I traveled 45 mins from our home to get a Producers Pride poultry run. The store manager was great on the phone and the product was exactly as she described. The store was very clean and organized. Great experience.

Stopped at tractor supply to buy a hand truck. Both hand trucks on the shelf had flat tires. When I asked if they could pump up the tires, they told me they had a pump that they would sell me, but not one to use.Paid 70.00 for a hand truck with flat tires.Not a good way to get repeat customers. 😕
