If you are looking for a personal experience this is your pharmacy. We moved all our prescriptions from a chain pharmacy to Kempson Rexall. The service we receive is top notch. They care about their customers and make you feel welcome. I hope you give them a chance to be your pharmacy as well. If you like ice cream they have the very best around. It's our favorite treat.

We have visited Kempson Rexall Drug many times in Inman SC. It's your best hometown drug store. They carry it all !! Pick up your prescription, gifts for all occasions and while you're there garb one of their delicious hot dogs. But don't forget my favorite the ice cream from their Soda Fountain . So yummy !

Like stepping out of a time machine into a lone gone time.The milkshake was very tasty and well done. Loved the authentic look and feel. Decorations made it literally feel like a Sodafountain/Drugstore from the 1960s. However it's a fully functioning pharmacy as well. Glad we stopped here and checked it out.

Nice little place with a lot of old school stuff. Was disappointed in the hot dogs, though...they seemed cooked all day and the young man that served me didn't seem to have made them before. Will try again and hope for the best.

I have been coming to Kempson's Rexall Drug Store since I was about 3 years old and I will be 68 this year. I remember that the young lady behind the counters name was Bernadette. My grandpa, Trophas Brown, would leave me there sipping on a milkshake while he would go across the street to the old train depot and visit with his buddies. I still enjoy a good milkshake and a hot dog here from time to time. I make good use of their pharmacy too. They have a great staff and carry older products that are hard to find anywhere else.

I was there at 9:00 patiently waiting in my car. They open the door at 9:12 with no apology. Then I had to wait for their system to load up which took another 5 minutes. Again no apologies. Medicine that should have been ready yesterday was not. So I had to wait some more. Thanks to all that, I was late for work...

My prescription had to be transferred Because 25 other pharmacies did not have my prescription and this was the only one that did. I won't deny over all it was a horrible experience but the pharmacy was not at fault and they got me squared up quickly
