Nice place, nice staff, and good snowballs. Reason why I won’t leave a 5 star review is because the play area seems to be older and not as clean as it could be. Love their sweet treats along with the kind teenagers that work there but I am reluctant to let my kids play in the play area. Hopefully they can resolve this soon as I love this location

Everything here sucks. They leave you with barely any syrup and is all just ice. If you ask for marshmallow then they give you the tiniest amount. Way overpriced. I understand the price for the ones with gummies and the add on price of extra things but for a regular one, the price is ridiculous. Employees are on their phones and handle the ice with NO gloves. I went when nobody was there and for some reason it took 10 minutes to get a small size snowball. Don’t get me started on the manager. She shouldn’t even be allowed around customers. She’s rude, snarky, and condescending. I feel bad for her employees that have to deal with her. Speaking of employees, why are they only white? There is ZERO diversity among their staff and as a black woman, I feel like I don’t belong there because I don’t feel part of this environment that they have created. The play area is always dirty and doesn’t seem to be well kept. Tables always leave you sticky and don’t seemed to be wiped off. I highly discourage anyone from going here and wasting your money on a racist, dirty, and condescending “establishment”.

They have great customer service. We went with a group so the employees handled it amazingly. They have a gazillion flavors--even pickle (right? Eww). They also have a relaxation area for adults and kids where you can just sit and chill (literally) with your snow cone. However, we were a little swarmed by bees everywhere but that's going to be the norm with sugary syrup in the snow cones. Either way, great experience for adults and kids.

This place really does have the best tasting snow cones I've ever had. The veriety of flavors is astounding, over a hundred! I've been here like 20 times and have yet to taste all the flavors, that's how many their are.This place is also using some very high quality syrups for their flavoring and you can taste the quality in it. Pelican Snow Balls is a very family friendly place with outdoor seating and games such as Cornhole and volley ball. It's a large outdoor playground for kids and adults. The kids always make other friends here while playing... They also never want to leave.The employees are always nice and friendly which only adds to this establishment's charm.I high recommend this place for family fun.

We LOVE Pelican’s NW! Best shaved ice around and this location has so much to offer! They have so many fun games, a volleyball court, a play area for kids and pets, and just a quiet relaxing environment. We thoroughly enjoy ourselves every time and love hanging out there! The people are so nice and the Snoballs are a perfect treat!

Always a pleasure to come to Pelican's for their snowballs! There are so many varieties to choose from and different toppings from gummies to whip cream. The Maui Wowie is one of the best flavors to try! Kids love the ones with different gummies such as The Frogger, The Unicorn, The Shark, etc. This place has a big park/sandbox for the kids to play on as well with Cornhole, tire rolls, and a volleyball net with balls. There are plenty of picnic benches for families to sit at.

Best tasting snow cones ever! The kids love the playground area in the back. Very refreshing on a hot day compared to ice cream. Plus it’s very affordable compared to the chain ice cream stores around the area. Friendly service. They even have a drive-thru! Highly recommend!

This place is awesome!!! They have 100 individual delicious flavors and they can mix them up too. The environment is really neat, they have picnic tables and toys for the kids to play with. The staff are super friendly and their prices are very reasonable. Definitely check it out if you're in the area.

Great flavor selection. The snoballs are fluffy, and there is no running out of flavor at the bottom. Enjoy to the very last drop. So many choices, I haven't even tried all of the ones I want to.

Shaved ice experience! We love Pelican's and our first time at this location. Great service and exactly the product we expect from Pelican's on a hot day! Not expensive for the three of us, and I'd highly recommend it and this location.

Such a fun place. We went for movie night with my 5 year old daughter. They were playing Frozen, what else. It was a blast. Everyone there is so friendly and the snowballs are delicious.

Oh my word, best snocone I've ever had!! The flavor goes all the way down to the bottom of the cup, unlike a lot of snocones where it stops about halfway down. There was a little line when we got there, but they move you in and out of there quickly. The girls at the front were so nice. I thought the price was reasonable as well, and they had 4 different sizes. The regular size is plenty though. I'll definitely be going there again, as well as some of their other locations!

Really great snowballs! Tons of flavors and they are all really imaginative. The best part is the flavors actually tast like what is described. From carrot cake to coffee flavor you can find anything you would like.

It's a fun place. Nothing fancy. They have various games in the yard and plenty of tables. Lots of snow cone flavors with some fun options. Lines can be long at times.

The snow balls well, were snow balls. Can't really mess those up. However the owner is one of the rudest people I've ever met. She has a nasty attitude and doesn't care that she is nasty to people for no reason. I wouldn't go back there if it was the last place on earth!

id give em 5 stars if they could be consistant. sometimes u get a bunch of dry ice in the bottom of ur cup( happens very often) sometimes they get it just right. but if you ask them for more syrup to avoid the dry ice shavings at the bottom of the cup they drow ed it in syrup n it melts super fast. get it right its not a tough science.
