This particular location used to be so convenient and our go to for groceries, but the past month or so everything we’ve bought from there has had an issue.Broccoli for Christmas dinner had an insect leg in it, the milk with a sell by date weeks out is sour the day you buy it, garlic moldy and rotten in the sealed bags, orange juice is brown and rancid. What has happened? Are they letting the groceries sit in the back and go rotten?

Nice grocery store like the others, one thing that stood out to me was their Asian pears. All other grocery store-bought Asian pears that I have tried have just not been very good. They don't have flavor and aren't very juicy, but here they have an EXCELLENT selection of Asian pears. I think we found the biggest one which was massive, and I ate it a day later for part of lunch on a hike, and I was shocked by how great it was. It was very juicy and had lots of flavor, and there was so much fruit to eat. Overall, this is a great grocery store.

The quality of the produce is deplorable. I thought I was purchasing portobello mushrooms only to get home and realize it was white mushrooms turned brown and slimy. The quality of the items, the packed checkout lines, and overall pricing has convinced me to drive elsewhere.

Food Lion Inman, praise is hardly given enough in today’s world, but let me offer some. This meal is courtesy of you. I purchased your beautiful steak today that I cooked riverside with seasoning all bought from you. While I’ll take credit for the temperature being perfect, I was able to cut this peace of meat with a butter knife. The mushrooms and onions were also purchased from you. Total perfection of a meal thanks to the care you give the ingredients we buy. My family is new to the area, but you have gained our loyalty while we call Inman home.

After teaching this evening, I was So hungry. It was challenging passing all the fast food restaurants (Chick-fil-A & Zaxby was the hardest). I decided to go to Food Lion & grab everything to make a good salad. I'm having a proud moment eating this excellent salad. (apples, strawberries, zucchini, tomatoes, cucumbers, fresh green beans, grilled chicken, Romain lettuce, shredded carrots, garlic couscous and red cabbage)Our neighborhood supermarket went under new management & ownership (from Bilo to Food Lion). There have been significant updates to the infrastructure within the building, and it is looking better. I enjoy shopping more than I did previously. Management is mindful and listens to the customers' concerns while making necessary modifications & improvements that meet the needs of the consumers. I hope to see the carpet from in Entryway completely removed & replaced with something that does not hold mold, moisture & odor as the current carpet from Bilo has over the years without being replaced. Food Lion has updated the registers, are in the process of replacing all the freezers, refrigerators, and floor tiles within the front aisles. Better selections in food & quality produce have already taken way! The prices are competitive as well.I look forward to seeing how this store will continue, and I hope they pay the employees better to prevent high turnovers.

Not the best. This food lion purchased a bi-lo. They repainted the walls, put up signs and used all the original equipment, not even incorporating a fresh produce style set up. Oh they did get new cash registers.

There was an employee today who almost ran into me with her cart and didn't even apologize-she just stared at me. Train your employees to apologize when they almost run a customer over with a cart please! Besides which, the food is too expensive. The cashier was nice, though.

Food Lion is very clean. It has very healthy produce and a decent selection for a slightly smaller store than I usually go to. Their prices are great and their staff is very helpful and very friendly. Food Lion has now become part of my regular rotation for shopping.

This Food Lion is sub par. By that I mean the store is ran by some rude individuals, not all, but majority. Produce selection is minimal, small, and cramped. Meat selection is terrible most of the time.It fills the need of a grocery store, that's about it. Plain and boring.

Always has an abundant stock of product. Very clean and a good atmosphere. Only complaint is the savings don't really add up like they do at other stores. The convenience of location and the savings evening out makes it a pretty nice place to grocery shop though. I enjoy going here.

This is the closest grocery store to me. It was a Bi-Lo.The staff working in the store are the best! Helpful, smiling, respectful and friendly.The store, itself is clean and pretty neat.My problem with the store is the lack of stock, not carrying name brand, local brand and meat department is a joke.I now travel longer distance to Publix or Ingles to get the quality and specific brands both carry at a higher cost.Food Lion may be a locally-owned store but, need to be able to provide customer choice and demand.

All food prices are high now, especially imported fresh produce. Food Lion is in line with the other providers in this area.The stores are clean, well lit and always have a good, fresh supply of fruits, meats and vegetables.

I've been going to Ingles in landrum lately food Lion seem to have a better selection in their prices are a lot better in the store appears to have been remodeled since last time I was here. It looks really good

I work 10.5 hr shift & come into this store & can only go in one side of store & then have to ring up my own groceries. Oh yeah & bag them too. Manager is obviously not doing her job or she would have had one of her associates ring folks up. I have been a Food Lion shopper for 20+ years. I WILL NEVER GO INTO THIS STORE AGAIN! Train your managers at the Indian Land, SC location. Then maybe they will be worth their salt.

I'm very happy that there's now a Food Lion in Inman. I have been a loyal Food Lion customer for many years. But the one thing that I'm not happy about is the HUGE pothole in the middle of the parking lot that has been there since the other store was there. If you can't pave the parking lot, could you at least fill the pothole? It would really help give your customers, especially first time customers, a better impression of the place.🤷‍♀️

I really like Food Lion. It's always clean and competitive prices. The only thing I really don't like is their pre-packaged meats. They always seem to be thinner cuts and if it's open I need to get custom cuts for the grill. Not usually a big deal. Bi-Lo used to be my main store, but since it's KJs I'm doing most of my shopping here and it's cheaper.

Excellent experience! I watched a manager stop and help a " regular " elderly customer with his groceries and using the electronics in the store he was struggling with! Above and beyond simply because!!! One of the sweetest things I've seen in a while!
