Place was absolutely packed for brunch, as expected. We ordered drinks while we waited, the bartender was absolutely swamped. Even though she was in obvious need for a break and breathe of fresh air to just get away, she still served with a smile and nailed our drink order.Food all looked amazing when it came out! Everyone was super happy! Staff was all around and taking plates when finished and refilling beverages, everyone was super nice, and even the owner was bouncing between the kitchen to even grabbing finished plates and talking to customers. This place has already expanded once but could really expand more, and it'd still fill up! Outstanding establishment, this is one of those ultimate eateries the locals all know and come back to often!

Kiss Cafe is now twice as large and with a bakery and bar! They have a pastry chef on staff and the outcome is delicious. Our personal favorites are the Carrot Cake cupcakes and the Coffee Cake muffin(which is huge). We ordered the Ranchero(eggs, black beans, crema, jalapeños, and a tortilla to sop up the yummy flavors) and the Triple Up(eggs, pancakes, sausage). Both dishes were excellent. The staff here is second to none. They are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. This is one of our favorite stops whenever we John's Island.Vegetarian options: They have vegan options on the menu.Dietary restrictions: They are happy to accommodate any dietary restrictions.Parking: There's plenty of parking in the lot.Kid-friendliness: You can dine in or out, so the kiddos will be fine.Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is on the first floor.

Brunch at KISS cafe was a marvelous way to start my Sunday. I had the Sunday brunch special which was a mac and cheese cake, pulled pork, chorizo cheese sauce and a poached eggs. It was soooo delicious. I had a blueberry pancake on the side and it was finger licking good 😊The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu.I got to speak with the owners and what a beautiful couple. Leslie’s smile is so warm and welcoming. If you are ever close to KISS cafe I highly recommend you stop in there for breakfast or lunch. It will not disappoint.

This place is a must stop. The service is extremely friendly. The owner is the executive chef and was going around checking on everyone. He was really friendly and found out he was from our town prior to moving to Charleston to open the restaurant (request to open one back here too...)Location has multiple seating options with pleanty of room. It was a nice day so we chose to sit outside in the patio area. There are many good choices on the menu to pick from and need to return to try the rest of the menu.Food was fresh, i mean really fresh. Fries were definately fresh, sliced, and cooked on site (sort of 5 guys style). The Korean Ban Mi, WOW. I've had Vietnamese Ban Mi a few times, but nothing like this. This was very tasty, meat had great flavor, and nothing in it was dry. This is definately a recommend, even if you've never tried it before -- don't miss out. The fresh waffle and fruit was also a good pick.

Had two bagel sandwiches . Jersey one was delicious . Friend enjoyed the mimosa flute . Apple cider was the clear cut winner . There was a wait, however nothing too bad and always a good sign for a place to have a waiting list. Food was served quickly . The owner checked on our table and refilled our glasses. No complaints . Will be back.

Second attempt at trying this place. First time it was so busy they didn’t have any tables. Second try a success. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our server was very friendly and had great recommendations. I definitely recommend going here if you are in the area. Everything on the menu looked delicious. I had the biscuits and gravy with an over easy egg on top. The only reason for the 4 star is the biscuit was a little sweeter then I was used to. But still amazing food overall.

If I could give Kiss more than 5 stars, I would. They graciously hosted our party of 10, and the service was exceptional. The owner even came over to check on us, and made it a point to acknowledge our friend’s birthday. The Hershey kisses they gave us at the end were such a cute touch! We will definitely be returning the next time we visit Charleston!

KISS is one of my absolute favorite places to eat. The food is not only consistent but consistently delicious. The staff is friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable of the menu. Breakfast is always available and they have great lunch menu. The owner is a chef himself. He is almost always present and takes such pride in his business and establishment. I recommend making KISS a priority if you have not done so yet!♥️

House made corn beef brisket hash "Hash it out" with mustard crema is fantastic! I recommend it with house made hot sauce but it is hot. Owner, server were all attentive and service was fantastic. Coffee is great. Pancakes were great for kids and we all thought were delicious. According to my parents who go once a month, it's getting much more popular, so please don't go so we can get a table next time 😉.

Restaurant isn’t very big but expansion coming. Strawberry Basil Mimosa! Amazing! Food was so good! Homemade biscuits were buttery soft with a light crunch from the grill. Grits were something different for me, chunky but we’re still good. Orange infused syrup was strong but great match with pancakes. Ready to go back.Parking: Only if very busy.

This is the best hard roll and egg sandwich I have found in the Charleston area . The New York style hard roll is authentic and local eggs are delicious. Super friendly, exceptional service and comfortable setting for all types. All components of this simple meal are delicious and worth the fair pricing. I highly recommend KISS Cafe.

This is one of our favorite places. For breakfast and lunch it has a wide range of interesting offerings, many of which can be vegetarian or vegan. Prices are pretty reasonable. My wife likes the Wickey Wickey Ramen Bowl and I often get the AOCF Bowl. They have very nice house made bagels. The owner is there and around a lot to make sure everyone is satisfied.Dietary restrictions: Just tell the server.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a curb cut for wheelchairs and a Handicap car slot.

Good place for breakfast and lunch. Decent choices. The blueberry lavender mimosa was pretty tasty. Outdoor seating available. Not far from Angel oak tree.Had the Reuben. Flavorful. Fries are good. The bill can add up as some sides are not included in the entrees.

Super friendly staff and really good food. We got the Korean Bahn Mi, which was fantastic…the meat was bulgolgi style and the bread and sauces were in line with the Vietnamese style. Overall, it was excellent. Also tried the mushroom omelet and another sandwich (can’t remember which), and those were also very flavorful.Definitely worth stopping in if you’re in John’s Island.

Very delicious, fresh, made to order food. The staff was very friendly and they were able to easily accommodate our party of ten which consisted of six adults, 2 kids, a toddler and an infant. We opted to sit outside which probably wasn't the best option as mother nature made sure you could see the pollen fall on the table, in our drinks and clothes. That aside we very much enjoyed our experience and meals. I ordered eggs overeasy with potatoes and blueberry pancakes in the side. The pancake is an orange infused make which was very tasty. Definitely recommend if in the area.

3 of us went for Brunch on a Saturday morning. Atmosphere was welcoming and cozy. Family friendly, yet didn't feel like a kid's establishment. Menu items had catchy names and wonderful seasonal options. Executive Chef welcomed our table and did a menu overview. We sat near the kitchen, but didn't feel like we were in the way! The seasonal French Toast is highly recommended with a large portion and fresh fruit. Sausage gravy with Hash was seasoned well, and would go back just for that. A person in our group was pregnant with Gestational Diabetes and they accommodated her modifications with ease. All servers were friendly and accommodating to any requests.Wheelchair accessibility: Location is easily access with level floors and sidewalks.

As good a breakfast spot you are going to find. Driving to or from Kiawah Island, it’s a must stop. The B.E.L.T is spot on, pancakes, Breakfast burrito- all delicious! You will not regret the stop and it’s worth the wait. You will wait most times- that’s how good it is.
