Went to purchase a mini camera due to my vehicle being vandalized. It was only one left in which was at the time sitting on a shelf. The manager tonight immediately noticed that they not have any more in stock and tia me that I could not purchase this cam because she wanted one as well and it was the last one left....poor poor service. Unprofessional unacceptable. When does a customer does not have the right purchase any items sitting on the shelf

Poor store can’t keep an employee for five mins and then they have the nerve to terminate employees for stupid stuff , then the few they have are seasonal bipolar, sometimes they speak and sometimes they don’t !!! Or even walk pass you without speaking.. I know we all have our semi bad days but yet and still that’s very unprofessional when you’re working in retail customer service

It's 9AM store closed. No one answering the phone. FedEx and UPS missed deliveries notes on door. Where is the manager, district manager? Not the first time this has happened. Health inspector closed store for messy aisles. Only DG in 15 miles. Need better staff and management

I spend so much money with this particular location. I had stopped shopping here when they stopped putting stuff out but happened to stop back in a couple of months ago and noticed how nice everything was looking and they put a home section in. Now it's starting to look horrible again and I was told I had to leave after only grabbing a few items I need because they needed to go to the bank at 12 bc they were low on change yet when I checked out it seemed they had plenty. Now I am sitting outside the very next day and no one is here at 5:40 in the afternoon. This is a joke!!!

I stayed in the car but my husband went in to do the shopping. He loves Dollar General because he goes there at least three times a week. He can find most anything there except for fresh vegetables, fruit and meats.

Dollar General has it guys. From the toilet paper to gardening supplies I know I can find it cheaper here. I dont mind bringing my children either because they think its Christmas when they get to buy toys, coloring books, and new bath sets. Great store!

I'm hoping this is the correct location. I stopped at a Dollar General near Edisto Beach two weeks ago on Spring Break in search of additional sunscreen for my children. This is SC and people go to the beaches for spring break. Period. No excuses. The store did not have any new sunblock put out. The entire endcap was empty. The manager explained the woman the night before didnt get to it. This was a Saturday morning. Sun block should have been set up a month prior at the least in Sunny SC. However the new Manager Lisa explained that she has recently been placed in this store and is trying her best to have it running at a functional level. Literally 2 weeks prior. Lisa was very kind in helping me find clearance sunblock. Although I did not want to purchase old sunblock for my kids. She made the clearance actually look like "clearance" for me and helped tremendously. This is like the only store to buy these supplies for endless miles. My advise to the higher ups. Get Lisa the dependable, needed employee help bc summer is on the way and it will profit and succeed in this area if you do so. Not having endless new supplies on hand like sunblock, bug spray, beach and camping needs will ruin a small location like this. The store was very clean and you can tell it is on its way to being a dependable location to stop at. You don't want the community to just run to walmart bc your not stocked. You want to make these supplies a priority just like toilet paper and bread. It is the only supply store for miles. Get that lead lady Lisa the help she needs. There are too many people in need of jobs not to do so. Help Lisa. A big shout out and thank you to Lisa for helping a mom of 3 teens that day. Thank you Lisa for doing the right thing. Keep up the great work and have your employee's learn these basic tips. You can and will make this location a success. God bless and keep on being a kind person.Jennifer

It was closed at 1:45 on a Tuesday afternoon for no apparent reason. Google said it was open but that is not true I waited at the door for a minute to see if someone came around and no one ever did

Make sure everyone knows that right now you’re not allowing shoppers to use your restrooms. And associates are telling shoppers that if they ask to use it. Unless it’s out of order, and your store is open, that should be against the law.
