I can completely understand being upset when a customer comes in a little bit before closing and then takes their time, but when a customer came in got their item and apologized repeatedly, with given the websites hours had an hour before closing, a simple and even honest response is to be expected to be frank when spoken too. Instead I get someone who can't waste their time with a response when spoke too. I apologize for coming in late.... Dang

The Worst Place Ever they are RUDE and Ugly The Pharmacist Actually Said to the Customers she would rather work with her Newborn baby then be there for people. This place Needs to be Shut down for Good my Wife is a Nurse she is going to let everyone know she works with Never to step foot in that place that's a lot of business GONE my Employee's will Definitely know what kind of place this is. Pharmacy has been down 2 days, but yet only 2 people came in when they when there computers came back online. I have Medicine from hospital and Dr I NEED! Rudely tells me she has 75 people to type in and doesn't have a clue when I can receive my meds. I have been with them through all the name changes. Loyally. I'm moving on.

Exceptional Customer Service! This team of employees goes above and beyond for customers. Maybe you could teach the staff down in Lancaster how to be half as good as you are at treating customers. I wouldn't give the pharmacy 1 star of I didn't have to. I come 8n and the drop off is closed although it said open and instead of saying How can I help you? I was asked What you need? And yes in that way. She was extremely RUDE! WILL NOT BE BACK!

I have gone there 2 Different Time's to get my Medicine and there Colsed way before time tonight I got there at 8:00pm on the dot and closed..😡 then the other day where supposed to be open till 6:00 and they where closed at 3:00pm HOW Can PEOPLE get there medicine if they close whenever they want they won't tell people the real hours there open on there website it still shows there open till 10:00pm most nights and there not this store is getting RIDICULOUS....
