I went to get lunch from here today. It was the worst customer service that I ever had in this store! They have a totally new kitchen staff. They were 2 girls standing around talking to each other. Some of the pans of food were empty. When I asked about the macaroni and cheese (the pan was empty sitting on the bar), the girl got an attitude about getting one. Every time I asked about something, she got an attitude. I ended up talking to the manager and telling him about what I had just experienced. I told him that the lady was acting like I was bothering her. She kept making faces. The manager was nice about listening to my complaints, and I pointed out the young lady. He asked me if I knew anyone who wanted to work. I was disappointed to see that the other crew was no longer working there.

I bought some wood that tasted like chicken. Very disappointed, impossible to eat if you have dentures. Had breakfast here, one day a week ago about 7am and the scrambled eggs were crusty and the lady gave me mostly nasty crusty egg, you know when they don't want your business they give you what should have been thrown away, the food made there is not fit for the starving. Never give a food establishment the benefit of the doubt, if bad food once, then usually bad food, my experience proved that. Sore gums and upset sick stomach for hours.

This is my grocery store of choice! Their weekly sales keep my freezers and refrigerator packed. The workers are always friendly and helpful. The deli and bakery has amazing food and I shop here at least 3 times a week.

I went there this morning to get a hot breakfast for my family. I was not sure of what was on the menu so I called my wife at home to let her know what was on the menu and see what she wanted on each plate. The man fixing the plates got an attitude with me because I was on the phone even though I was only being sure I was ordering the right foods on each plate. I explained that to him but he kept the same bad attitude. The customer behind me in line received the same bad attitude/service that I did. He ordered $2.00 worth of bacon. Since the bacon was $1.69 per serving, he should have gotten 1 serving. An additional piece of bacon would have been 69 cents. They added an extra piece of bacon which put the price OVER $2.00. They got another attitude when the customer only had $2.00 even though the customer mentioned at least 3 times that he had 2.00. The food was paid for with assistance from a different customer, but only after a bad attitude was displayed to a customer again. On a brighter note, the cashiers at the front of the store were smiling and friendly as usual. The guy serving the food needs a serious attitude adjustment. It's not always what you say, but HOW you say it that can make a difference.

I like this IGA. More clean, organized, and offers the same but a little better variety than the IGA in my area. The times I've been here the meat seems more fresh and veggies are not wilted - items are easy to find. Anytime I'm in the area I stop by without hesitation.

That's my place, friendly staff all around. Nice Owners, and managers are great. Price alright just wish the IGA here would sell some idem they have. I have to go home to buy them but, when I get there the employees are still the same. That makes the trip worth the travel. Seeing Ms Louise daughter, Uncle OD daughter and Cindy it is worth it. Great place.

Meats are at a good price employees make sure that you get through the line fast. Spent almost $49 . The chicken thighs can't beat that price for a family pack $2.50 now that's a big help tight budget .

GREAT meat department!!!! They typically have or can get anything you want. But check with them if you want something particular to see when it might be I. The cooler that they can cut for you. GREAT Beef!

Great experience. I had an amazing day on Tuesday, April 16th, had ask the day fresh beets would arrive. The produce manage said Tuesday and they were there fresh and ready delicious. Thank you IGA!!!

No complaints about the IGA. Don't go in expecting a Publics, but for a small town grocery store it is better than you would think. Clean and well stocked and the cooked food is just good old country cooking

It's okay but the prices are too high. Also not enough good sales and the sales doesn't last over into the following week like other stores. Namely Bi-Lo, Food Lion, my favorite AlDI.

For a small town grocery store they have some BOMB food! If you want breakfast or lunch for a good price go inside and hit up the food! Good country cooking.

Customer associates are friendly & quick with a smile. The food counter is always busy and the food is delicious. The store is clean and always busy. IGA is an asset to our community.

Oh my, I am concerned for the people in Kingstree. IGA is one of the 2 grocery stores there and the employees are rude, including management. I only shop there just to purchase a particular brand of chips. Now that I have found these same chips in the gas station I don't go to IGA. The employees that work in the deli/hot foods, they don't wash their hands, you must request for them to change their gloves. Where is the Health Department??
