In the past few months I've notice a remarkable change in this store. The aisles are clean, the store is well stocked. I think the outside has been painted and overall the store is so much better! I believe the new management has made all these changes.

Not that anything will be done about it. I’m sure the only people reading this are other customers, but: Your personal shoppers are the worst. They block access in the aisles. They are oblivious to your customers. And will “excuse” their way ahead of you. When I worked retail in supermarkets we were trained to stay out of the customers way, to assist them as best we can; but most importantly to not interfere with their shopping.Today was the worst example. I was sorting through the heads of lettuce to find the one I wanted, and one of your shoppers walks up and says excuse me. She wanted me to move out of her way so she could grab a head of lettuce. Are you kidding me?The grocery pickup people, however, are always super friendly and accommodating.

0 stars for the manager and customer service, 5 stars for automotive department.I have tried to contact the manager, customer service, and anybody who could be related to this situation (I lost my bag of sentimental clothes there) and nobody would check lost and found and they would put me on hold or simply not answer the phone. The manager is absolutely useless. However I decided to call the automotive care department for help. I explained that I’m sorry to waste the auto care’s time but explained the situation and they were more than happy to help me out and check the lost and found. The lady at automotive is an angel and absolutely deserves a raise. As a matter of fact, the current useless manager should be fired and replaced with the amazing angel of a lady in automotive.

One of the worst experiences I've ever experienced at a Walmart.Tried to return a few items, filing folders that won't fit jn my filing cabinet and an aux cord. All in brand new condition just didn't want to spend time digging through old receipts. She didn't even TRY, she denied me service. 7/6/23 I came, stood in line, then left, what a waste of time. Terrible. Definitely don't recommend, I'm really gonna start going ANYWHERE ELSE BUT WALMART, KEEP IT UP. ILL SPEND $5-$20 MORE ON EACH ITEM JUST TO NOT HAVE TO DEAL WITH WAL-MARTs mess. Goodness!!!!!

I've had multiple problems here. Things miss marked pricewise and they wouldn't honor what was marked. Then waiting for over 30 minutes for someone to show up and unlock the cabinets. Literally being chased out of the store because they were closing, when I'm disabled and walking at a pace that doesn't hurt that bad and waiting for my mother who was in the back of the store. Not accepting back things even with a receipt. Tonight and previous experiences, they closed the money center and the services desk EARLY and wouldn't make an exception or work with us when we were there BEFORE the stated closed time. There are a lot of workers that are okay with not doing even the bare minimum of effort. I'm sure I haven't listed everything and they're not all bad because one of the lower ranking women workers tried to call them on it and was quieted by a manager or whatever. It's a shame and with multiple Walmarts similar from my experiences, soon I won't shop here at all....

Went grocery shopping. Like anyone else we shouldn't feel need check dates. That why when stocking you suppose to check. One of managers said that she guilty of not checking but hello you have food products over month old on your shelves. No not acceptable.

Great! I love the Wal-Mart here in Fort Mill. It's higher class and not so fast pace, with nicer people and better looking people. The Wal-Mart in Lancaster is a disaster and trashy compared to this one. Matter fact, it's one of the nicest Wal-Mart stores I've had the pleasure to visit.

I just do not like Wal-Mart anymore! I am totally exhausted when I leave mentally and physically! I walk around the store searching for the products I want ,I put them in a fairly large cart that will only fit two wide in an aisle (get annoyed with socializers)get to register then take products out of cart, then I have to make sure I check everything out correctly,( look up produce, weigh produce)( take hanger off if clothing) (oops no barcode) I got to get worker......I got to put products in bags, then put them back in my cart and I ask myself,"what register am I on" " what is the workers name on the tag that just helped me" "do I need another cart to put my bagged products in" knowing I cannot walk around with two carts"," I can't walk away to get a cart because somebody may take something" "Where should I put my bagged products" the small area left for bagging is getting full, all the while my medium size purse I bearing some weight into my shoulder ( thank goodness I dont have small children with me). I am getting very annoyed by this time in my visit! I just so happen to look up and the workers are chatting it up like customers are in the aisles with hands in their pockets but then I feel it! The stare because I had a product under my arm and I went by the register to bag. Now I'm getting more annoyed and so I'm walking out the door through the detector,I am stopped by a worker to check receipt for a mop and bucket. That takes more of my time and then as I walk out the doors to get some free fresh air I ask myself," where did I park "? It's like this, I thought Wal-Mart came to save us all time, money, energy and we should say it was well worth a visit, be everything in one stop kinda place. No they didn't! No they do not or any other day! I should be ready to spend at the least 45 mins. To an hour and upon hours at the most when going and I dont know about anybody else but I would much rather be home or somewhere else spending my time with the people I love, doing what I love and living the life I love instead of wasting my time and energy because somebody got an idea the customer that pays would be fine with that idea? I'm DONE!

Do NOT and I repeat DO NOT try to call this store. They NEVER answer the phone. They have put in more self checkouts to make the employees more available but they still don't know how to answer the damn phone.

