This was my first time at this location & they all were very friendly & helpful. I wish I had initially came to this location rather the Goose Creek location (which was my first time there as well) because they were so incredibly rude. From the time you walk into this College Park Rd. Ace Hardware you’re greeted with friendly faces & people asking if you need any help. I did need help as I’m working on a really cool project. The man who helped me was very knowledgeable. I greatly appreciate you all. Thanks again.

Always a good experience. Never had a problem with them not once. Even though they should have gave me a hard time one or two times over U-Haul rental. Ace is the place..

Well let's start by saying my hat is off to the young gentleman that helped me. I have been all over the United States and just about all places have the same thing in common. They either have employees that have no respect or ones with absolutely no knowledge. I'm surprised some times but not very often. Today this young helped me and he was knowledgeable friendly and eager to assist me and knew his store. He was professional and polite . This young man is a great asset to the store and he should definitely be commended for his good job. The store itself like always have what you need that's no surprise. The prices are competitive on most items. They are a great group of people at all ace stores . Impressive very impressive. Thanks for having great employees.

I was sorely disappointed in my visit to this store. I needed to have garden tools sharpened and had called the day before, when I was told by a gentleman to bring them in and they could take care of it. I drove there after work in the afternoon, which put me another 30 minutes from home in Summerville, to get them done. When I walked in the door, the lady behind the counter was immediately very short, stating "We don't do those kind of tools here." When I told her I had been told different on the phone, she stated, "We don't do those. We only do lawnmower blades." I was very offended by her being so short immediately when I walked in the door. It was a total waste of my time to make a trip this far out of the way, after working all day, to get this type of response. I can assure all, I will not be in this store for any reason in the future.

In a world seemingly bereft of any semblance of customer service, I stumble upon a business that turns that notion on its head. This ACE hardware has impressed me every single time I have crossed their threshold. It’s so nice being helped as soon as I enter. Most of the time I’m offered assistance multiple times while perusing the aisles. Thank you to the owners, managers and employees at this location that give the rest of the community an example of how a store should be operated.Oh, and I’m hesitant to even mention this as they’ll probably never have any in stock after word gets out, but they had the best Cajun boiled peanuts I think I’ve ever had.

Needed to rent a UHaul, so I walked in without a having a reservation. Lynn was extremely helpful and sweet. She explained all my options and completed the rental in 10 minutes.Another employee (older gentleman) inspected the 10 foot truck to make sure it was in operational condition. The front tire needed air and the gentleman handled it nicely.When I returned later in the day to return the rental, the same gentleman was there to greet me and took the key. He wished me a nice day and away I went. Less then an hour later I received my emailed invoice explaining all charges.A absolutely great experience and will definitely continue doing business with these fine people.

Very helpful staff and all very friendly, not much of a small talker but enjoyed speaking to all the gentlemen at the counter, helped me out with my roach problem and was very descriptive and saved me from destroying my baseboards with expanding foam. Good place to go for just about anything home improvement, it was great experience, even the customers were pleasant and helped out with buying a water tap for my home, and had only good things to say about the store. Highly recommend.

I stopped to pick up my uhaul (didn't need hardware), but I must say the 3 people there were awesome. Super nice, treated me like a normal customer vs someone coming in to grab a uhaul. If I need hardware in the future I am 100% returning here to give them my business. This place was great and the people really make a difference. Thanks for all your help!

It's the hardware store that a bit of everything. The staff is so helpful and very courtious. I ordered something on line, it came in early so the called to let me know. I even dropped off a door to be re-screened. A neat place to go cause you will find something you didn't know you needed. I will be back.
