This store needs to do some firing and rehiring. The dread head manager is definitely the reason your business has gone down hill. She is very rude. This behavior is just disgusting. My family n I will no longer be shopping at this store until something is done. And I will continue to spread the word. Awful! Awful!! Awful!!!Do Not spend your money at this store.

I have never seen a Manger cuss out the employee for taking change from a customer because it wasn't rolled up.. he had that cashier lady crying saying he will fire her a$$ in front of the whole store and was about to cuss the customer out .. I will never go back to store 104 .. No Manger has the right to talk to that cashier like a dog!!! And stand over her cussing like that had no respect for anyone because he's a Manger!!

There is a employee that parks in the front parking space. My dad is handicap and can’t hardly walk. This employee that was working today 3/16/2022. Was on the phone the entire time I was in the store on 2 separate visits today. He boyfriend drives a blue car was in the store standing around. She was saying the F word ever other word that came out of her mouth. I had my little girl with me both trips. One of my friends was in there as well with her children. She is very nasty acting. This isn’t the first time. It is every time she works. I have decided I am not going there if she is working. I think her name is Keely or Kaylee or something like that. She is rude. I hope this can be addressed. Until it is. I want be shopping there!

If I had the option I would give them a negative star. The cashier gave us the wrong cigarettes and as soon as we got in the car realized and went back in to get the right ones and the cashier said she couldn’t exchange them when she is the one who grabbed the wrong pack. The store is nasty and dirty. Cashiers are rude and this isn’t the first time this has happened. If you want to work in a store make sure you listen or ask the customer if that’s the right then before ringing it up. That’s just good customer service which some people don’t have.

We go here all the time to pick up a few thing for the house instead of going all the way to Walmart. Staff is friendly and helpful specially when they are fully staffed.only time thr store is really in a mess is when they have a trucks come and short on staff. Just because you walk in and see stuff every where on those days doesn't mean it's always like that

Technically I would not even give the store one star it's filthy it's nasty you can barely get down the aisles there's so much junk laying all over the floors on carts everywhere every time I go in their cashiers are standing behind the register on their phones if there just happens to be more than one person working then they're talking to each other nothing ever gets done in the store fifty shades of grey it's awful apparently this company don't pay any attention to what the insides of these stores look likebut then again the one right up the road is so clean and neat the people are wonderful but your Langley store has to have something done about that

The cashier's some are very unfair I've seen with my own eyes the one in Langley sc, I don't wanna go into details,and then most workers don't know where items are in the store.You can't walk in the store cause the isle are messed up with boxes and green carts everywhere and nobody can help you find things they don't even know you gotta look yourself

The manager at this store is very rude!!! Rudely told my mother to not come back to the store asking for cash back. Employees are working with their toddler running around the store. Managers taking merchandise out the store near closing time.
