Their auction has been posted for weeks as starting on 2-5-22 at 9:00 am. The auction started almost 15 minutes early, and then started the first 15-20 lots completely out of order. I.e. Started with lot 642 then 318, 725, 147...etc. The pictures were constantly changing to items not currently being bid on, so you couldn't actually tell what was being sold. It was still before their advertised starting time of 9:00 and there was no audio, so I just assumed it was an equipment test. It wasn't. I've never seen anything that comes close to being as dysfunctional as this place was. I have no idea how they're still in business.

Very bad experience. They started by putting big watermarks in the images of my truck that were literally covering it. They kept saying they were going to remove it and I had to call Auctiontime to have them remove it the last minute before auction. The winning buyer paid right after winning. This is the 2nd week and they didn’t send me the money. Finally Mr C for Crook wasn’t even picking up the phone. Actiontime froze his account and blocked his sales and two hours later he sent me the payment. He lies and lies, so if you’re doing business with them pay much attention to what’s written in the contract. He said he would give me a discount and he forgot later and didn’t know What I was talking about and not to mention the buyers premium he added without even discussing it first.

Staff was extremely rude and unprofessional, I will never buy anything through this company again. Asking them to send me an invoice for an item I won was like pulling teeth. DO NOT BID WITH THIS COMPANY.

You have got to see this place! Went to inspect a stump grinder that will be auctioned on the 2 of Feb. But this place has some of EVERYTHING. Even HELICOPTERS! GREAT friendly and helpful staff. Nicely done guys
