David was wonderful to work with. I had called multiple dealers because I needed a new boat motor. No one cared except David! It’s spring and I know that everyone is busy but no follow up to my calls except for David. He drove 45 minutes to pickup my pontoon then delivered it back to me in just a few days. Now that’s service! He gave me $$$ for trading in my 2004 Johnson motor too. I must say, my pontoon came back cleaner than when it left my property. Thank you David for making this process so easy for myself and my husband. We will be referring everyone to you!

We have been here three different times and all three times no one seemed to want to help us, even though there were​ no other customers on the lot. They'd rather chit chat with each other or take breaks out of the sun instead of showing us boats for sale. On one occasion when we finally did get someone to speak with us the guy walked off to get an answer to one of our questions and never returned. We found him sitting inside about 10 minutes later so we took our business elsewhere. They will be lucky to be in business much longer if our experience is any indication of how they treat customers.

They didn't have the part I needed, which is totally kewl, but, the guy was pretty short with me and acted as if I was bothering him asking where I might possibly find the part I needed. So, doubt I will go back, but, might have been having a bad day, so ill give the benefit of the doubt and give you three stars instead of only one. However, I will not be spending any of my money here, or, recommending them either....

Went to get parts for my 9.9 johnson motor. Got everything for an oil change, top and bottom end, and then had to send pics for a part on a fuel filter. They called me back and let me know they had everything i needed. When i got their they even pulled my motor up and told me exactly where the oil filter was located and the best way to do everything that i needed to do to my motor. Thanks for all you guys help with everything and now im back on the water!!!!

Great experience.!!. Was looking for a bimi top for my boat. Couldnt find it. They just happen to have one in storage.. The guys came out and installed it to make sure it was what i wanted before i bought it. Gave me a great price also. I will be using them for all my boat questions and needs. We had Gotcha quote a repair to our pontoon outboard. We were charged 226.00 and told that the crank was broken and the motor was baisicly worthless. We took the boat home and after the first night of working on it and a washer was able to fire it right up. I even went to Gotcha to give them the chance to make this right. I feel we did not get $226.00 worth of service is all.

Brought my boat for them to check out engine noise and the mechanics told me it’s probably something else like damper or water pump I said okThe boat was there for 6 weeks I had to call them many times to get updates on what’s going on never called me back had to keep calling them many times at the end the Mechanik tells me yea the noise is coming from ur engine after 6weeks he tells me what I told them when I dropped of the boat and I get $120 bill for them to tell me what I already knew plus they cut off my battery connectors and when I picked up the boat I was told if u want to have batteri connectors u have to pay for new ones which I had no choice because u need to have battery connectors to start ur boatThis is the service that I got from this shop.
