I have bought expired food here several times in the past and, recently, I've even taken some expired food to the manager's attention.The produce area is almost always disgusting as shown in these pictures I have uploaded. Those particular pictures are in the cilantro area (a very nasty looking brown goo).It's very disrespectful to the client to keep things dirty like this. Especially when your prices are far from being cheap.Unfortunately, we don't have many options in this area for shopping. Publix to the left is even more overpriced. Hopefully, Target will bring a little bit of hope.

I had never tried the curbside pickup until my husband had knee surgery.It is so convenient, and if they don't have something you've ordered, they actually call you to let you know what they do have.When your order is brought out to your car the person who brings it is always kind and courteous.So glad I tried this service!

This store is atrocious at best. Rotten produce,empty shelves & poor stocked service departments are the calling card of this Ingles location. When asking any associate for items not in shelf,the standard answer has been & continues being,quote"we're waiting on the truck that comes Tomorrow"end quote. It's as if it's rehearsed. Hopefully the attached photos along with the review when circulated will allow Ingles corporate office to virtually see the poor conditions customers shop in,who frequent this location.

They need to check the labels on their meats. Some of them have incorrect information (saturated fat content is different on some packages of the same meat 80/20 ground beef) or the packs of meat have no information at all.

It's a larger store and the shelves are well stocked. The staff is always polite and friendly. They have items you don't always find at some of the other Ingles.

It's by far one of the best ingles I've visited. They're clean, organized & over all one of the better stores. I always see the manager on the floor if not over the office making sure things get done. The employees are on par most of the time, the produce section is may favorite considering every time i go the produce is always fresh and well mantained. 9/10 for the store rating

This is our favorite Ingles in the area. It's clean and well-laid out. Good selection of organic produce and other special diet things. Gluten -free, organic snacks, pasture eggs, organic orange juice and more. They recently reorganized the aisles, so it was interesting to try to find things again, but overall, it's a positive change.

I usually have a pleasant trip to Ingles. I normally can get in and out in a timely manner. For the last few weeks they've been in the middle of switching isles and rearranging products. It's been unorganized and difficult to shop.

I’ve had issues with employees in the hot food and deli section washing their hands a changing gloves before fixing sandwiches. Small request turned into poor service. Use to love coming to this store in Inman, most of the staff is very helpful and friendly at all times, but that kitchen area needs cleaning and major supervision.

Went to Ingles and boiling springs. Went to the deli to get a half a pound of turkey breast. We were told it would be 10 minutes. There's three people behind the counter and the first 5 minutes we stood here. Nobody would even acknowledge that we were here and we had no other shopping to do and told him We'll wait and they said again 10 minutes so we told him to forget it. Finally, somebody says I'll do it. Not the best customer service!

I went to the deli last night for sandwiches, I had the worst experience in my life. First I was ignored by four employees, who would rather talk to each other, then help any customer's. There were four other customer's waiting to be helped. Finally they noticed us. The girl who was going to make my sandwiches was cleaning the rotisserie, she didn't, wash her hands( I'm sure there were chemicals on her hands)then she was leaning all over my sandwich paper. This was the most unsanitary place I have ever encountered.

Very nice people. I like being checked out by human cashier. A lot better than dealing with the self checkout.A lot of times when an older person gets to the register they are tired and don't feel like checking their self out too.

I ordered a cake and some cupcakes for my daughters birthday and the manager of the bakery did an absolutely amazing job on the cake!! She free handed the design and when I saw it I about cried, my daughter is going to LOVE it!!!!!!!

They need to get rid of that fat humpty dumpty working in the deli. She's so lazy and every time I would tell her what we wanted on our sandwich she would roll her eyes. Very unprofessional! If her big self hates her job so much she's need to just quit.

Never stepped foot into this store before & we had a check that needed to be cashed. Walmarts machine weren’t working so we we directed here. My wife & I were told by a manager that didn’t even bother running it, checking an ID, or ANYTHING that she wouldn’t even bother cashing it because she wasn’t familiar with the bank. Which I would understand if it were a high amount. But anyways I called the store & told whoever that answered the phone that I wanted to speak to a manager other than Teresa. But the person that answered put me right on the phone with her. She tried to feed me the same mess she fed my wife. I asked to speak to someone above her but she claimed there wasn’t & gave me a bogus 1-800 number that doesn’t even work. I’ll update this in the morning to see if the number works during “normal business hours”Bottom line, the woman (I won’t call her a lady) that runs this store is a jerk & her employees obviously lack comprehension skills. Go shop somewhere else.

It's my go to place. It's near my home, and the fruits are always better at this location than the others I've been to, also the fuel seems to be cheaper at this location, especially when you have fuel points from shopping at ingles. And the Starbucks accepts payments through the app, so you can get points or redeem anything. The employees are nice, and it's always clean there.

Wasn't over crowded and was cleaner and stocked well compared to other stores in the area. It's a preferred place to stop for food and eating essentials.
