Good selection of items which is helpful to have so close to our rental. Not all of the staff is super friendly and they tend to be a bit hard bagging some items (particularly breakables). They also have over loaded our bags a few times so the end up ripping when we get home. But overall is a nice place for odds and ends.

This store has some staff that's rude and smart if it's store on #9 closest to lake Bowen fish camp. There's a man he's so nasty and rude and some new women who were rude and smart and belittling. I will avoid this store if I can the other one on 9 is super and the one on 9 & 11 is great store.

Walked into store, there were 5 people in line with no cashier in sight. Clerk in back talking. Made my selections and went to check out- by the time I found clerk in back of store talking again there were 7 people in line waiting. Clerk was also rude to another customer that said a soft " hello?" To get some attention at check out. Store was a mess . 12-26-17 6:15 pm

Instead of ringing up customers, both of the cashiers (one in a sling) were pilfering through a cart off expired items. Another lady in line asked, "if those items were on sale?" Cashier replied, " they're expired or almost, so we're taking what we like." I told them policy states they have to be thrown away and that's stealing from Dollar General. Started no one's here to say otherwise. Would of been nice if they cared about the paying customers as much as they did the free stuff

Poor customer service. Didn't seem to be bothered by the fact that not once but twice we needed assistance and the cashier was nowhere to be found. When it was time to check out we had to stand there and wait for someone to come to the register. Once he finally made it, he didn't even apologize for making us wait. I'm disgusted with employees hired for this store.

This is my favorite place to get out of the 🏠 and shop and bring the kids or my family from out of town they have a great staff and great service and great location plus local people around the neighborhood shop here and the prices are great plus great location

Much cleaner than most all other Dollar Generals I have been. Staff is very friendly and engaged with customers. They have knowledge of what their store sells. I do visit this store often.

I go to this store once every couple of weeks and the employees are very nice and professional. Sometimes the wait is longer but that's because there are 10 people in line. There's nothing the employees can do about that part. They usually have everything I need in stock.

Boxes of stock blocking most aisles and shelves usually empty of on-sale items. Merchandise placed in the wrong place and hard to find an accurate price. Floor is dirty, the entire store feels dirty and cluttered, chaotic. Employees are RUDE, not helpful and dismissive. One last very important thing to mention, there is a man who works there on evening shift who made obscene comments to me when I was checking out and when I pretended to not understand what he was implying, he even made obscene hand gesture while snickering with a customer who had checked out before me but hung around because he thought the employee was funny. There was a long line of customers as the store was very busy without enough employees working. The customer behind overheard the interaction and came to my window and told me to report the employee to district boss but I have not had a chance yet and I don't know the exact date or the employees name. Granted this was one very bad experience, but there have been MANY occasions when I noticed other employees being rude, lazy and /or dismissive to me or someone else. I don't go there anymore unless absolutely necessary and I discourage others as well.

Never had a problem shopping here. I bought some hair clipers Friday and they wouldn't stop pulling. I took them back yesterday still in perfect tach since we couldnt use them. They refused to help and said somone will be in touch soon.

Its like a mini walmart. The things there getting in for home deco are very nice and they have a great variety in food items , etc.

This place is amazing, name brand products at great prices. Need crisco oil, they have it. I was impressed, cause i didnt have to drive to far.

I like this dg better then the one in boiling springs its smaller but at least its stocked good and the employers are nice and no waiting in line

Found what I needed. Store was cluttered and couldn't get down aisles. Stock setting on buggies in areas and had to skip areas so not impressed. Need to just clean stores.
