It's never clean or properly organized when I visit this location.

I can tell you they need to get someone in there to clean. That Dollar tree is the most dirty store I have ever seen or been it. It is very unorganized. You can't ever get down the isles.

I did find everything I needed from here. Only giving today's visit 3 stars because the cashier never smiled and barely spoke two words to me while continuing a conversation with the previous customer she checked out. I personally find this to be very rude & very poor customer service.
