Got here 10 minutes before closing (10:50 pm 7/23/23). Just needed to run in and grab some baby shampoo. Older lady at the door said they weren't letting anyone else in and they were already closing the registers (i guess while people are still checking out..). There was also another older gentleman with her as well. That is not Walmart policy... that is lazy management trying to close up early. Bad walmart! Bad!

My family and I had shopped here while we were here for vacation. It was one of the cleanest Walmarts I've been too. Everyone is relatively friendly.

Waited over an hour to get an order that I ordered for pick-up. People came after me and received their orders. I'm not sure why it took so long. When they texted me that order ready for pick-up, I was in the parking lot in front of the store. I drove directly over to one of the pick-up parks and checked in. Totally unacceptable.

Lines are long even in the self checkout. Almost every worker avoids you. When you do have to engage with them, they're short and rude most of the time. I know walmart isn't the ideal career for some (why I left), but I still was pleasant to the customers. Like most would say *wHaT dO yOu ExPeCt ItS wAl-MaRt* I just would like more common courtesy! 😏

KUDOS TEAM WALMART. When I do go inside, 1st your riding carts are fully charged...the Greeter is very nice with a pleasant smile. The shelves are stocked and my items are within my reach.Since being a cashier at one time, I do appreciate the self checkouts and any assistance I might need from Team Walmart associate.When shopping online, my items are delivered to my 3rd floor apartment door and in a timely manner.The Curbside pickup is great.***Happy Holidays Team Lake City SC Walmart Supercenter***I'll Be Shopping With You Either Online or In Store next year.

I used to buy all my electronics there. Stopped when they refused to allow me to return an item that I had purchased 33 days ago. The laptop cost me $359. I was not satisfied with its performance. I failed to take it back in 30 days. The Manager has the option to override the 30 day time frame. She refused to. I believe she did not override the system because I paid cash and she didn't want to give me $359 plus tax back in cash. Will buy my electronics elsewhere in the future.

The cleanliness and variety within the store is great. We gave 3 stars because of the attitude of some of the employees. When you ring a person up and say NOTHING to the customer the ENTIRE interaction (despite being told hello and thank you and have a good day) then you need a new job or better training.

I shop here all the time being that it is the local Walmart, so I know what to expect. Normally I don't have any problems. However, I bought a pack of gouda cheese. When I got home that same evening and opened the cheese is was molded. I call the number on my receipt and got no one. So I called again and someone from the vision center answer. I explained the situation and asked to be connected to customer service. The lady rudely told me she would not connect me to customer service and told me to call the number on my receipt and hung up on me. I have never been more disappointed in the customer service skills or lack thereof of a company than I am with Walmart. To be such a self proclaimed family oriented business who boasts about there customer service one would think that their employees would have adequate training on how to be professional and what it means to have customer service skills.

Poorly stocked, hard to find a worker when you need one, actually had a worker walk up behind me and yell "excuse me" instead of simply saying it. It was particularly annoying as she was on her phone with her headset in the entire time. It caught me off guard I have to say. It was a bit weird, and very impolite to say the least.This is also the worst stocked Walmart I've ever been in. I literally try to remember to stop at the one in Sumter on my way home from work just to avoid it. If things sell well, I've noticed they'll discontinue them rather than restock. It's the craziest thing I've ever seen, and if it were just one item, I'd think I was imagining it. I've seen them discontinue a half dozen items that would sell out rapidly. Things like healthy food selections, Bang energy drinks, and pepper jelly, just to name a few. They would carry a good one for a short time, then when the stock depleted, they removed the selection altogether rather than put it back. Many diet drinks are nearly always sold out. Spray paint hasn't been stocked properly in three or more years. I've started going to Ace Hardware for spray paint because of it. They sell garden items but if you want anything like pavers or potting soil from outside, there is literally never anyone running the register or to be found in that section. You can push the call button for an employee and you'll wait at least ten minutes to get someone.

Walmart has this new star rating system, however the lady at the self check took it upon herself to click 5 stars as I was retrieving my bags and money. Now for that I will leave this 1 star!! What's the purpose if your employees are going give 5's for you. 🙄

Had a 20ft × 4ft circular pool that i had to load by myself even after asking several times for someone to help me there , anyway loaded by myself after standing at my truck for over an hour and several hurt my back. I was told to sue them, but I left it alone while later on down the road. The injury has gotten way worse and finally ended up costing me my job. So thank you, Wal mart. I wished I would have sued the mess out of you. And I have never sued anyone for any reason. Thanks

They have everything needed right now for last minute holiday but out of the 25+ lanes, 5-8 are open, lines full and self check out stretched all the way to the bread/taco shells. What's worse, some people were checking out with carts, sometimes 2, filled to the max. I only had 5 items.

I moved to Lake City, SC a year ago this month. The only place I buy groceries is the Walmart 4 min away from my house. And EVERY time I do a pick up order there’s an issue. EVERY time. Today pushed me over the edge to leave a review, that’s honestly long over due. There’s always things “out of stock”, but when I go inside after I pick up my order the items are always sitting there on the shelf. Every time! So why isn’t it in my pick up order? I also get items that are close to expiring all the time or bread that has spots all over it the next day. My pick up time has been delayed over 5 or 6 times. I moved from Fort Lauderdale, FL where the traffic at the Walmart was 10x busier, if not more, and never once had a delayed order AND very rarely had items “out of stock”. Today I go pick up my order. Now don’t get me wrong, todays three days before Christmas and the parking lot and store was packed. When I say packed, I mean it looked like a normal Walmart anywhere in South FL. I waited almost an hour for my pick up order and watched about SIX OR SEVEN people show up way after I did and got their orders brought to them and left. One customer only waited 7 minutes for their order to be brought out! I double checked that I was checked in multiple times! I called the pick up line 4 times and the store number 3 times. Every time it went to voicemail. I finally canceled my order and left. You can keep your groceries and I’ll keep my hundreds of dollars I spend on groceries every month. This Walmart may be 4 minutes away from my house, but I’ll drive the 35 minutes to Florence to shop at Lidl and Aldi just to avoid this continuous frustration and poor service.

Walmart has changed since covic it's not like the same place but you still everyone goes there and guess what they need so I guess overall it's a pretty good place to go

I love Walmart! Items are easily found with aisle markers. The staff is friendly and helpful. But it seems on the weekends they're out of stock on the basic items in grocery, even on vendor items like chips and snack cakes. They definitely need more staff....
