We found some decent deals and enjoyed the shopping experience. We arrived a few minutes before the store opened on a Tuesday morning. The store was not crowded, we were joined by only 3 other shoppers. Staff was friendly and helpful.

We ordered a mystery box and let me tell you all about the wastes of incomplete junk we recieved. It literally look like the bottom of a bin on dollar day. Empty boxes, some random part to something, a handful of balloons, a chord to nothing. The biggest waste of 25$ we have ever spent. We almost bought more and am so relieved we didn’t. You guys should be ashamed of yourself for trying to pass this off as something exciting. It’s literally all garbage. Not one thing could be used! We have ordered mystery boxes in the past from other places and never have I been so disgusted.Edit: so based on your reply you thought sending us the trash was going to be “fun”? There was absolutely nothing that had any value in that box! Look at the stuff we were sent! It’s literally all trash and nothing anyone would use. What exactly is “fun” in any of the junk we were sent? Please explain how that’s fun. Go ahead look hard. I’ll be waiting.Also I could see if you at least had one or two items of some value and then threw in some random, but this? This was all garbage! My husband even pointed out he found hair mixed in with the random bottom of a bin junk.

Went on a Friday, found some great items, staff was extremely friendly, the clientele was also very respectful and courteous. The building was clean and well organized. It's was a great experience and we plan to go back.

The 2 Stars are for the Employees who are wonderful, the store itself not so much. It is tedious. You don't know what most things are because they are in unmarked boxes so you have to decipher if you want to have an employee open the box to see whats inside (which if you end up not wanting the item they tape it back up for the next person to wait in line....wasting everyones time). So you stand in line and wait for the box to be opened however many times you choose then stand in line again to pay. Only about 50% of their items go off the "daily price" the rest are priced a significant amount over. Ranging from $25 to over $400. The reason I was told is because the owner orders those items special....not how a bin store works from my experience. Some of the items are sold for more than the retail price brand new. Example: they are asking $25 for a box of chips you can buy for under $20 at Sams Club. While they do have some deals, they are few and far between. I have been to several Bin / Pallet stores and this one is lacking significantly. While I did make a couple of purchases after spending hours trying to figure out what was inside the boxes I will not go back. I suggest they rename it and not advertise daily prices and just price everything individually since most is already priced that way anyway.

This place is a hit or miss, but usually the stuff is pretty good, but if you want the good stuff you have to go when they first open on Saturdays, other than that I really like the place.

Great deals on so many things. This store is addictive. Everyone is very nice and helpful. The employees have truly good attitudes and they make spending my money there enjoyable.

Supposed to have a set price for different days of the week. Asked 2 different employees how much item was that was in the middle of the floor . I was told whatever the price of item in them bin are. Then the manager/owner comes and puts a different price then what I was told I spoke with him he informed me he owns the place he makes the rules very rude and unprofessional!!

I was a very loyal customer to amazing bins, but on Saturday 10/29/2022, they were closed for construction, and then reopened on 10/30/2022.Now before this I had asked if it was still going to be $5.00 Sunday, they said yes, so the morning of the 30th, I and many others get there at least 1hr early hoping to score some good deals. They never told us on their FB page that NOTHING was going to be restocked that day. They open the doors and everyone goes inside to GREAT DISAPPOINTMENT, they knew that they didn't restock, so why even open right? Well I was upset, posted my complaint on their page, with 5 mins they delete my comment, so I just go back and leave a angry face instead on the post, then they BLOCKED ME, a loyal customer. What they did was dirty and flewballed everyone. That's really bad business not letting anybody know that there was nothing available that day. I'm telling you I will NEVER go back and shop there again. Also they are moving to a terrible new location in an industrial park in Summerville and I hope they go out of business. Communication is key and they did none of that. This is how they treat their loyal customers. 😡Edit: The FACT IS, that you NEVER told anyone who was waiting over an hour before you opened that you DID NOT RESTOCK AT ALL, Nothing but empty bins and disappointment. I'm NOT the only one UPSET, I'm the Only One Brave enough to say something about it. Parking lot FULL of Disappointing People that day. Communication, is key, try it sometime so that you don't waste anyone's time next time. It was fun, but the fun is now gone! I was a customer for over 3 years, but as you can see from the owners comment, they don't care. What a way to lose customers. They also don't like it when you complain on their FB page, because they will block you. Very Bad Business...

When it first opened up the items were great and worked. Now this recent time I've gone I got 2 items that were broken. A cat water fountain and a heater. The water fountains filter didn't work n it was previously heavily used. The heater was extremely used the cord was taped, cut up, and rust all in it.I understand it is a resell store but selling damaged n unusable items just ain't it. Update: went there again didn't buy much in regards to items but did get a snack box that all the chips was a year old from 2021 did infact eat 1 before realizing!

The staff is courteous and friendly. I love the discovery zone! The staff is quick and polite while opening packages for you. BONUS If the person beside you decides they didn’t like the item in the package they are ok with you swapping! I met the owners while there and they were extremely welcoming, friendly and honest. Even with the craziness of opening day they found the time to interact with their customers! There’s s TONS of parking, easy to locate, and there was a young man there who was even helping people carry their treasures to their car in the freezing RAIN! I got AMAZING vibes from this AMAZING place!

Be mindful of what you purchase here. I was so excited to get some good deals on products only to take home over $400 worth of items and half of them ended up useless. I was elated to find a gazebo for $25. It wasn't in a box and had pieces on the insides of the poles so i assumed it was still decent. Got home and found it was severely damaged. I didn't even care about the damages because I'm good at rigging things up so that's what I intended. I know ii was taking a gamble buying amazon returns because I have done so many times in the past. Well this gamble wasn't worth it. When we took all the pieces out we find out that 85% of them were missing. So now I am out $25 and have useless pieces because it cant be put together since there are sooooo many of them missing. I wasn't even concerned about the other $7 items I got that were broken and ended up in the garbage. I'm upset that I bought this gazebo and I now cant do anything at all with it.

