Large gas station with lots of gas pumps and parking. The restrooms were large and clean. Discount gas if you’re paying with cash. McDonalds located inside gas station but we didn’t order any food. Line was long, but cashiers were quick.

Not about gas station, But BE CAREFUL!This is where the scammers come in.This is usually a Man, he has a woman in his car and a child in the back. These are gypsies. He asks to buy a ring (like gold, but it's a fake) because he has no money (he lost his wallet, for food, and so on).They drove up to us today 2 times in 5 minutes! Say you call the police.Take care of yourself!

The store was very clean and presentable. I stopped at 4 stars because the live was quite long with only 1 register open. But the lady was very nice and pleasant to deal with.

Allegedly the plumbing was malfunctioning on 7/31/21, and the bathrooms were not working but the sinks were to wash your hands only. Well, unfortunately I witnessed an elderly gentleman defecate himself at the gas pumps. I felt so bad for him. He obviously planned to use the bathroom and get gas but did not know the bathrooms would not be functioning. His poor wife had to clean him while he just stood there outside for everyone to witness that. I felt so bad for them and I wish there was something I could’ve done to help. If it was truly a plumbing issue, you would think with shell being a large company they could have got it fixed urgently. Therefore I’m complaining to corporate about this because that man should not have had to suffer this tragedy.

For anyone in a wheelchair this restroom is very clean. Easily assessable. Staff at the register was super friendly. If you're traveling I-95 in any direction I recommend this as a not so populated.

Pumps have a history of not working regularly. Shift changes are not done properly, who shuts down sales to do a shift change. They charge extra for credit card users to offset the charge the get for accepting them (didn't know that was legal). Only benefit is getting a discount for using the fuel rewards program. Mc Donalds staff is WONDERFUL, the have always gone out of there way to make a customer happy. My experience anyway.

What kind of shell franchise doesn't accept debit/credit cards. Then when you go to give them cash they cant break a $100 bill. This place is a joke. If you want outstanding service go across the street to the Circle K where they have pumps that work, they have a friendly staff, and they actually have a credit/debit system that works.

I love this gas station , the staff was incredible. There were two women that work there that no longer are there now but they were so nice to me. I felt like I was going to my local corner store they knew my name and spoke often. I drive back and forth from Hope Mills North Carolina to Marion County and I stop every so many days to get gas. They recommended me getting the fuel reward card and that was a God-sent. That's the only gas station I go to in South Carolina. There's a McDonald's connected.

We know Shell gas is amongst the best. This location has the worst staff. The assistant manager did not want to tell the employee how to key in my rewards number. Then she got upset when I told the employee how type the number in. She said don't listen to him he is no professional. I rebutted actually I owned a Shell. I do in fact know how to use the Ruby system and rewards system. ... she was steamed. Then when my wife went in to get the change and receipt they same assistant said she does not know how to print a receipt. I again went in and she said she had to much of a line to print receipts. Then she slammed it on the counter top. Here is your damned receipt.Next time I am using the BP Across the street

Both times I came here, (lunch at McDonald's) staff at Shell very rude. I once came in to buy a lottery ticket just to be told they cannot sell them (shift change), then today tried to cash in a 75 ticket to be told don't have the money. Why be in the business if you cannot perform the business. Both times very rude. Will go to BP across the street with Subway from now on.

They mislead people with the price. The big sign shows 2.19$ per gallon.,but the small one says “ if you pay cash”. If you pay by card you will have a price 2.27$. Looks very weird(((. I have faced the first time with it.

Great staff at this location. Someone abandoned a sweet dog here, and the employees were feeding him and looking out for him. Hope that dog found someone to take him home.
