I picked up a stray because it wasn't aggressive and was supposed to be freezing temperatures that night. The next morning when I arrived the note on the door said call. The woman that answered the phone was incredibly rude. She stated that they had no room and to drop it on the side of the road where I found it. I was appalled and dumbfounded. She said I could leave it there if I paid for euthanizing it. No chance for adoption, just dead. .... What else is there to say?

We live in olanta, sc. they told us on the phone that they would take in the 5 kittens we had along with the mother for a 10 dollar fee and would adobt them out. Then once we drove the cats their, they then told us that it would be a 25 dollar fee and not a 10. Then after i filled out the paperwork they changed their mind and told us they cant take them because they don’t service olanta. Seriously why couldnt they tell us that on the phone before driving out their because we told them on the phone we lived in olanta

I gave this a 3 because of the hours. For someone that works during the week until 5p; the hours doesn’t work unless I take off work. This place needs Saturday hours like other shelters I have visited.

Just called in to see if some on brought in my dog that got out of my yard. The receptionist was very polite and even took the time to go check the dog kennels to see if she was there.

Went there to see if my dog was there they had already put him down and killed him. I do not like this place it is a kill shelter.