Amazing bins is a fun place to go. They get returned products for resale. Most items seem to come from Amazon. I am not sure about that though. Many are brands you know, most are not familiar to me. You can usually read a description of the product on the box. If not, DO NOT OPEN IT. Carry it to the discovery zone and the employees will open it for you. Then, you are free to look at it, put it together or plug it in. This way all the pieces stay together and you don't end up with usless items scattered around the store. Prices start at $7 every Saturday, then go down daily until Wednesday. Be prepared to looked around for a while. Get a surprise Box!

When it first opened there was a lot of great things to be found. Today was dollar day! But it all seemed cheap and the bins where so chaotic. But I splurged and got a Box of the chips. Which were over a year old! Be careful when buying food from the store

This place is dope! Went on a $5-day and found me some Apple Air Pod Pros. I love going here!! Saturday is the day they get all their “new” items in so everything is $7.00, the next day everything is $5.00, the next day $3.00 and on Tuesday it’s all $2.00. Just don’t be opening any of the packages- if you bring it to the people who work there, they’ll open it for you 😉Edit: the BEST part about it is you can get any case for your phone (iPhone, Samsung and everything else!)….for $0.50!!!

That was my first time going to the amazing Bins in ladson. I thought you it was the best thing since sliced bread they had all kinds of stuff a friend took me and he was ready to go 2 hours later I was still there looking I only spent $64 and it was a $2 a day I'll be happy to go back because the people that were very happy and very friendly if I wanted something opened up they would open it with no problem to let me see what was inside.! I would have recommend it to anybody around it's right there at the fairgrounds you can't miss it. Once again this is Raymond Howell from Goose Creek South Carolina

Love to go here! They have such good stuff. Found crazy stuff in the bins. Mystery boxes are so cool to get! They are worth getting. Always get something useful in them. I definitely advise going here. Go here at least every other week. And will continue.

Learned a valuable lesson today. Amazing Bins was a fun shopping place for my sister and I but after mistakenly thinking I might have had some value as a customer I had a rude awakening. I purchased a large item over $100...that happened to be used and broken and thought that the managers might assist me with a refund..Ha....my bag...lesson learned. I have spent hundreds of dollars in this store and so have my family and friends but not anymore. There are plenty of other stores online and retail that will be glad to take my money and treat me better!! I will continue to shop at Bargain Bins where they offer a 14 day return policy on any defective merchandise. At least that’s the honest and fair way to treat loyal customers!!! Yes we did exchange messages but I chose not to leave the merchandise and my money at the the store without a resolution. I asked for an exception to your policy because I had never purchased a large item an had been a loyal customer... not some scam artist. I felt I would have been even more foolish to be that trusting. Please do not distort the conversation that we exchanged regarding this issue... it’s over and done with. Thank you.

By far the best bargain bins store in the state! The owners are super friendly and attentive! They always give us sneak peeks and look out for items we ask about. I have saved hundreds of dollars on items I need. If you can take a ride to Charleston and check them out!

First time coming and it was pretty good. I bought a total of 15 items for $50. They had a wide variety of stuff and it is things that people could actually want. They have a points system you can sign up for to win free prizes. They are going to be opening another location in Ladson which will be a lot closer! Will be going back!

I found a plush robe, bicycle cushion and a sofa cover for 7 dollars a piece. Wow, you never know what you will find. Also the staff was super friendly and helpful. I will certainly return!

I have had so much fun at the Amazing Bargain Bins! It’s right up this girl’s alley! I get to have some retail therapy at non retail prices...AND it’s like a big scavenger hunt. So much fun! Such great deals! And the folks here are just so helpful, sweet and awesome!

I like this store 100 times more than the one in goose creek. The store is cleaner, more organized, and the staff us much nicer. The product at this store also seems to be of better quality than the competitors in goose creek, and unlike the aforementioned competition I've never found trash or broken glass in these bins!!

This place is just as it’s name says... AMAZING!! They take cash and cards! The bins are flowing over they are so full! And the deals are amazing! Just make sure you have allotted time to be able to really look and find your own bargains!!! The owners are on site and extremely helpful. Plenty of parking and food trucks too!!! Every weekend they will have newly stocked bins!!!!

I went on the $2 dollar per item day. All I found was trash. The majority of stuff was cheap dollar store stuff, the other things were broken and unusable. It looks like on the $2 dollar day they fill the bins with the leftover broken things and as cheap as possible stuff that nobody wants. It looks like they save the "better stuff" for the $7 dollar day. I went to another bins store in Summerville and at their $2 dollar day they had amazing stuff, that's the one I keep going back everytime.Response to reply: that wasn't the impression I got on the $2 day. I didn't look at all like things that were left from days before it looked like on purpose bins filled only with broken and or extremely cheap repetetive stuff.The other bins I go to have the same system and on their $2 dollarday I found things like columbia pants, calvin klein bathing suits, and really nice home decor like candles and the like.Sharing my experience here.

Had an amazing time. I have been to another one and their bins had stuff in them from what looked like several months and a lot of broken items. Not at Amazing Bargain Bins. This place is AMAZING!!!! The bins were so easy to go through and when you walked around there was no bumping in to people. Very roomy. Very friendly staff also. The entire experience was wonderful. Can’t wait to come back again.