Bakery. Where the heck do I start. I get it was last minute and I TOTALLY understand the inconvenience of me coming in the day before for CUPCAKES for my daughter. But how DARE you comment on me being a lazy parent. Her birthday is the 4th of the month and I’m paid by weekly. I only have one open check a month to pay for extra things. I was already feeling defeated about the whole party and then the cupcake decorators comment sent me over. She gave me these cupcakes... I understand it’s last minute and all but it’s still a little girls birthday. I went to the cake deco aisle and cried for 10 minutes because I’m “lazy” and now my poor daughter ends up with this. I bought a couple things in hopes to make it look better but I was absolutely devastated. NEVER AGAIN. 😡

There really should be no reason Walmart locks their doors 20 MINUTES before closing and not allowing people in while rushing others out.

Yesterday I purchased clothing items and groceries with my 15 year old grandson, including 3 bottles of wine for my husband. When we had finished self checkout I paid for the items with a credit card. My grandson then proceeded to move one bottle of wine so we could bag it. At that point, a worker said she couldn't sell me the alcohol to me as my grandson had touched the bottle, and that she would have to credit the items back my account. I told her the wine was not for him, nor did he pay for it, but that it was for my husband. She proceeded to take the bottles to customer service as she said they couldn't sell them to me. I told her that this was ludicrous. It was almost like she accused me of trying to buy the alcohol for my grandson. She said "it's the law." At which point, I went back to where wine and beer were stored, put 3 more bottles in my cart, took them up the self check out and proceeded to purchase them without any hassle. How was the first worker to know that my grandson had not touched the bottle in the back of the store? So in other words, I'm not to take any of my grandchildren with me if I want to purchase alcohol. Touching a bottle means I'm going to allow him to drink it. I don't think so! I would like to know what the real policy is behind purchasing wine when with a minor. As far as I'm concerned, the situation was not handled very well. II'm waiting for a reasonable explanation as according to an article I read, Brian Nick, director of national media relations for the chain said, "The company's ONLY policy for booze and cigarettes - is to check the ID of the person MAKING the purchase."

This Walmart has been putting the polish on and it's looking good. The pharmacy area is now so convenient to the front entrance and customer service was great!

Pretty pathetic that you not only have to ring yourself up but very few self checkout lanes open. If you're going to make people work for you at least make it convenient

This is a nice size Walmart and the produce area was clean. However, not a lot of associates were on the floor in the area I was searching for a particular drink product. I did eventually get help once back toward the front of the store. I do recommend.

The staff I spoke to was very friendly and walked with me to find what I was looking for and not just pointed to what area of the store I needed to go to. There may be a new manager because I saw him on the floor a few times working with the staff. I hope this is the case and he can help get this store in shape so customers feel more comfortable shopping at this location. But only having one line open for checkout other than self checkout is very irritating.

This store would be so much nicer if the employees weren’t making everyone uncomfortable and treating all the customers like they are going to steal something. I understand that it happens a lot and it’s part of the job but when it gets to the point where u are making the customer angry or uncomfortable that’s when it’s going too far. I worked retail for many years and the key to catching a shoplifter is to not let them know your watching. Smh. These people in here chasing little old lady’s around like poblo Escobar smh

The Walmart employees are always kind and the greeter guy at the front is super nice :) Walmarts stuff is rly cheap and lots of stuff to choose from. And plus they’re getting some cuter clothes now too.And for all the commenters on here I’m seeing lots of negative comments on here but pls everyone just treat each other with kindness because everyone’s human and everyone had their off days:)-try to be kind to everyone because no one is better than anyone else(Not saying that you can’t leave a negative reverie just think about what rly made it so bad before posting ;)

I'm sorry but it is not the responsibility of the costumer to read the fine print of the price tags and match up upcs to each product they want to buy. I cannot count the amount of times things were not prices correctly or in the wrong spot. If you have more then one of the same items in a spot that is priced wrong it is not the costumers fault. It is not our job to read the FINE print. That's why it's fine print. Costumer service is absolutely terrible. Managers, and leaders do not manage or lead. They laugh and scoff and huff and puff at anyone needing help to resolve an issue. I mean Walmart was never an amazing shopping experience, but y'all have really gone way down hill. All I ever see anymore is horrible reviews about Walmart. Y'all's prices have gone through the roof, and your service is terrible. Definitely not worth the trouble. Targets even cheaper then y'all now and that's crazy. Plus their nicer and helpful.

If I could leave 0 stars, l would. They have no customer service, they disrespect customers in front of other customers and behind customers backs. They refused to do their job. I purchased a product that was 50 dollars however; when I picked the product up it had a clear sign saying 27 dollars. I asked for them to show where it says 50 dollars and walk me to where it has a clear sign. They refused to show me where i am wrong and correct me. I don't mind being corrected. I also scrapped my hand and was bleed everywhere and asked for a Walmart employee to help me contain the blood while being in the food section. They refused to help me. After asking 2 other Walmart employees, I finally got some assistance. They banned me from the store. They even called me a welfare baby. If I did what they do, my mom would beat me to death. This will not be the last horrible review they will get. Horrible people and horrible customer service. The worst Walmart I have ever been to. Hope it gets shut down for the blood I left behind.
