Nice! Plenty of car/truck parking. 112 truck spaces an 12 reserved (make reservations online and can use your points). Lot is spread out and spacious. Hamburgers and hotdogs. There is also a Wendy's. Food was hot and tasty. Showers, washers and dryers. Staff was great! Parked next to a gorgeous rig and trailer with Transformers motif. "Be a Beacon of light so others can find their way. Safe and happy travels".

I must give Timothy and his entire staff 5 stars. Tom is an awesome manager. He enteracats with his customers and that is a huge plus. The team on this shift are all kind and polite. Great job, Tim. Keep training this generation.

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. I left my wallet in the driver shower and 5 minutes later went back to get it and was told it wasn’t left there and I KNOW IT WAS. It was taken by either the cleaning man, Mr. Danny, or the Store Manager who would not look at me when I was inquiring about my wallet and was very short with me on the phone when I would call and ask questions.Beware of this location, Pilot/FlyingJ #4584 in Latta,SC….. they are dishonest!!!

Great one stop shop. We used it to fill up our diesel truck while pulling our 5th wheel.Key Notes:- Showers available, you can reserve one on the Pilot app.- Can reserve parking spots for big trucks.- Bathrooms are available with child changing table. They seemed to be taken care of.- Dairy Queen and Wendy's is attached to the Pilot itself.- Diesel pumps are located in the back behind the gas station itself.- Plenty of space for parking and/or over night stay.- Dunkin Donut items available such as 🍩 and ☕.- South Carolina souvenirs are available for purchase.- Truckers can fill up on DEF at all diesel stations.- Cat Weight Scale is available at this location.

Good gas station for a pit stop. Clean bathrooms, lots of parking, a Wendy’s for food and all the good stuff at a Truck Stop. Their drink selection is a little limited and a small beer selection, but all the shelves are always stocked with food and snacks.When riding I95 this is our stop of choice.

This place is not for pro drivers. We are cdl holder’s. When we renew our license we have to wait for them to come in, we can log into our state app to verify our license is current. Educate your employees so a driver don’t have to waste their time at ur store!!! Leave this pos of a pilot and go right across the road to a flying J and a manger override the system. Ur staff is poorly trained and it shows.. pro driver Go to the flying j across the street, better showers, coffee and everything else. Let the 4 wheelers have this dumb to them self!! Flying j breakfast sandwiches is better than the Wendy’s at this place.. smfh I will never stop at this place ever again!!!

Pilot has multiple stores up and down interstate 95 and they are at the top of their game with the amount of merchandise they have available for purchase. Pilot is one of my favorite places to stop whenever I travel or just commuting back and forward to work. They have very nice employees and their store is always clean along with an exceptional restroom. If you haven't stopped into a Pilot today please do so and see for yourself how polite Pilot is.

These truck stops are a modern day joke. Is it to hard to put ventilation in the showers or does that cut into your bottom line? No, a rotating fan isn't ventilation. No cold water in shower. Either hot or very warm. Therefore you're getting a steam bath, now you need to go to a legitimate truck stop to get a real shower.

Did my 10Hr Reset at this location Showers are very clean and well maintained. Parking lot is clean. Store inside is very clean. Associates greet you and welcome you with a smile. Excellent customer service.

Im new to the trucking industry but not new to pilot. There's alot of parking spaces available for truck drivers at this location and the shower are always clean and the lines are usually short.

It was kinda busy at 11:30pm but fueled quickly and could still find a parking spot. Shower was available right away and it was clean. The two cashiers were really friendly.

Service has gone way down here. This visit soda machine out of order, hot chocolate machine out of order, Dairy Queen permanently closed and long line due to slow cashiers. Lucky that Buckees opened down the road.

Pilot is an excellent place to stop when traveling. There are clean restrooms and showers. They have good coffee. There is a great selection of drinks and snacks for everyone.I will give them a big thumbs up!

I commend the staff for being very helpful when I recently stopped at this Pilot 2 weeks ago. My new (used) car indicator lights had gone on, and I asked to speak with a mechanic. I was told there were none there, but they wrote down the names and numbers of nearby mechanic shops. (As it was early in the morning, neither of these shops were yet open.) However, a young man who worked at the Pilot's Wendy's cafe generously helped me by looking under the hood and assuring me that the engine seemed fine and just needed oil. He was right, and my roadtrip progressed without further trouble. As a senior female, driving an unfamiliar car, I was very thankful to receive this support from the Pilot staff!

The manager was great. The reason I give this place a low rating is after we left my daughter told me 2 other employees approached her and offered her money to leave with them she is a 16 year old girl. We were broke down in our rental car and the manager was helping me arrange getting the new car. I was shocked when I found that out. The place itself was clean but all men there they need a few women. Maybe the day we were there it was only men scheduled. The manager did everything in his power to get us on our way. Thank you for that.

I became homeless about 3 weeks ago and been living in my car I had some money but was holding to it tightly hadn't showered in 8 days a(I usually shower at least 2 to 3 times a day) Soo tired of living in my sweat and stench so finally said enough and used their shower I was amazed at how clean everything was they give you a big fresh toweland washcloth and cotton mat to step on their is a toilet ,sink with mirrorand tiled bench to sit down on the water was nice and hot I thoroughly enjoyed getting clean again best $12 I ever spent felt like a million bucks when I left ! hope I don't need it again but wouldn't hesitate to go back again !

One of the nicest bathrooms I have been in. A 6ft person could easily look over the stall. Other than that the bathroom is very clean!

You will not find a better road trip stop than a pilot gas station! HUGE selection of road trip comfort items. From food to drink to CAFFEINE to travel pillows and chargers. The atmosphere at this location was clean and friendly. Service was as good as I've had at pilot gas stations. Great people watching too.

It's a good place to stop and rest for a few minutes or so. They have almost anything you may be needing and also some nice food options. Restrooms are clean and sanitary and well kept. Always very busy there

Non handicap employee in handicap stall & would not come out. She finally told me to go to cashier & ask to be let in the shower stall to go to bathroom. Obviously they need more than 1 handicap stall.
