Mom comes home happy as hell everytime she goes there. Bugs me and tells me about all her great deals and yet everytime she tells me the price I suddenly now have interest w what she's saying. She walks in w bags of stuff and never spent more than a few bucks. Good job Ma. Next time buy for me maybe instead of your dogs and ppl that aren't even born yet lol

When it's time for to help they gives you the run around then when they suppose to be helping its to late your bill gets disconnected. Then they tell you to go to CCA to get help.

Idk why people keep giving them 4-5 stars when I’ve never been able to receive assistance because I’ve always worked but there’s been other people or things that have made it difficult to pay the bills. I’ve gotten so far behind on my bills and when I called to see what I needed to do, I was given information that was needed and that exactly what I did. Going through the Wi-Fi at their facility made impossible to get my emails out so I had to wait to get back home because they couldn’t get my emails. I sat there called in about what was needed, came to my appointment and left with a tiny box of food that wasn’t even enough to survive maybe 3-4 days.It seems everyone keeps telling me to go them because they do but every time I do they find a reason not to help me. Me personally the receptionist was fantastic and I think she’d be a better person to deal with than anyone else. No friendliest, seems there was no good communication between client and agency. Yes I was highly upset and cursed them out because I’m 5 years all I’ve gotten is reasons they couldn’t help me! I thought that’s what they were there for was to serve the community and to ensure the safety of clients and community but I’ve been sitting here over a week now without water.Thank God, for the kindness and understanding of duke energy because wouldn’t have power if it wasn’t for them! Unlike and agent cry that states there’re there to help and protect the people of the community!!!Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. C Hope in Lancaster SC yes may take you a minute to make through but you’ll get the assistance you need.Better communication between Agency and Clients, learn how to communicate information over the phone when client class in asking what is needed!!Thanks,Alex C.
