Our group of 22 high school friends (Chix of 66) had a great stay at Sea Palace. The home is beautiful and the spacious accommodations were wonderful. We loved to gather on the third floor to eat and just sit and visit. The bedrooms were nice and plenty of bathrooms. Meagan and the others in the office were very receptive to any questions that we had and acted promptly when we had an issue with hot water in one of the bathrooms. The walk to the beach was easy and the pool was wonderful. We would stay there again.

Myself and 8 other friends stayed at the Whispering Palms - 8 31st. It was incredible. We were there for a friends wedding on the beach. The house was awesome. It had 5 bedrooms with each bedroom having its own bathroom, which was super convenient for us. We only had one person drive but it had a 4 Door garage with a ton of space. The garage also had a ton of beach toys. It also had an ice machine which was a hidden gem because we were able to supply ice all weekend for our activities. The upstairs living area was awesome. A ton of space and seating for all of us to be together comfortably. It’s location was super convenient as well. We were walking distance from our friends beachfront house and beach. And only 5 min drive from grocery store. It was definitely one of the best rental house I hav ever stayed in.

We stayed at Casa Flamingo with 19 of our Boot Sisters from the Boot Boogie Babes line dance team and had the absolute time of our lives! We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, beach, shops and restaurants that are a block away, all the themed rooms and entertaining decorations all throughout the beach house! We loved the pink flamingo theme and are already booking again for a trip to stay here again next year!

Our stay here was a dream. Spacious luxury and breathtaking views. The beach felt like our own private paradise. With a large family, we all felt like we “got away from it all” and yet also enjoyed making precious memories together. Two large dual master suites were perfect for our extended family. With the activities on the ground floor, we hardly noticed a rainy day. Beautifully decorated, fully stocked, and comfortable accommodations. Exclusive Properties made sure our last minute booking was smooth and every detail covered. Thank you for a perfect Isle of Palms experience!

Sea Palace was a perfect house for our multi-generational family reunion this summer. The house is in excellent condition, immaculately furnished and maintained, and beautifully decorated. The pictures on the site are all accurate. Our contact was very responsive and our requests were all addressed immediately. They went out of their way to assist with vacation planning. The kitchen is well-equipped and the property is maintained to the highest possible level. We had no issues whatsoever when staying here. In addition to plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, there were more than enough spaces for people to gather for activities or find a quiet spot. We especially appreciated the large dining area that could easily seat our large group of 20+ together. The pool area is very nice and the pool is in outstanding condition. Bedrooms were large and linens were high quality. The parking area was large enough for a 40' rv, five cars and a golf cart. There is a marina/market within 1/2 mile and the beach is a short 5 minute walk. Outstanding views from the rooftop deck. We highly recommend this house.

Exclusive properties was very professional, helpful, and understanding with our reservation during the difficulties created by COVID-19. The home far exceeded our families expectations! It was clean, roomy, beautiful view from the roof top deck, and the elevator enabled our family members unable to climb multiple stairs the ability to move between floors and enjoy time with all family. Visiting Isle of Palms was a first time for many of us and we will definitely be back! Thank you Exclusive Properties and Carolina-1000 for an amazing stay!

The houses are so roomy and elegant. 4 and 5 families (with children) can easily stay in these homes with the convenience of the beach a few steps away. Our house had a washer and dryer. Yes! No more trekking stinky laundry home only to spend your first day home doing laundry all day. The staff are so very wonderful and accommodating. Best destination vacation ever!

We took our family of 10 (including 2 little ones) to Windswept. It is a spectacular home, with every amenity you could imagine. The decor, the kitchen set-up, the layout of the bedrooms, the pool-- all surpassed our expectations. The house was immaculate and Exclusive Properties was very responsive and excellent to deal with. Fabulous time in Isle of Palms. Exclusive Properties made us feel comfortable during the pandemic, which was paramount, so thank you!My husband and I stayed at 601 ocean and wanted to leave a five star review of the place !! We had a fabulous time. The house is set up perfectly for a large group. Even during covid , we felt completely comfortable with our extended family in the home because each bedroom had its own bathroom, the kitchen and great room were huge and there were so many outdoor spaces and decks. I spent a lot of time on the deck watching the ocean waves. The kitchen upgrade was spectacular. And the location! Walking distance to town and easy beach access and short drives to historical destinations like Fort Moultrie and Charleston. Such a perfect place for a vacation!

