Hot spot charged my card twice. $66.34. the phone number listed is non working. So $66.34 plus $66.34. their goes the money for my children's Christmas. No way to get in touch with store it happened. Even corporate is unreachable.

I come to this location often mostly after work and get gas and other items. I have NEVER had an issue. I purchased some drinks from there and the price listed was not what I was charged and I wasn't aware until I had left. I called to make them aware an young man answered and even checked prices and confirmed the 10 dollar difference for me. He then passes the phone to the young lady who checked out my items and I wasn't calling to blame her or anything she immediately was offended and was super rude. Explaining she gave me correct change which she did but the wrong prices are listed so I was charged more. Not her fault. She said if it's that big of deal just come back than hung up on me. I have tried to reach a manger they said one is not on duty. So just making sure y'all check your prices and don't lose out on any money. It was an honest mistake by labels not her fault but she would rather argue than help. Not satisfied this time around.

I’m not usually one to complain. But I shop the Landrum hotspot pretty much every day. When i go in during the day there’s usually something to snack on, but when i go in the later part of the evening an run in for a burger or a hotdog I’ve began to see a pattern. When Ms Stephanie is working the evening shift there’s always plenty of cheeseburgers, chicken, etc. seems as though when the other crews are working there’s never any hot food! If there is it’s timed out an the bread is so hard you would chip a tooth. NEVER any chili and half of the time the hotdogs on the grill are shriveled up a look absolutely disgusting. I’m not here to talk bad on anyone but i will definitely take this as a good Opportunity to give Ms Stephanie a shout out. Firstly , there’s always hot food when she’s there, 9 out of 10 times there’s even good chili for the hotdogs there’s even chicken sandwiches and bbq sandwiches. Furthermore, She’s always kind!! Very welcoming!! Will actually conversate as she’s cashing you out!! And there’s always a big smile on her face!!! She’s definitely an exemplary employee! If you ever lose her it would definitely not help the business!! I love the hotspot but when she’s not there you can pretty much take the convenience part out of the store name.

The new manager is no better than the last. She is just as rude as the last. She has some good people working for her and she is running them off. No wonder the turn over rate at this location is so high. The only time the cooler is stocked up is when Randall is there. The new person stocking the cooler when he is not there is not as good. I have had to ask for drinks and got attitude when I did. When I tried to talk with the manager she acted like it was my problem her cooler wasn't stocked. I wish Randall was back full time. I stopped shopping here for awhile and started coming back. This time I will not be back and will tell everyone I know not to waste their time until she is replaced.

I'm a ragler at this store for all most a year. I went to hotstop before work to get my 2 red bulls. On 12/4/22 at 10:16 am. My crasher was the manager Brenda. she didn't try to up sale to me and didn't try to make conversation with me. The only thing she did was ask for my hotspot card. I like when the employees do their job and they get their work done. They try to have conversations with the other regulars and try up sale to them. I didn't like that a manager is not doing something she is telling her employees to do.

There's a women that works there name Chrissy! she is always so pleasant and wonderful. Very likeable person. Definitely deserves a promotion! Always working hard everytime I go in & helping customers. she's the best!!!!

Easiest way to get 5 stars! Keep HOT DOGS and Chili warm and available late!!!!!! 10/10 times we will come grab a hot dog and chips from y'all after 11am-5am verses driving 15 miles to waffle house. But, Unfortunately the last 2 months hot dogs and chili have not been available late hours!!!!! Fix it please!We buy 10+ hot dogs a week!!!!!

The store is fairly clean, staffs friendly but it’d be nice if all the people who hangout in the parking lot wouldn’t drop their smokes by the door or leave it on the ledge for it to stink up the place…

This little gas station in landrum is the best place to stop when coming through town they always have fresh coffee and the friendliest staff around not to mention the bathrooms are the cleanest in town.
