My experience this week and for years has been unacceptable. The staff is rude and incompetent. If my health insurance didn’t have a contract with CVS and I had to use this pharmacy I wouldn’t. We had several issues with the insurance being rejected. I called our RX provider and they informed us, that the information was being keyed in wrong. When I spoke with the pharmacy employee, she said it still may not work and didn’t want to try. But, it did and then she said, they didn’t have all the medicine in stock anyway and we would have to wait until the next day. We asked if we could get what they had and she said no, we would have to get it all at once, that it was store policy. We went the next day and were told, they forgot to order the additional medication. CVS-please train your staff properly and give them a lesson in manners and respect for the customers.

Sat on hold for 40 minutes trying to call in prescription. Upon arrival phone was saying 5 pharmacy calls out loud as the two pharmacy technicians ignored it. Sara seemed to be overwhelmed working front counter and drive thru as Justin was filling prescriptions and throwing them. I always experience such a horrible encounter when visiting this CVS I really wish I had another option because it really sucks going here.

Worst pharmacy ever,wish I could give them zero stars, had a prescription called in from a urgent care location at around 11:30am, waited for about an hour before I went to give them time to fill the prescription, went there was told it won't be ready till after 3pm, went back there at 4pm and it still wasn't ready, was told I had to wait another 15 minutes ended up waiting another hour or so and they were not busy at all. The pharmacist and the pharmacy technician were rude as well, will not be going back to CVS at all for anything.Update: so after waiting nearly all day for 2 prescriptions I was finally told they didn't have one of my prescriptions.

They want to charge you for antibiotics that should be free for kids through Medicaid... Never have your prescriptions ready on time or even the same day called in. Some of those people look like they are on drugs and always have an excuse of why your meds aren't ready. If i could leave a zero I would. I highly suggest going somewhere else! Not to mention the bad attitude like you coming in for your medication is a problem for them. Always say they are short staffed but you will always see 3 people working. Piles of prescriptions everywhere but yours won't be ready smh... SHAMEFUL!!! WORSE CVS PHARMACY I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!!

Zero stars, CVS Kingstree is a pitiful joke. Was on hold to speak with the pharmacist for nearly 40 minutes. Rather than answer my call, they just hung up on me. Even the Walmart pharmacy will at least answer the phone.

I tried calling to get the cost of some medication without insurance and the lady actually hung up on me after I held on for her for 14 minutes. At first, she said she couldn't give me pricing with having scan the medication, then she said "we have discount cards but I don't know what the cost would be because I can't scan the card without the medication". Completely understandable but why when I ask just give the cost without applying the discount she said I needed to come in the store. I know that was a lie! So I asked if she could give it to me over the phone. She said yes but then asked me to hold. I guess she figured if she had me on hold long enough that I would hang up. Well, I didn't and when she saw I was still holding she picked up the line and then hung up. I waited 14 minutes. That is some poor customer service! I wish I could get a survey on that store.

I got my Moderna from here and the pharmacists was so nice and effective although I Can’t get past the impassable wall that is a deaf virtual assistant to get someone on the phone. Its the fact that the automated person can only mishear you or constantly say “sorry I didn’t get that?” Over and over again until you give up.

Terrible customer service. The staff is not friendly and rarely helpful, from the manager on down to the pharmacy techs. We've had 2 prescriptions recently that were shorted several doses and CVS refused to help remedy the problem. On another occasion a prescription was filled with the incorrect dosage of a medicine and they refused to exchange it because we left the pharmacy before we caught the problem. We called as soon as we realized the mistake and the person who answered stated to simply bring the unopened medicine back and the receipt and they would exchange it. When we arrived the manager refused to even discuss the possibility of exchange it for the correct dosage. We finally changed to a local "hometown" pharmacy and have received terrific, friendly service.

CVS in Kingstree is terrible. You can't speak to the Pharmist cuz they won't answer the phone for hours. Your medication is never in, they are just horrible. I will not use this pharmacy ever again. YOUR RATINGS ARE -0000000. POOR COSTOMER SERVICE

If I could give Zero stars I would. How can you limit the amount of items I wish to purchase. Store cashiers are become very rude. No worries I have already called and spoke with corporate and was informed that the manager cannot do that. If I wish to purchase a 100 I could because the store is making money.

CVS in Kingstree is awful. Store associates nor the pharmacy staff will answer the telephone. Why keep your prescriptions at a place that will not answer the telephone or return your call. It will continue to get worse because the store in Andrews closed.

Checking internet and guess I was misdirected as time for pharmacy to open.but the fact is that I walked in exspected to be open and gates were still closed saw a worker and was ignored sitting in a chair common curiosity should kick in for employees to ask and inform...nope

This place is aweful they will make u wait even if you need your medicine to live they don't care one bit , I'm trying everything to change pharmacy's place is disgusting I don't know how many professional medical inspections would let that place pass so sad the way they treat people disgusting, they should all be fired for not caring about their patients, God is gonna punish those people that just take their money and leave them waiting on the phone or drive through for over 30 minutes and they never answer the phone so sad and sickening that they do that to people in need of their medicine sick people
