Home Depot Lancaster located at 1116 Hwy 9 Bypass W, Lancaster, SC 29720 is a great Home Depot! Fully stocked shelves, and very friendly, helpful employees. There were 2 regular check out registers open and of course the self check out which I avoid whenever possible as I want an employee to check my products out - keeps them employed and not my job to do that anyway.Very nice garden supply/flower display too!

First class operation. I was suppose to get my zero turn lawn mower today.It was canceled because of someone being out to pull order.Not everyone's fault. CALLED TO COMPLAIN I WAS GREETED WE WILL DO EVERYTHING WE CAN DO TO GET IT TO YOU AND SO THEY DID BY GETTING ANOTHER EMPLOYEE TO BRING IT OUT TO ME AT 730 AT NIGHT AND EXPLAIN TO ME HOW TO USE IT.Unbelievable .Thanks Joshua and Jane especially Jane to continue to keep me in the loop of what we will do for you 5 star employee 's

It's pretty sad a Pro Contractor can't get anyone that knows how to take a phone Pro order on a weekend. 1 hour on the phone so far and I'm still on it transferring me to this person to that person like raw meat. I have asked for management 4 times and they won't get me anyone. Finally they say you know what we will call you before the store closes.. This store is always a hassle and needs some serious retraining throughout and some professionalism training.

I absolutely love this Home Depot! They have the best staff ever. Other than one older lady at the customer service desk, I have always had the best experience. We have been remodeling a house and I will honestly say we have been to every Home Depot from Lancaster, Columbia, Rock Hill and Fort Mill.Lancaster by far is the best they have. Rock Hill on the other hand is the absolute worst! The employees are so rude or just don’t even acknowledge the customers. The employees play around, walking around on their phones. I will never visit it again. Lancaster is definitely doing their thing with customer service.Still if I had to choose I would have to stay with Lowe’s I’ve never have a bad experience there yet with customer service. That goes a long way with me. Respect!!

This review is for the Home Depot store in Lancaster South Carolina.This is my absolute favorite store of all the box stores because I know most of the team members that work there from going there so much everybody is great the management team Tim and Sandy are fantastic as are most of the leads in the department that I deal with every week.Special shout-out goes to Patrick who is the pro loader who will help you load everything from railroad ties to fence sections etc absolutely great guy!There are so many great people that work at the store it's hard to name everyone my only complaint with Home Depot in general is the new military discount program which excludes now all the appliances, all lumber, all hardware screws, nuts, bolts etc along with a long list of other items that are no longer included in the military discount program.

I am permanently disabled. I can not walk around stores if there are no mobility scooters. I walked into the store. There was one scooter with a sign saying it wasn't usable.I saw a blond haired woman who worked at one of the registers at the front of the store, so I asked if there were scooters on the other side of the store. I told her I was unable to walk that far, so she asked someone on her walkie-talkie if there were any scooters available on the other side of the store. She told me I c9uld walk around the store until a scooter was available. Again, I told her I couldn't stay standing, nor could I walk around the store. She said, "What do you expect me to do?" It's not my problem or something along those lines. I told her I would be sitting on the floor waiting, and she something along the lines of do what you need to do. Never offered me a chair to sit on. Eventually, someone came by with a scooter.

Don't pay for appliance installation. They can't properly install a dishwasher. Told me they need to replace the entire unit because the mounting brackets are bent. Still don't have replacement and the thing tips out every time we open it. Terrible service.Edit: it's now January and approaching hour mark for this second install. They of course forgot to install the drain before testing the unit, and fully installing it. So they had redo the whole thing. Fun. If y'all like incompetent strangers in your house, home Depot is for you. But I think a YouTube video and courage will get most people further.

While all the big box stores typically compete with the same items and same prices and same sales weekly it's the small details that set them apart from each other.That said it is with disarray that I write that Home Depot has now stopped giving veterans that their typical 10% discount unless you are active duty or service-connected fully disabled.Competing with Lowe's this I feel as a bad move on the part of Home Depot's corporate.Since there are only two of the big box stores that service our area one being orange and one being blew it looks like it's time to go back to Big Blue who feels that veterans deserve a tiny bit extra customer service.

I believe this was the fastest visit ever thanks to Kylie. She helped me find what I needed in less than 5 minutes. Great customer service, very kind, and very knowledgeable. Kaitlyn was also very friendly at the self checkout.

They have an employee long clean curly dark hair and big built. They need to hire more like him. He was the kindess person I had talk to in my day of discuss not finding what I was looking for. He checked every where then got the fork lift and checked up high. Then explained when to check backI was on a journey all were bad short tempered except for him

I first ask an associate could she send someone to help me with getting keys made… I waited and waited and waited even more. This young man name Romeo ask if I need help and he help me with my keys… he was very helpful, polite and well manner!!! Thank you Romeo💜💛

Honestly, what the heck. We ordered sand to go under our above ground pool. I ordered online for curbside pickup so that I could get some help loading the 1000 pounds of sand into the back of my father's truck because I couldn't do it myself. I got there, parked in the curbside pickup, and checked in on the app, telling them what spot I was in. All of a sudden, the app tells me I have to go inside and get my order from the service desk... that's a problem. Luckily, my son's father was with me, we went inside, and it was all loaded on a flatbed cart, and they made us load it ourselves and didn't even offer help. That's really horrible customer service all around. I'll never do that again.

Placed online order and was confirmed for delivery June 1, 2023. Checked that morning and tracking said everything was on schedule… got a call in middle of day stating it is going to be delayed till June 6. I took off work and hired help that day for the project.Store tried to place blame on me for placing online order instead of using their pro desk…If this is case, then what’s the point of having a website with online ordering?Store only offered to take of delivery fee (still yet to be seen) even though I still had to pay help, and I cannot recollect time taken away from work.Total BS and costly experience. Their online systems and stores obviously do not communicate well.

Tried on two occasions to buy a lawn mower, first time damaged lawn mower and they told us we needed to cancel and start over. Second time, we picked one out on the lot on Friday to be delivered on Monday. They didn't charge the battery and couldn't deliver because they use an outside delivery service. Ridiculous. We cancelled that order. Done.

Honestly not really impressed with anything here, been there several times only because its the closest. I mean its HD they got a big store filled with a lot of over all variety.However, looking for something more particular such as ratchets and sockets its not well stocked couldn’t find a replacement for my 10m.Now thats normal and not the biggest deal, for me the staff there doesn’t really seem to care in any department other stores even other HD’s I get more people asking questions to see if i need help definitely not here.Doesn’t even have tap pay so if you’re in a hurry and forgot your card good luck if you dont have cash. The lady at the register couldn’t care less either.Dont even get me started in warranties. Need an ID for everything even if its life time warranty hand tools.

Went into store in Lancaster tonight absolutely rude service ! Asked for help in lumber was about to purchase over $5000 dollars man's comment when I asked for help was omg all these customers need help! I looked at him and he said I'm gonna go put something up and be right there. The woman at registers asked for help over intercom to isle 15 waited 30 minutes an not a soul came ! Let my other products and left won't be back!

No Service!!The cashier that checked us out said they have an associate that could load 30 bags of mulch. We pulled around and no associate was around. So we loaded it with a ourselves! We continue to see the store being poorly managed and the garden center with plants deprived of water.Where is CORPORATE in addressing bad customer experiences? Hmmmm probably taking al break with the store associate!