I highly recommend renting through Exclusive Properties. Karen in Reservations was wonderful and professional to work with! When we had to cancel the reservation about a month before the reservation dates, I reached out to Karen and although they could not guarantee they could re-rent the house for the dates, they would try. They did and we were fortunate to get a return of most of the prepaid full rental fee. Sandy in accounting timely confirmed the refund amount. When we return to Isle of Palms we will definitely use Exclusive Properties!

The Property was exactly as advertised and my whole family (14 of us) had an absolute blast. There are so many bedrooms and space it almost felt like my wife and I were vacationing alone! The location is perfect, beach access is phenomenal and the overall condition and quality of the property was first class.. Exclusive Properties were also fantastic to deal with and were readily available to answer any questions that we had having never visited Charleston before. We will definitely be going back....

"Carolina Girl" was above and beyond our expectations! The pictures don't do it justice! We were in Charleston for our daughter's destination wedding and we wanted a "homey" place for family to stay and friends to gather. This place was perfect! It is beautifully decorated with plenty of living space and the bedrooms are spacious. We were especially thankful for the well equipped kitchen. Tons of glasses and dishes, as well as pots, pans and cookie sheets! I really thought we wouldn't have a lot of time to use the pool, but because it was so convenient, right off the living area, and it was screened in (no mosquitoes) we used it most days and just about every night. Carolina Girl is only a block and half to the beach and since it is more of a residential area (no big hotels or condos around) it wasn't very crowded. I highly recommend Carolina Girl! You won't be disappointed!PS Megan and the staff at Exclusive Properties were so nice to work with. We had a couple of issues (of our own doing) that came up and they went above and beyond to accommodate us. They are the best!

I stayed at one of their properties recently and it was a fantastic experience from the moment we walked through the doors! We arrived at night & first impressions were tremendous because we didn't walk into a dark home.....all the lights were on, the heat was already on, and there was very calming music playing. Everything was great from beginning to end! We'll definitely be staying at an Exclusive Property again!

Book 702 Ocean- you won't regret it!! You can see the beautiful ocean views from the two porches overlooking the water-- one on the main floor by the kitchen, and the other on the top floor which connects to three of the rooms. The pool was great for our babies- there is a shallow end that is kind of like a baby pool expanding into a deeper part of the pool. It is so nice to sit out there and be able to hear the ocean and have the breeze. All the amenities you could need- a washer/dryer on each floor, a keurig plugged into water, elevator to make packing/unpacking/groceries super easy. It's also a super short walk into the adorable town of IOP- perfect location. Cannot wait to come back!!

We have used Exclusive Properties a few times and have really enjoyed their homes. They are beautiful, clean and well kept. The views are amazing! The booking process was easy and they even helped coordinate golf and a private chef. They are full service and really hands-on! Their staff is super helpful and very friendly. Exclusive Properties offers homes that are unlike any other. Luxurious, spacious , clean and a beautiful gourmet kitchen to cook in after lounging at the beach or by the beautiful pool overlooking the ocean. We have stayed in two of their properties and each home exceeded our expectations. They were better than the pictures! Their friendly staff made everything about our vacation easy. Best people and best location in the Lowcountry!! We will definately use them again.

It was the best vacation ever! We can't wait to do this again. The home is large enough to accommodate our entire family with enough activities and space for everyone! We loved having a kitchen large enough for multiple cooks. We rented a few games for the yard and had "tournaments" throughout the week. We also rented beach chairs and umbrellas because we knew these northerners would melt in the South Carolina sun! We spent much of our time at the beach and when we were done with the sand and the salt we would retreat to the pool. I don't think life gets any better than that. Thank you for providing a perfect place for us.

We stayed at Sunrise Manor in Isle of Palms and had such a great time. First of all, the property was immaculate. I appreciated that EP had left shampoo, soap, conditioner, etc. as if we were staying in a hotel. Everything was incredibly clean and it was clear that they had taken great care to make sure the property was spotless for us. I worked "from home" all week and the wifi worked great. The house itself was GORGEOUS and had just been completely renovated. The kitchen was to die for!! Our house had an amazing view of the ocean and a great deck. We had happy hour overlooking the ocean every night and I never wanted to leave. I would definitely stay again at Sunrise Manor and would recommend EP to anyone looking to vacation in IOP.

Great new house. Quiet area of the beach. Great pool, kitchen and family room. The two masters overlooking are ocean are the best I have seen. Great first floor double bunk bed room for the kids. Huge well appointed kitchen. Elevator came in handy.
