Situated within walking distance to the beach, parking available at the condo and near the beach. Nice shopping strip for souvenirs and local restaurants. The condo was clean but smell slightly of cigarettes. We were able to make all our breakfast for 5 days with foods we bought. We would go back again.

We stayed at Ocean Inn unit 210 for our wedding anniversary trip, and had a lovely time! The unit is very clean and has everything you would need, perfect for a couple. The best part was just how close it was to the beach, right across the street. We spent most of our time at the beach, but also enjoyed the pool, and the restaurants that were super close. No need to drive anywhere!

We have been coming for 11 years and will keep coming! Love this place and it's always clean and well kept!!!! Pet friendly (Golden Retriever), close to beach, pool, great food, and a trinket shops. We enjoy the friendships we have with owners and regulars. They have become family. Why go anywhere else! Love the history - Sullivan's Island, Fort Moultrie lighthouse, Boone Hall, IOP, Historic Stella Maris Catholic Church, and Charleston. , etc. Rent kayaks at the marina or go on sunset dolphin cruise. Learn about the sea turtles and barrier Islands. Being here is like living a novel by Mary Alice Monroe. Bring your bike and explore! We've stayed in several units but love 109 & 110 (no stairs).

Just want to thank Beth for her warm hospitality and superb accommodations while my wife & I recently stay at Ocean Inn Isle of Palms... Our little get away was room#109 and it was absolutely perfect... We didn't have to ask for anything... Beth approached us several times and asked how everything was and if we needed anything we had her number... Isle of Palms has always been our home away from home but with Beth it made it much more welcoming... Oh yeah, AWESOME AREA TO RUN!!! Thank you Beth!!!MARK & RENEA EFFLER

We stayed in Room 204 and the room was spotless! Cleanest condo I’ve ever stayed in. It was decorated so cute. The owners did a fantastic job! And Beth was so helpful and helped us with whatever questions we had. The pool was great and everything is walking distance. If you’re going to IOP, I 100% recommend this place!

Unit 109. I don't often leave reviews, but this one is warranted. The place was in pristine shape and was squeaky clean. The bed was very comfortable. Beth's communication was outstanding. She is so warm and welcoming! I loved that my dog could travel with me. Location was great--less than 5 min to the beach, restaurants and stores within walking distance. You occasionally do hear other people and dogs because...well, there are other people and dogs, but it was unbelievably quiet overall. This place will be my go-to in the future when visiting IOP.

Found this cute rental and it is PERFECT! Last minute reservation and lucky to find 204 open. Unit was recently renovated and charming, spotless and had everything we needed for a relaxing long weekend! Beth, the property manager, checked on us several times to make sure we had everything we needed. The location is great, short walk to the beach, restaurants, convenience store. Also nice to have a stocked kitchen so we had the option to cook! Even though we booked at the last minute, communication was excellent, I got several emails with instructions for check-in, pet policy, covid cleaning procedures, etc. every question I can think of was answered! We will definitely be regulars to this property!

We stayed in 202 and had the loveliest time! Though small, it's outfitted nicely and worked well for our family of 4. There were books, beach chairs, and beach toys for our use. We brought our bikes and never needed to move the car - we rode down to Palm Blvd to get pizza and Ben & Jerry's ice cream, we rode to the Harris Teeter for groceries, and we rode to pick up carry-out dinner from The Refuge (which was fabulous!). The Ocean Inn pool was great on the days it was too windy to go to the beach. Beds were comfortable and there was no carpet, which we liked.

My wife and I took our two young children to the beach for a relaxing getaway, or as relaxing as it can get with two children under 3. Unit 209 was just perfect for our family. The unit had all the amenities that we could have wanted and then some on top of that...items for the beach, things you might have forgotten to pack, games, among others. Just a walk away from the beach with a pool and comfortable sleeping for all. It made it perfect to grab a few hours at the beach, rest, enjoy an afternoon at the pool, and then unwind with some television and rest after having a meal at one of the many local diners.Vacations with children can be a chore, but this condo gave us so many options to keep both the children and adults happy.The renovations and design of the unit were wonderful, it was super clean, and the trip was one that we will always remember. Definitely will be returning here for another trip soon.

We couldn't have found a better place to stay on IOP. Our little condo had everything we needed for a long weekend. Tucked away in the corner (both our unit and property), it was only a 5 minute walk to the beach, yet private. Unit was clean, well appointed, pet-friendly and super cozy. The property had nice grassy areas to walk your pet, a nice uncrowded pool and laundry facilities. Beth, the property manager was awesome! She provided us with so many insider tips for exploring the area and was an absolute delight throughout. This was so much better than a standard hotel. If I ever make it back to IOP, I would stay here again. I just can't write about it highly enough. Staying here elevated our long weekend to an extent that we didnt expect. Just perfect!! 🌴

Love the location and the space! We stayed in 107 this time, but have stayed in other units in the past. You can book through Beth at Waterview Properties without additional fees through airbnb or vrbo. The entire experience is great. Condos are well supplied, always clean, and you get full privacy. Beth is an excellent communicator! If you need something during your stay reach out. There is a private parking lot for this condo which is awesome, no extra parking costs. The beach is about a block away. The IOP park with beach access is equally close with scenic views and a playground. The entire area is dog friendly. There is a grocery store and gas station within a few blocks as well as restaurants and bars nearby-all within walking distance. You can't go wrong with staying here. There are 10+ condo options if you book through waterviewpm.com. have a fun beach vacation today!!

