One of our fave stops after a day at Beachwalker Park. The ice cream here is so good and still reasonably priced. They have a old time throw back soda shop feel and it is just a fun place to hang out and cool off. The service can be hit or miss but no matter the ice cream will make up for it! The best birthday cake and mint chocolate chip I've had anywhere! So yummy!

What a fun place to shop and get ice cream! There is currently no food since there is no staff, but they still serve ice cream, sundaes, shakes, malts, floats… the pharmacy is also very nice and helpful! The perfect one stop shop for medicine, gifts, and the “goodness” 🍦🍨Pro tip: come early for the ice cream! Soda fountain opens at 11! There can be a long line for ice cream in the afternoon and they are only open til 3 during the week!Really looking forward to when they open the grill back up! 🍔🍟

The only thing we had here were the sundaes. First, they are HUGE. Split the sundae, seriously. The ice cream and all of the toppings tasted great. And, they layer the toppings on bottom and top so you never run out of that delicious hot fudge or the other toppings you choose. Fun throw-back decor. Kids will love it (be prepared for a sugar high!)

Looks aren’t everything.....Super Cute Cafe with Bad food and Poor Customer Service. Staff is visibly unhappy, service was slow and items forgotten. Ice cream was okay- hamburgers were premade and reheated in oil. Fries and Corn Dog tasted microwaved. Anyone visiting Kiawah should stick to other options to avoid a downer while on vacay.

Vincent's is a cute, old timey spot! This is a drug store, but also a scoop shop.I really loved the atmosphere inside, it was so quaint and adorable.We placed our group's order for two small chocolate malts and a sundae. The price for all three wasn't TOO bad.It took a LONG time to get our order, the store wasn't too busy considering this was "off" season here.I had asked for extra malt in my our drinks, but we ended up with regular shakes instead with NO malt.That was kind of disappointing, but I didn't want to go back in and wait forever again while they remade the order.Our shakes were OK, not the most amazing ice cream I have had and not bad either.

Staff was rude when I asked about our shakes. Received food in 15 minutes, asked about shakes 30 minutes after ordering and was told they would make them now. They only made 2 and became argumentative when I asked for the 3rd one. I asked for a refund & they refunded the shakes. On my way out I spoke to the general manager who refunded our entire meal.We've had great meals here before, so I'm hopeful that today was an anomaly. This place is awesome. If you like the old school soda fountain feel then look no further. Mind you it's on kiawah so it's not the cheapest place to eat but if $ is an issue why are you in kiawah in the first place? It's not crazy expensive but you won't get a $5 burger. The food was fantastic and the shakes were amazing. Come here for the food and ambience and leave with a smile.

My family and I love going to Vincent's whenever we visit Kiawah. The place looks like an old fashioned soda fountain. The burgers are really good, and the vanilla malt is to die for! Last summer, we splurged and got the Vacation Sundae-its so huge that 4 of us couldn't finish it. The kids love the corn dogs. They also have a really good selection of gift items and games in the store, as well as drugstore stuff.

Worst.Place.Ever. We were with a large party and had to wait at least 15-30 minutes to order. When we finally got up to the counter, they told us they closed at 3 PM. It was 3:02 and I explained that we had been waiting in line to order and that all of our friends had already ordered. They would not serve us and we had to leave while all of our friends stayed to eat because they had already ordered. I ask to speak to a manager and explained the situation to her. She was no hel and it was pointless. As a business owner myself, you serve your customers!!!!

First of all, the food was absolutely dismal. The service was even worse. They messed up every single food item (only ordered 3) and every single milkshake. Gave my order away to someone else so I had to wait while my friends ate. I wasn't surprised by it being expensive as its Kiawah, but I hope no one else has to have such a terrible experience as me. Avoid this place.

Food was fine. Straight off the Sysco truck. Service was horrible. 45 minutes for a burger and a malt is not acceptable for a restaurant, much less a family focused lunch spot. Skip it. Enjoy your vacation elsewhere.

Have been coming here for past few years - milkshakes are great!!! However last night, showed up at 6:45pm (sign said closes at 9) and lights were off, chairs up, and doors locked. Saw 3-4 employees sitting in dark at countertop. Very disappointed

This place has the worst customer service I have ever seen. Staff will not make eye contact or greet you to take your order. I stood at the register for several minutes while the staff stood two feet from me at the register and not once did she ask me what I needed. I’m sorry but if you are in customer service working at a restaurant, it will be necessary that you SPEAK to the patrons.When you get someone to take your order beard you will not be able to hear or understand their response because not mumbling would be too much to ask. Do yourself a favor and use the cute stools as a photo op if you must but get your food at the service station down the block and your ice cream at the other side of the shopping area. You’ll save some money as well as your sanity.

Vincents is the best place to eat in the whole of the Area. Great prices and wonderful food. People are friendly and fill the orders quickly. Again best prices in the area. When you have to eat your ice cream with a shovel, you are at the right place. This was my daughter's birthday and it took three of us to eat most (not all) of the ice cream out of the bucket (pail). They also had a great supply of drug store items.

Vincent's Pharmacy Manager (George Stamatiades, RPh) and all the staff are deeply knowledgable, unfailingly efficient, and kind. Despite its popularity, I've never been in a long line there, even during socially-distanced Covid-19 times.My parents have been Vincent's patrons since they moved to Kiawah in early 1990s. Today Mom and Dad are in their 90s, and I credit their longevity to the Kiawah lifestyle, the care of their doctors, and to Vincent's outstanding service. More than once, George brought to our attention potentially-troublesome interactions between meds prescribed by different doctors, and countless times he and staff answered my meds questions.

placed an order for ice cream via text message (which is the preferred method) to get a response 15 minutes later saying they were closed.. at 430. Google says they are open until 5, the site says 6... but I guess it's actually 430. Will avoid going altogether going forward.
