Got it again today thinking maybe they’ve got new people. Worst it’s ever been. How is this one still open. Do they make good drinks for everyone but me and my wife. My wife said it’s the worst iceed coffee she’s ever had in her 15 years of drinking coffee. This place is trash. 1 star all around. Wish the Starbucks next door would hurry up and open alreadyJust wanted to update: my wife and I live nearby and we used to complain that that’ll eat started to build a Starbucks right next door. But now I’m glad; I am not sure what happened to this location. It used to be amazing. But 3 out of the last 5 times I’ve been. I’ve ended up just throwing away my drink it’s been that nasty. I don’t know if Dunkin Donuts actually reads these reviews but this location needs major help in teaching these new employees how to make coffee drinks. I got a latte with caramel. (Asked for an extra pump) by the taste of it… I’d say it’s coffee that was made yesterday maybe two days ago and they put literally zero pumps of anything. I am def. Deleting the Dunkin app and giving up on this location.I live very near by. Been coming here about 3 +times per week since summer started. And it’s been slowly getting worse and worse. But it’s the simple things they can’t get right… ask for caramel swirl and whipped cream. Maybe get one. Definitely won’t get both. Maybe making coffees is harder than I think. Although I never have trouble when I make myself coffee. I don’t seem to forget things that I ask and paid forWent back again today: mistake!!!!!!!! I’m so glad I got two coffees today and this is how they are given to me (see picture I added) They didn’t fill it up, left almost an inch of clearance from coffee to lid

This is the worst Dunkin Doughnuts I’ve ever experienced. The last few times my fiancé and I have come here it has been the same employees. They obviously do not care about their jobs and were extremely rude. We walked in to order takeout and waited an excessive amount of time before we were even acknowledged even though there were 4 employees at the front and we were the only customers in the lobby at the time. When we order, they act like it’s such an inconvenience. We have given this Dunkin too many chances and after reading all of the other reviews about this location when are changes going to be made? We cannot wait for the Starbucks to open!

The worst customer service ever. I'm not sure why I keep going back. The staff is rude. I stop for a while, give them a chance, then end up regretting it. The screen will show that your order is ready, and then it will show that you’ve picked it up. Meanwhile, you end up waiting another 10 minutes for your order.

I grew up in Mass and very accustomed to Dunkin', however how they operate down here is truly baffling to me.I showed up this morning (a Saturday) at 6:30am and tried entering the store. An employee opened the door and asked if I had an online order, which I responded that I did not and I wanted to buy some donuts. She told me that they were not open, to which I responded, well then, what time do you open? She said, I think 8am. Then she told me I had to go through the drive thru.Why would a Dunkin' not open until 8am?? I'm so confused by that and a little annoyed at the same time, because ordering a dozen donuts through the drive thru is tough when you cannot see all the variety (yes, this is truly a First World problem and I'm kind of ashamed that this bothered me so much, but it did!).

We pulled up at the drivethru to place our order and there was a piece of paper taped to the screen that read “out of donuts.” We thought it was a joke and pulled up to the window. The girl at the window said, “we are out of donuts.” We laughed and laughed still thinking it was a joke, but guess what? They were out of donuts at 11:00 am on a Saturday morning!!!! Why are you even open??? Do better Dunkin’ Donuts!! We need a Krispy Kreme in Irmo 😫

Wow, ok first of all the lobby is open a huge step up compared to the other location on Lake Murry. The girl at the counter was super nice and extremely helpful. Our drinks were super fast and correct which is hard to do these days. The food came out hot and delicious! Will definitely be back to this location 😍

...UPDATE: The Ballentine/IRMO location has become the worst, obvious hair all over the outside of my wake up wrap. Earlier today my wife ordered on the app to pick up in drive thru, she was sent away because they said they didn't have enough time to make it before she arrived. There was nobody else in the drive thru. She left and came back and received hair in our food. BEWARE

I asked for “less ice” 😂 I truly hate this location and hate is a strong word. employees have an attitude and always act like you’re inconveniencing them by showing up. almost paid $7 to have less than a small cup of liquid put in a large cup. ridiculous.

My recent visit to Dunkin at 1131 Dutch Fork Road Irmo, SC was extremely disappointing. The staff’s rudeness was beyond anything I’ve encountered at any other Dunkin location. What’s even more frustrating is the consistent lack of food choices, even during breakfast and brunch hours because they are “out” of everything. This location has left me with no choice but to take my business elsewhere, as customer service and stock availability are vital to a positive experience.

Just wanted to add that I quit coming to this location because at every other dunkin I got to, the drinks are full to the top, not an inch and a half from the top. So someone isn't measuring correctly. The service has always been great though. Too bad I used to go there for coffee and not the service.I had to change my review. It was 5 stars but here lately I can't get a full coffee. I pay almost $6 for a drink I kind of expect it to be full. Also the whip cream is always just enough to cover the top of the drink. Any other dunkin fills it up the the lid. I took a picture to post but don't see an option to post it.

for people who leave petty and negative reviews and don’t work in the service industry, need to go on about their daily lives and leave hard working people alone. especially if you continuously go to that same location everyday😂plain stupid honestly. to answer any future questions: can we refund a mobile order in store? NO. if we have 3 people working waiting on a fourth and a line out to the road, are we gonna open up the lobby just because you just want some donuts or a cup of coffee? NO. are they gonna let you pick out two dozens of donuts at the speaker with oncoming cars behind you and when they tell you no you curse at them and then come in expecting someone to take your order after being disrespected? NOOOOOO!!!!!!! and for people saying they didn’t get enough in their lattes, it’s a preset measurement. you ask for less ice and your cup is not filled to the brim that your fault. cause it’s gonna be the same amount of liquid even if it was normal ice lol. and if you don’t like the coffee there and it’s an inconvenience when it’s so called “wrong”, invest in a keurig. thank you for reading.

