100 percent recommend to go try this place. They have awesome breakfast, my personal favorite was the veggie omelet with fries, it was delicious. Also my kids love the decor in their pancakes. The biscuits are the size of my fist and the service was great. During the busy times is hard to find parking lot and you have to wait for a table but like I said the food is worth the wait. Just one little inconvenience you can only pay with cash or check but they do have an ATM just outside the restaurant. Also there’s not too much space IN the restaurant but you’ll be fine. Oh and pet friendly because if you have a pet with you they have outside sitting available.Parking: Free parking, a bit hard to find a spot when is busy. But the food is worth it.Kid-friendliness: They have a short but substantial kids menu.Wheelchair accessibility: This place has 2 entrance one with stairs and the second one with a ramp.

Warning. They only accept cash here! But they have an ATM right outside. The food was delicious, but not inexpensive for breakfast. We both had the vegetable omelets. The grits were just okay. The biscuits were huge and delicious and the extra sausage links were definitely worth purchasing. Delicious! One criticism. The large fruit plate was $10 and had lots of different kinds of fruit. Various melons, strawberries, orange, grapes, kiwi and banana. But for that price, I would think they could peel the fruit. The only one that was a bit of an issue was the sliced kiwi. Nearly impossible to peel. The staff was very friendly. We would definitely go back when we visit again.

Cash or check only!Delicious breakfast cafe, with traditional breakfast items with a seafood twist! Everything we had was amazing, I love that they serve fresh fruit with the meals. We waited about 30 minutes for a table for 4 ppl. Food come decently fast.Food was good , coffee was good, service was excellent! Great breakfast, and yes the biscuits are fabulous!

Decorated with beach knick-knacks and mermaids as well as historical photos and maps of the area. Inside you have to cozy up to your fam to eat lol it’s tiny. But so cute. All the things I look for in a beachside casual dining spot. The food was excellent. Biscuits and pancakes were super fluffy. Being from MD, I often dislike the southern crab cake style as they like to add peppers and onions and such which often overpowers the crab. They did a good job of keeping the additives to a min. I enjoyed the crab cake Benedict very much and looking forward to having it again. Husbands coffee was refilled but our waters weren't, and lack of napkins at table would be my super minor plaints. When the servers are super busy and constantly running, you know you found a good one :)

Sea Biscuit is a super cute locally owned Isle of Palms delight. We enjoyed a wonderful Brunch including biscuits and gravy and a stuffed ham and cheese omelet.Service was wonderful and friendly! Please note this is a cash only business with an ATM out front.I can’t wait for my next meal and explore more of the menu!!Came back two days later for another perfect breakfast 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

We ate at 12:00 on a Wednesday. There were a few other tables when we arrived. I had the coffee, half turkey sandwich and cup of crab soup, my date had the crab biscuit with water. Sandwich was good, crab soup had too much red bell pepper flavor for me, but was okay. My date loved the biscuit and the fresh fruit it came with. Service was excellent and food was ready quickly. Bill was $38 plus a tip. Be aware they do not take credit cards, cash only!

Excellent breakfast. Quality ingredients. We had the shrimp and grits and an omelet. Have whatever you want but do not leave without having a bite of biscuit. Even if you have to steal from a table mate. The local hot sauce recommendation was a hit. In fact, they sold us a bottle for 4 bucks. Server was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable.

Sea Biscuit Cafe excels with their homemade biscuits. They’re big, fluffy, and incredibly delicious. The place was packed and the staff seemed a little stressed but our server was still very nice to us.I had a problem with the insistence on paying with cash. Every sign/ menu included the notice they were cash only. The big red ATM was a little obnoxious since it seemed like it was designed to remind you only cash is accepted. The space inside was incredibly tight. It’s not so much that most seating was outside but walking to and from the bathroom was comical since it required coordination with people going to their table.Again, the biscuits are great and our server was nice. Unfortunately the overall dining experience distracts from what the Sea Biscuit Cafe does best.

Cute place nearby our condo. We went at a great time (right after they opened on a Monday morning.) I can see that this place would be totally slammed on a weekend mid morning. The biscuits were very very good! The coffee and tea were also good. The hubs ordered a sausage & bacon omelette with bacon on the side. The sausage was the downfall ... big chunks of flavorless sausage, almost tasted like meatballs he said. The rest of his meal was spot on.I ordered blueberry walnut French toast ... wowza! So good!!!! I loved the fresh fruit garnish on the side. My meal was literally perfect. We had fantastic service! Couldn't have been better!

Best Breakfast food of any place I've ever been. Get there early because it fills up quick. So good I went back the next day. Shrimp and Grits were amazing. Biscuits were excellent as well as other items we had. Service was excellent. It's definitely a Must Go To.

Had a delicious breakfast and they have a cute outside patio. Banana bread French toast was not that good in my opinion. I prefer regular French toast. All of our other food was excellent though. Very yummy and would definitely come back again.

Excellent little slice of local charm.Be prepared for a wait, because it is small and in high demand. Also, be prepared to pay in cash. Gotta love it!We're local to the Charleston area and love to visit the IOP on occasion. This place is my favorite.Vegetarian options: Salads and fruitDietary restrictions: Everything is clearly marked.Parking: They have a parking lot and space across the street.Kid-friendliness: It's a family establishment.Wheelchair accessibility: There's a ramp

Ordered the Bacon Mushroom Spinach Gouda Omelet with Cheesy Grits. The omelet was very good and packed with good stuff. Service was good except for the wait to be seated. My girl friend had the Crab Cake Biscuit but she rated that as only "ok". The grits were easily the most bland I've ever had and for SC that's a travesty. When we arrived we were told 20 minutes but that ended up being 40. What made the wait worse was the utter lack of shaded outdoor seating. I got a kids seat for our 11 month old but the straps were all missing or broken so we had to keep a close eye on him so he didn't fall out.The place is cash only which is annoying but there is an ATM right outside. Indoor seating is also very tight.Parking: Parking was plentiful although tight.
