The staff was very helpful when I visited recently and the orders were coming in and out very fast. Everyone seemed very respectful to the customers as well. I waited about ten minutes for my order but I thought it would take longer. While I waited I used the restroom which was very well taken care of. Thats a great sign. Good job guys

It’s a employee there RIGHT now with glasses and braids who is EXTREMELY nasty!!! Her attitude is disgusting and she has absolutely no customer service skills.. I’ve worked in retail and one thing I was always taught was to make the customers WANT to come back by having a contagious, energetic, and pleasant attitude… I can’t believe that this is the employee Pizza Hut allows to be one of the faces to represent their company… ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!! Not to mention my food wasn’t properly stored for warmth.. It was sitting on the counter instead of the warm oven…

Don't know who the architect is that designed the new pizza hut/taco bell restaurant on Longstreet St in Kingstree SC, but the "stop sign" coming in is in the wrong place! I was traveling south this week & saw traffic stopped in the middle of the road trying to enter with on coming traffic!? That's dangerous! Is there anyone at the police dept/fire station directly across the street notice this? Beautification commitee what are you thinking? There's not enough parking!!?? Yet they've designed a landscape?

They delivered my order September 3, the bill was $35.00 with the order missing the wings. The driver came back and brought the wings to me 30 minutes later. Other than that the food was great. I just had to keep calling back to get my order right

The wings weren't covered in the sauce, it was in the bottom of the bowl, not stirred. Waited a long time even though I ordered on the website prior. The employees were nice and funny. The seats were uncomfortable, but the decorum was okay.

Kingstree Pizza Hut has a great staff & great food. Not very many good places to eat but Pizza Hut is definitely the best.

So we ordered a pizza and wings at 8 sum but we got a little held up and had to get it a little after 10 and I know they close at 10 but I called ahead of one and told them we was on our way and we were coming but as soon as we arrived, we were locked out and then they said they couldn’t find our order and say we couldn’t get it. I will never come back here

Today was the first time that I called Pizza Hut, and I wasn't satisfied with service. The first time I called, I was put on hold so long that I hung up. I then tried calling back at least twice with no answer. I had to call ahem using my husband phone. I refused to let her put me on hold again. It was hard for her to comprehend my order that I had to wait 19 minutes for. I called all to cancel my order, but by calling back, I found out that my order was never entered. The manager could not find my order, because she never asked for my number or name. Better luck the next time!!!!!!

My order was $32. I did not receive marinara sauce. I didnt realize this until i was at home bc the meal was sealed. I also wanted a ranch sauce for my wings, but was told this would be an additional $0.45.

Ordered a super supreme pizza...It was sealed,, ,get home to find out it was more like a meat lover...No pepper, onion,mushroom with very little cheese.Called to ask why,, was told they were OUT of those toppings...with a grocery store right down the road.Sorry management !!!!Last time getting anything at that Pizza hut. Kingstree SC.

This store was great. After dominos in kingstree messed up my adress and canceled my order pizza hut helped locate my delivery adress as well as had my order delivered quick. Delivery driver called and helped find us for drop off MUCH appreicated

This place is HORRIBLE!!! The employees are often rude and/or clueless. Just like another reviewer, I have been told that I could not order the big box special because they were out of the actual big cardboard boxes and refused to just give me the food on a couple of smaller boxes. I've also been told I couldn't order a pizza because they were out of pizza crust. And never once offered an alternative. The latest point of contention with them is when I ordered wings, ranch dipping sauce, blue cheese dipping sauce and bread sticks. I arrived to pick up the order about thirty minutes after placing it online. I went to the counter, they pulled up my order and accepted my payment, then told me they did not have any wings. I asked if they just didn't have mine ready or if they didn't have any wings in the store at all. And the cashier stated (and I quote) "We ain't got no wangs. Our wang station is broke. They ain't had call you?" After expressing my discontent she asks if I wanted a refund. Well, yes, I do want a refund. She hands me the money and I realize she only refunded the wings, not the dipping sauces or bread sticks. What am I going to do with blue cheese and ranch with no wings??? I asked her what her managers name was and she yells out "Tiffany, whats your last name?" This is the same Tiffany that was supposed to be responsible for calling me thirty minutes earlier to tell me they didn't have any wings but failed to do so before I show up to pick up my order. So I asked who Tiffany's boss is, she doesn't know. So I ask who the owner or general manager is, SURPRISE, she doesn't know. I hate this place!! Can we please get a Papa John's in Kingstree??

Had a credit for Pizza Hut went to use it, It's not there. I was told I could use my credit whenever I want to. So, where did my credit went? 2 pizza, cinnamon sticks, chicken, alfredo. Here I'm on the phone talking to the manager Brandon when he got off the phone with me. He's hitting his head moving his finger around when people calls some one crazy and to top that off, he drew a square with his hands shaking his head talking to another guy working in there. Like that saying, What would you do if no one was watching? Just because you don't see someone that don't mean you are not being watched. So I went in there and ask him what all of that meant? ....I'll tell the rest when I call that 800 number. I don't like that!

Inside was disgusting, had dirty sticky tables. Chairs stacked on tables and boxes everywhere. Ceiling was stained and covered in caulking. Had no plates so had to eat out of the box. Will not be back to this dive.

We put in an online order and the confirmation said order would be ready at noon. We sat in the parking lot waiting on our curbside pick up order until 12:30 when my husband went in and was told they hadn’t even started our order. We gave up and cancelled our order and went to dominos. Probably won’t go back to this location.

Absolutely ridiculous, come up to kingstee pizza hut to grab some cookies that ordered online, the employees sat there conversation amongst themselves with me just standing there needing to be taken care of, two of them were In the back eating, the girl called out a order asking whose it was about ten times so another employee stands up and grabs it and starts eating it then she say that isn't yours and he said well no one claimed it so they start arguing about him paying for that while I'm a customer setting there waiting to get my two cookies, I stood there I know 20 minutes before she took care of me then was rude and handed me two box cookies without a bag to where I have to get someone else's attention to get a bag, take care of customers before you take care of employees and then don't be arguing amongst yourselves while a customer is now upset and still waiting for their food that's the things that get you a bad review, need people who know what customer service is!
