Thomas was really helpful. He greeted me when I entered the store. When he noticed I was leaving without finding what I was looking for he went to the back and found it for me. Also Piggly Wiggly is the only place in town I’ve found that actually has the Star Wars blue milk in stock.

Horrible Horrible!!! If I could give them less than the 1 star I would. Ordered a pan of mac n cheese and 100 pieces of chicken for a party.I was so embarrassed when I opened it to serve the food the mac n cheese was watery and chicken was half done and most looked like they refried old chicken. I’m so disappointed. Went back to get a refund the next morning and bc I used Apple Pay and didn’t have a printed receipt with me they wanted to give me a gift card and I refused.I feel you embarrassed me at my function and the least you could do is give me my refund me. The deli has a receipt I had my Apple Pay receipt and you pulled it up in the system. So instead of making it right their resolution of a Gift Card was not one I wanted. I told them I will go look for my receipt. I eventually went home and found the paper receipt thank God and returned but before I presented it the young lady stated she was told to do the refund. This shouldve been automatically done once I showed the pics and videos. As I told the manager i don’t want anything from PW and I will NEVER shop here or refer ANYONE this location is HORRIBLE

Y'all have gone severely downhill it's no wonder that the majority of the stores closed I came in here to get some strawberries all the strawberries on the shelf were either under ripe or they had mold growing on them went to go get some avocados all of them were hard as rocks and under ripe when I finally found something that was worth eating in the store went to go check out and I could have got a warmer reception from the self-checkout at Walmart. The cashier said absolutely nothing to me and acted like I was some sort of disease y'all need to do better

The young ladies / cashier leaning across the counter and sitting down text and on the phone...walked up to the register and the cashier continued texting , playing , or strolling on her phone and didn't even acknowledge that I walked up to the register...but the young gentleman were working and acting in a professional manner... Saturday July 8 th around 7:30 -8 pm watch the video and please improve what's going on in this store

Cashiers and store associates are good. Deli service is ridiculous. One day stood there for 15 minutes with no one acknowledged I was there. So I just left and went down the street. Today I went there and the service was even worse. I won't shop here again. I would rather spend more money somewhere else.

Amazing deli food. Go there weekly, almost daily for lunch, so does everyone from my shop. The girls a very sweet and the food is always fresh!5.99 for choice of meat, a side, and a roll, plus they give you Togo utensils.

Awesome experience!Bought a hot lunch from the deli section. Food was hot, and full of flavor.Ms. Ann was very friendly, and attentive to my selections. Even offered a couple bread options. I will definitely be back to get some more of those black eyed peas.

We ordered food and it was not up to par. the red rice was toooooooo sweet and my plate in particular had no onions and no sausage. I am 100% dissatisfied and if I could give this place no stars I absolutely would. Everything about it was just wrong. I expected better.

When it comes to buying your meals there are a lot of inconsistency. It should be the same, if I buy anytime of the day but it is not. The manager of that area is very rude. She tried to give me a hard time when I placed my order telling me I cant get fish as part of the 2 meat order. I told that I have done this many times and I was asked the employees name which I did not know their name. If the employees are doing wrong, that not my fault, and she needs to deal with them and not the customer. This is very unprofessional.

This store was well stocked ( yes even toilet paper) and had some good seasonal saving buys (with the Pig Card). Clean n quick easy checkout. Cashier was very pleasant person. I'm not a frequent shopper but had appts at Trident so dropped in. Will add this store to my choice locations.

The cashier needed a key because we bought beer. No problem. Bagger went to go get the key and threw the key at the cashier. Both of them very rude. I’d rather drive 10 minutes away from my home then come here again.

The Piggy Wiggly located at College Park Road and Hwy 78 pickup service is outstanding. From the time I called the store I had arrived to the time I pulled out of the parking lot was a total of 6 minutes! This not only included loading my car but I forgot to put milk on my order. The nice young lady brought me the milk and I gave her the money and in no time she brought me back my change. This is a wonderful service for seniors like myself or others with weak immune systems to stay away from stores! Many thanks to the wonderful people at Piggly Wiggly!👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

They should have employees who want to do their job and do it well. Today I bought cheese and salami from the deli, and the employee who attended me, packed the merchandise as it was for my dog, and his attitude was not friendly, if they do not like their job, they should not be there to work with customers, a good attitude and amiability is needed.that employee is perfect to work in a prison there he can use that attitude.

bad from the get go. no rotisserie chicken, so I changed my dinner plans. went to get stuff for salads, no good cucumbers one was even bit into. every salad bag I picked up looked gross and slimy. couldn't find any fresh French bread, last good on but I let all that go....but the teenagers at the registers really did me in.no acknowledgement of me in line. too busy carrying on a conversation with the girl next to her to even stop to say "hey how you doin" like she never even looked at me. boy bagging groceries was playing on his phone. she said NOTHING the whole time. I am in customer service and so it really bothers me to get straight up ignored when I go into a store. im not the type to post bad reviews but this experience was just horrible
