Yesterday 20 Jan 2022 I went in KJ's market to buy lunch. The 2 new African American women didn't understand my order and I ended up paying almost $15 for lunch I couldn't even eat. I ordered the stew beef and rice for the other lunch but the lady was so confused because of my first order that was all I got on that plate. What is so confusing about ordering 2 seperate lunch and they can't get it right. I chalked it off as being new but the food was horrible yesterday. Stew Beef had no taste , the peas and rice I got on the other plate with the mac and cheese and no meat tasted not so good either. My mother didn't eat it .Fast forward to the cashier, the white lady needs to make sure she wears her mask above her nose and not under it. That is another reason why I couldn't eat my lunch. If the staff don't understand what we order, they should ask and not just assume. I won't eat their again. Teach the new ladies how to take our lunch order and tell the white lady wear her mask properly or put her in the back. It is bad for business. I really hate this .

The store is clean and well taken care of with a comfortable temperature throughout. The staff is helpful and the selection is great. My cashier Cate was very patient and smiled even though I was paying with change. She also showed Integrity and honesty. I miscounted one penney extra and she made sure to return it and let me know that I over paid by a penny.

KJ's in Lake City has a huge asset Mrs. Karen Cooper is awesome. She knows what I like and if an item isn't available she'll contact for substitutes. Mrs. Karen goes above and beyond her role. KUDOS!

I will say that my experience was outstanding with the help of a blocker named Taylor! She answered my questions thoroughly and even helped me continue shopping and out to my car. I had to ask her for her name before I left so that I could boast about her and she said that it was Taylor Sheeder. Someone give this girl a raise!

Excellent attitude with every employee I've come in contact with. Haven't met one employee with a bad attitude yet. Even people who are in supervisory positions are sociable, kind, and friendly; Professional.

Staff could be friendlier and the way they set up "sales" on certain things is confusing to most shoppers. Think one thing is on sale and it's another. Cause it's mixed up with the sale items. Their prices are overall higher than Walmart.

All of the workers are very friendly. It is a very clean and organized place. The Deli/Bakery has a nice selection of food from the hot bar.

Prejudice is all I can say. This is my home town and I am sad to say I came to visit my parents and came in to pick up a few things and the way the cashiers treat African Americans isn't right. Maybe if I came in with my chef jacket on I would have been treated differently. The cashier didn't speak I don't remember her name but I remember she is cashier number 134. Morrison or something like that, anyway she never said a word to me not even my total. As soon as I grabbed. My bags she spoke to the white lady behind me and acted as if I were air. She was very rude and that isn't acceptable. This happened on a Saturday September 30th. Around 8 p.m.

KJ's Market IGA is now more spacious and organized, which makes shopping a pleasure. I especially like the deli/bakery because of its variety of freshly baked goods; and the cafe with its variety of deliciously home cooked full-course meals.I also appreciate the orderly, departmental layout of the Lake City KJ's Market IGA because of it's clearly defined-aisle location of produce and various product items.Finally, the courteous and pleasant attitudes of the staff members solidifys customer satisfaction.All of the above makes shopping at KJ's Market IGA a pleasant experience instead of regretful one.Thank you.

I went to KJ's here in Lake City a couple of weeks ago to get some Springtime Water, I go to grab the bottles and realized they weren't the new bottles look at the date and they expired August of 2020, come on now your stockers need to do better! I went to Florence KJ's where they had just what I needed!

Some of the prices are too much for it products but it a great store and the only grocery store in lake city s.c. to shop at.but I me,it got too be this store only place I trust to buy my food from. Walmart is too much for their products less they food. .thank you IGA for helping me feed my kids 👍.

Kjs is a great grocery store that you can get your medicine filled at the pharmacy either in-store or at the drive thru. You don't see very many only grocery stores catering to pharmacy clientele these days. Especially in small towns like this one. It's really good to see a charming jewel like this tucked away off the main highway.

I went to by a 8pc chicken today and the lady wouldnt let me choose what pieces i wanted, all the pieces she pick were little and not worth the amount I had to pay. Was not happy at all