Slow service , manager always acts like a bridezilla very rude & inexperienced. The donuts are fresh as you can see from my photo. I think they will do better overtime under new management. Sad for the owner tho , having to lose money in that process.

I ordered my coffee with coconut milk because of stomach issues. They put 1 coconut milk and took the liberty of ALSO adding 3 creams. Defeats the purpose. Then I got a MOUTHFUL of grounds. There was way more than this.

OMG the rudeness of one particular staff person was amazing. If it weren't for the other staff person I would have rated this place 1 star. Don't have a car and wanted a cup of coffee and donut. Went into the lobby. Got an attitude from the blonde cause I didn't have a car. Asked if I needed to walk through the drive to get what I wanted. She walked away and got another person who was very nice, got my coffee and donut. Geez. Sorry I didn't have a car! Won't return.

I received my order and it was incorrect. I had to wait longer to get the issue resolved. Afterwards I drive off because I am in a hurry.I get to my destination and my order is still incorrect and my coffee is not hot nor is it filled completely. I am very disappointed

Food quality not great and poor employee attitudesDonuts were dry, tasted like they were a few days old. I ordered Dunkin’ midnight and and said “yes” when asked if I wanted cream; my coffee was very weak and didn’t taste like a dark roast at all. Worse than this was the attitude. Three employees were there at the time: two teenage girls and another person they were training. The two young women had a bad attitude; they looked unhappy and tired. while I was there, one of them was rude to her trainee. The same one who snapped at her trainee told the other young employee, who was manning the drive thru, to tell the customer that they were closed until they got more help. While I was there, business was slow and the two young girls looked bored to me. This is not my first negative experience with this Dunkin’. I won’t be coming back, ‘cause it’s a waste of money.

i was extremely disappointed in the quality and taste of the coffee i received at this dunkin. i’ve never had such a disgusting, burnt tasting coffee in my life. and i’ve ordered this drink multiple times and it’s never tasted so bad. it was such a waste of time and money. the customer service is so poor as well. as i was standing in line, i was hearing two of the workers go back and forth about how they wish another coffee shop was built close by so that customers wouldn't come to them & how they didn’t like the coffee made there! as i’m standing right there. how unprofessional & off putting! do better.

Why is the lobby not taking orders when there are 10 employees standing around??? Do better Dunkin… you are not the only people selling coffee and donuts!!! But to those of us who prefer your coffee you are failing us at this location- owners you might want to hear what your area thinks of this location! Not good at all!!!!!!!! I’ve been to this location twice in a month. How does a Dunkin Donuts have no donuts? Both times! Today it was 3 hours before they close and they had 2 mismatch trays of donuts. I was told that’s all they had. I brought my kids in as a reward for their grades but suppose we’ll find another way to treat them.

Man this place has really gone down hill. Used to go here daily, was pretty chummy with the old managers and the staff was always super polite and extremely friendly. I don’t like to leave bad reviews but hopefully someone from management sees this. Haven’t been here in at least maybe 6-8 months, if not longer. Placed a mobile order, had to pick my dog up from the vet so I was a little late to it, wasnt expecting my food to be warm cause of that so no issues there, that’s on me. Both the girls in there seemed to have a sour attitude. Hands me my latte and food and the thing is only half full. It’s a large but I feel like I got less than a small. Thought it was weird so I pulled up and asked them about it, said the foam had settled cause of how long the order was placed but offered to make a new one. I was perplexed cause it’s like. How much of my coffee is foam now? Makes me a new one. Exact same amount in it. Think someone goofed and she made me a half of cup just to justify her lie, got this same cup a week ago from a different location and it was full. The service at this location has just dropped, you could tell the girls just didn’t wanna be there and their work showed. I get times are rough right now but like. Care a little? Also a review from 3 hours before this one says they were only taking mobile orders but I saw someone walk in and order no issue? So are they just taking orders when they feel like it? Food was trash as well. Didn’t care that it was cold but it just tasted bad too and burnt. Just avoid this place for a while till they get staff who give a crud.

Well another Mismanaged Dunkin that won't accept your order for walk in customers, while 4 staff members present on a quiet Sunday morning 2 of which were standing around. You can come in the restaurant and look but no one will take your order they require you to use there mobile app and if you have trouble with it they will not assist they would prefer you to just leave.....Dunkin is fast approaching the worst customer service.

My mother came here a few days ago and apparently had a terrible experience. I don’t like to judge things off of one experience, so I went to try it myself. Sat in the drive-thru for a few minutes before an employee finally asked to take my order, bacon egg and cheese sandwich. The bacon was burnt, not crispy, just burnt. It tasted horrible. And the employee mentioned was rude and cold.

Not very happy with this location lately. I went through drive through today wanted to order a hot sandwich they said all they were serving was donuts and coffee. So ordered 50ixMunchkin got a box with a small assortment of only 3 diff flavor plain, powdered, chocolate normally it’s much more variety. Also ordered a small hot chocolate which i got and a medium cappuccino which came as a small . I go here at least 1-3 times a week i may be finding different place to go for my business as when asked how they can fix it they only said i am sorry!
