It used to be super convenient for me to stop here, now they have a whole table of 5 charity people set up outside 5-6 days out of the week. I understand this is how charities get donations, but I don't want to hounded for money every time I need to pick up milk. Have actually stopped going here for this reason.

Enjoyed shopping. Food store is played out nicely to find items and the had everything I was looking to buy. Was especially happy to find King Hawaiian Bread loaves. The only thing I disliked was at checkout. The bags are terrible. Had to bag one set of items twice because the bags are so flimsy, they tore apart. Really should have bagged it a third time but ended up tying the sides together.

I highly suggest not going here any time soon. All the self checkout stations are down and it’s only 5-6 lanes available. Be ready to wait 30mins to an hour just for three items meanwhile the guy in front of you is buying a months worth of groceries at 7pm on a sunday.

I actually enjoy coming to this store, all the employees are always friendly and polite. Everything is always well stocked and clean and neat. Only downside is this location is self checkout only which I don’t prefer with littles and a cart full of groceries, but they do have larger bagging areas which helps. Also, the attendant(s) in the checkout area are always present and paying attention unlike most other places, so if you do need help you don’t have to wait long.

Unfortunately, I purchased a gift card 12/20/23 and it was used the same day. I gifted the card for Christmas to a family member and they tried to use it to find the balance was zero. I will be disputing the charge with my credit card, but I would recommend buying e-gift cards from Walmart.

I hate self check outs. That's pretty much the only available option. I use Walmart+ mostly, but on the rare occasion I'm in the store, they should have regular checkouts. I don't work for Walmart!

This is the pepsi machine by register 3 . this is mold & nasty. The cashier was not so nice she even throw the divider stick down the converter belk. Make sure the vendors are doing there job with there merchandise & machine

Never had an issue here. I'm always able to find exactly what I need. It's not far away from a full store, but this place typically accommodates me very well. I love the cleanliness and the employees are very knowledgeable and friendly. These are the types of employees that walk you to what you're looking for instead of just pointing. The restrooms are clean. All employees wear a mask properly. This is my local store and I'm happy to be a patron. Thanks Walmart market! Pictured are just a few things I picked up on my last visit. Beef, ramen, fish, and vegetables.

This is my favorite neighborhood Walmart to get my Reverse Osmosis water. Want to save money on water 💧 and reduce your plastic bottle waste? Purchase a 5 gallon water jug and fill it up here for only 💲.35/gal. The employees here are always pleasant which is a plus for my customer service experience 😀. Go the extra mile and charge your water with Love & Peace by writing the words on your bottle.

The service was wonderful. An employee named Milekya greeted me with a smile and was very polite.I really appreciate the energy she portrayed. Now is days it's rare that you would run into a employee with a good attitude!!

Rude and unhelpful. I seriously don't know why you even have employees. I needed very simple help. Just a question answered about the money center and I was completely ignored. I've been to other Walmarts and was not treated like this. Your customer service sucks. And I'm sure this review will fall on deaf ears. But to fellow customers, do not waste your time at this Walmart especially if you need to use the money services. Go to the Harris Teeter.

I witnessed an African American Walmart store manager working on June 21st at 6:30 pm using profanity, screaming out threats to physical violence and racial slurs towards customers in the parking lot. There was a car meet of some sort in the parking lot. After witnessing this, I talked to the car group and they said they were there to initially meet up and then drive over to a young man’s house to wish him happy birthday. That same day 3 years ago his older brother was killed and they were wanting to show support to the family as well.This behavior needs to be rectified and is completely unacceptable coming from a store manager.

I don't feel like I should ring up my own purchase. The lines are long and the prices are never right. Walmart makes too much money not to have cashiers.

The store manager that was working in the evening around 6:30 PM on June 21st, 2023 was acting inapproriate and yelling out racial slurs. She was very unprofessional towards the customers that was outside the parking lot. She was name calling, yelling out profanity and slurs with kids around. This type of act should not be tolerated.

I would give it 0 stars if I could. Worst Walmart I’ve ever shopped at. Some of the associates are super nice but some are horrible. Specifically some pharmacy associates. Delivery orders get messed up constantly. Constantly. I’d say 4/5 deliveries get messed up.

This Walmart is clean, well stocked, and has friendly helpful staff. I love ordering online and picking up without having to leave my car. It has been amazing for helping keep me on budget, remembering everything I need, and makes getting groceries with a small child easier. I also love to stop by this store for quick items I forgot to grab. They have lots of self checkouts so I rarely have to wait in line to check out.

Wallmart was a nice place to shop. You can still go there and get fairly good deals. They got rid of all the cashiers, now your forced to do self checkout. I'm old school and enjoyed a smile and friendly chat with the cashier upon checkout. I'd rather take my shopping business to any other grocery store with chishiers and bag boys/girls when I spend my hard earned cash.

Love this store! We moved to Ladson 4 years ago and this is the only place we do our grocery shopping! It's consistently clean and well stocked. The staff is AMAZING! They are always ready and willing to help you out. That being said, one employee in particular sticks out among the rest and it's Ms.Kelly! She is outstanding!! Every time we see her she asks how we're doing and puts a smile on our faces! Thank you Kelly for making my little ones day today as well! YOU ROCK!!

I really like the shop on line pick up. The kids do great job picking out my groceries. Never a mistake . I'm so grateful to all of them. I wish I was able to tip then. Maybe they will allow in future. I did make a loaf of bread for one of the girls. ☺️

Clean store, shelves stocked. I hate self checkouts. I should get paid to shop there, load my buggy, unload buggy, checkout my own groceries, bag my groceries and carryout my own groceries. Ridiculous

Joshua the store manager here is absolutely awesome. I had an issue cashing my paycheck here and he helped me address it and deal with it. I would have been put in a serious predicament had he not helped. Big kudos to this man.

Very strange to find this completely do-it-yourself checkout now, but everything was stocked and it was a quick in and out trip. Easy to socially distance on a Sunday after lunch. Not one employee acknowledged our presence except the one pointing is to an open register. Not a complaint. Just facts.

Not only do they not have a single person run register, but the money center was closed in the middle of the day because they had no one to run it. Every single Walmart in the area has become garbage.

This Walmart is one of the neighborhood marketplaces. It has your typical Walmart grocery, cleaning items, paper supplies, along with a pharmacy. This store offers delivery as well as easy pickup. Next to the store is a Walmart gas station, offering a discount for Walmart plus members. Over all, if you don't want to deal with the super Walmarts, this is the one to go to!

I have been shopping and getting my prescriptions in this store since it opened. I have seen a lot of employees come and go. I will have to say that Kelly has been one of my favorite to meet. I know she doesn't know my name, but every time I walk in she says hey friend. It might seem silly to others, but it makes me feel welcomed.There are a few employees here that seem to not "like" their job, but the happy, and helpful employees make up for it.

Always well stocked and friendly staff, from the pharmacy to the check out.Only thing I dislike is tht its all self checkout no matter how large your list or cart may be. Expect to ring it up yourself.But, still my favorite store by far for groceries. I can order anything else online lol.And hey, you can always order online here too for pick up, so if you don't wanna leave home, aways check out a pick up option.

I love the grocery pickup service at this location. They are polite, courteous, and have great customer service!I have had some problems with my orders and the staff go above and beyond to improve customer satisfaction.However, customer satisfaction will only be achieved when there are no mistakes (or very few) and produce is fresh. I am very hopeful that the Ladson Walmart will earn their 5 stars very soon!