This place is wonderful!! My husband and I started coming here back in 1995 when we first started dating... and now it's 2018 and we are still coming here twice a year... in May and October of every year. (I don't even remember how long he said that he and his family used to come here before we did !!) That at least lets you know that the place has been around for a long time. ( You wouldn't know it by its looks though... because every unit is kept up so nicely! ) Each unit is unique.. different.. so you need to visit several times just to be able to rent a different room each time. We love doing this. They are all so nice... the grounds are kept up nicely... you can wash your clothes on site... there's a beautiful pool... they have a cute area in back where you can cook out if you desire to do so... you can walk to the beach or shops, restaurants, and even get ice cream. And... if you need something... there's a grocery store across the road, or a convenience store that you can walk to in the middle of the night right next door!! (LIKE I SAID... WE LOVE THIS PLACE. ) Oh yes..I forgot to mention... we always bring one of our dogs and they love coming here too. This place has always had an open arms policy when it comes to animals. And, you would never even know that animals have been in their units because they clean them so well! When it used to be that they had managers " on site " living in one of the units, they had two beautiful dogs!! You can meet some really nice people staying here if you have a pet with you.

I had the best time @ Oceans Inn on Isle Of Palms. My only regret is that I didn't stay longer. Cant wait to return and was pleased with everything about my stay. Our room was so beautifully decorated and clean and the beach is so close. Everything is in walking distance. Its the perfect place for family vacations or a couples quiet getaway. We love staying at the Ocean Inn. Our family has been traveling to IOP for 14 years, 12 of which we have stayed at the Ocean Inn. The price and location can not be beat. We have stayed in multiple units all of which have been clean and provided all of the amenities needed for our stay. We love that we can bring our dog with us, he loves the beach. The location is prime, a very short walk to the beach, shopping and restaurants. For a short trip or a long vacation we highly recommend the Ocean Inn.

We stayed in Unit 205 for a short 3 night stay. I was very impressed with several things-cleanliness of the unit, the response time in which the owner answered any text, and the convenient location. Cleanliness is the most important factor for me and this unit was so nicely kept, especially considering a pet is allowed. Shortly after our arrival, we realized the refrigerator wasn’t cooling. We texted the owner, Mr. Larry Stafford, and he promptly sent a repairman (within 20 minutes) and came by himself too. It was quickly repaired. He also let us know the unit was ready early so we could check in early, which I appreciated very much. We hope to visit again and would love to stay here again.

We had the best time on our vacation in May of 2017! We stayed in 103 which was a 1 bedroom, newly updated bathroom condo. It had a private balcony with a baby gate which was perfect for happy hour and playing cards with our dog with us! The full kitchen was great and it had everything we could need. It was a perfect distance to the beach and some very delicious restaurants! Great price for the area as well. Our favorite part was getting coffee from Cafe Panam around the corner and renting a mo-ped by the coffee shop and taking it to sullivan's island. We will come again!

We loved the IOP area and our stay at the Ocean Inn. Our condo was very clean, cozy and exactly what we were looking for, especially for the price. We stayed in one of the upstairs units with a balcony overlooking the pool. It’s in a great location, with lots of stores and restaurants within walking distance. The condos are pet friendly and we enjoyed taking our 2 cavaliers for walks on the beach, which is only a block away. The owners; Siebelt and Thelma were very friendly and helpful. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend the Ocean Inn to our friends and family and are looking forward to going back sometime soon.

We had a wonderful time last week in Unit 103 and were very impressed with the service provided by Beth (property mgr). Our unit and the grounds were updated, clean, and well-kept. We're already considering a return stay, but may select a second-story unit next time around. All in all, great location and great rental unit. All three of us (husband, wife, pooch) had a very good time in IOP!

Stayed for a week. Loved it! Very cute condos with a family friendly atmosphere. Very clean and well kept. Loved the convenience of a water hose sprayer right next to the pool. Warm water too! Can walk right down to the beach. Right across from the fire/ police station. Behind a gas station. A walk away from food, souvenir shop, and much much more. Great location!

Hidden jewel. These condos are so close to the beach, but just out of the commotion, so it's nice and quiet at night. We had a studio that was perfect for a second honeymoon away from the kids. We flew down, but everything is so close we didn't even need to rent a car; we could walk to the grocery store and all kinds of restaurants. Clean, comfortable, cozy and close to the beach, what else could you ask for?! We are already planning on coming back with the kids next year!

Always great for our dogs. Make sure to pick a unit that has been updated.We go almost yearly and enjoy Charleston and the beach. Dog Friendly Beaches. Close to every thing. The pool is always clean.

We stayed for a week in unit 107. It was well stocked and had sufficient cookware for anything we needed, as well as plenty of plates, glasses, cutlery etc. There were beach chairs, and Roku tv. The unit was clean, and there were sufficient supplies. Beth, went above and beyond to assist with anything we needed!

Had a great late fall getaway with our shih tzu. The place was just a very short walk from the beach, restaurants, shops, grocery, etc. Parked the vehicle and walked the rest of the trip. We stayed in unit 203 (our parents were in 205). Extremely clean and perfectly roomy for two people in each unit. The units are definitely not "posh", but they are just fine for a beach getaway. The kitchenettes were great and adequately stocked. Bed could have been more comfortable, but for the price, can't complain. There's a good restaurant just across the way -- the Acme Lowcountry Cantina. Their house salad dressing is delicious, and everything we had was pretty good (shrimp succotash, seafood burrito, acme burger, flounder picadilly, cantina salad)!! We tried Coconut Joe's, as well (wouldn't recommend -- pricey for the quality of food). Anyway -- Ocean Inn was great, we'll be back!

I have been enjoying my vacation at Ocean Inn for many years my oldest is 20 yrs old now and we have gone for several years before he was born. I am now a single mother of two young men and I still love to be able to have a yearly vacation with them both . Memories continue on at our favorite place.
