Well done!They work extreme hours on their feet to ensure we have plenty, and they work in tight quarters amongst sometimes not very kind or thoughtful customers. This is a nice clean place to do shopping while staying in the area. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. I love the little shop this store is in, it's so cute you'll want to walk around and have a closer look.

Overcrowded, second tier produce grocery store. The meats/steaks are quite good and are often on sale. Don’t expect this store to carry every brand/item you’re used to seeing at your local grocery store ( Safeway, Giant, Wegmans). Lastly, ALL items are overpriced.

The hot lunch is a rip off. 11.99lb when you get a reasonable portion is almost 20$ for lunch. Be realistic the food is not worth that.

Kiawa Island's up scale grocer.This over all Market Center is pretty special. It serves families from Kiawa and John's Island developments.It checks all the boxes like, variety, quality, speciality, relevant offerings. Unfortunately, it has gone downhill the past couple of years. As a contractor, this used to be my go-to for breakfast, lunch, and other needs. Prices have risen, and the quality of service has dropped. I can't tell you how many times the food on the buffet isn't cooked thoroughly!! Imagine spending $15 on lunch just to take a bite of undercooked cold chicken! It's also impossible to find any parking due to reckless and inconsiderate drives.

Has everything you will need. Just a lot smaller than a normal store. It always seems to be busy. So just be ready for full aisles.The reason it isn't a 5 star is the service. The one cashier was not welcoming and was a grouch.

We were there at 7pm and it was quite busy. It seemed some of the fresh departments were shutting down or altos but down for the evening. The store is kinda small and cramped but they do have a full and quality selection of grocery store needs. There were only two checkout lines, each about 10 customers deep. So it took a little while to get through. The staff was friendly. Overall a satisfactory stop at the store.

What happened? HT has gone downhill, especially this location. Service poor most of the time. Produce always under stocked. Checkout comical as many cashiers make zero effort to bag, say hi or even present a professional image.

Only supermarket on Kiawah. Was new and nice inside. Fresh fish counter had good selection. Could not find rolls or bagels in the bakery. I normally dont purchase packaged fruit but the watermelon chunks were delicious. Was crowded but checkout moved fast!

Store 451 at Freshfields Village in Kiawah really outdid themselves on my Mom’s birthday cake! Not only was it beautiful but delicious❤️

Terrible customer service at the front of the store. Not only is there always a weight but every cashier that I have come across has been entirely rude. No greeting, no acknowledgement. They won't even relay your total. You pretty much just see it and pay. Not friendly at all. This store is located in an extremely wealthy area(Kiawah/Seabrook) so maybe that's why they behave so rude and snotty but, I don't feel that is an excuse for poor unfriendly customer service.

It is a nice store convenient to Seabrook and Kiawah and adjoins a larger shopping area. A good selection of fresh and packaged items. A small Starbucks kiosk off to the side. The aisles can be a bit cramped as can the parking area. Otherwise a good match for the area.

The store is very clean and the employees are very friendly.Some of the customers seems a little stuck up and will just bump into you or cut in front of you but that is to be expected in an expensive community. They think they are better than everyone else.Prices are a little high but being since there is only a few places to eat in an hour lunch break, you pay for it because it is the closest.They have a salad bar with an attached fruit bar, soup selections, Starbucks, pizza bar, sub menu, and hot bar. Lots of choices!

Employees are very nice but store is mismanaged. No one way aisle markers like most supermarkets. Also some employees and vendors have masks below their chins without consequence. Selection isn’t great - but it’s a small space. Hopefully, rumors of expansion are accurate.

This is a busy grocery store, but they have a large selection of produce and household essentials. Expect a longer visit. Even in the off-season, the store was busy. Still, visiting in-person vs a home delivery was much, much faster.

This is an extremely busy location. A convenient location to both Kiawah and Seabrook. This location has excellent selections. Those that come to the island from out of town, need to be more patient for this location is not as large of a store as the others. Some people need to be more patient and show courtesy to others while shopping and those who check you out at the registers.

It's a decent store mid day, minus the crowds. Like everything else around here, it pretty much shuts down about 7pm. No deli, no seafood, few registers, and no customer service by 7:15pm. Prices are a little on the high side.
