People leaving these nasty remarks must be hard to deal with customers. Each time I have picked up a prescription the pharmacist have been extremely professional and considerate. Always willing to answer any questions I may have concerning my parents medication. Honestly, I am surprised the pharmacist maintain their professionalism after witnessing the way they are spoken to by some customers. Great job CVS Inman! Keep up the good work!

The pharmacist, Don, is rude and unhelpful. I returned with my daughters antibiotics that flavoring was not added to requesting it be added. He didn't want to add it, and asked why we wanted it now if we had already used "that much". It had only been 3 days. Because she's 3 Don, and a 3yo doesn't like nasty tasting medicine. He was also being rude to some elderly ladies standing at the counter as well. If you dont like people, find another job, Don.

Everyone at this store is rude!! I have had so many bad experiences that I can’t even list them all. The pharmacy team is rude and hateful with no regard for anyone. I have called customer service multiple times and it helps for a little while but then right back to their previous behavior. If Walgreens accepted my insurance I would never walk back into this store EVER!!

The morning shift is rude for absolutely reason. Dishonest and distasteful. The night shift is amazing and both male pharmacist treat everyone with kindness and a smile. Not everyone lives off of pills or just wants to medicate their kids. There are good people out there who are just trying to pick up a prescription. Smile next time, it’ll make your day better :)

I see why this CVS has such a low rating because@the pharmacy they r all rude...I just went in there about 30 min ago to pick up my grandaughters meds that were called in...The girl looked up@me and hatefully said, can u hold on a moment and I hadn't said a word then proceeded to say, "I'm by myself here so u will have to come back later"...I was very mad at her behavior and plan to report her. If you don't like ur job then quit.She was young and most young people today have no respect, morals or manners...I hate to see this country in 20 years.

Although this isn’t our usual pharmacy, it was the ONLY pharmacy open on New Year’s Day. I was impressed with the prompt attentiveness in getting an antibiotic prescription filled (less than one hour), and the few minutes extra the pharmacy tech took to add our insurance plan into the system. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

The store is starting to fall apart again fix your web site I have no time for excuses and promises you can’t keep and then you blame it on the computer fix it the corporation makes enough money to handle these things, and the consumer or the person that relies on their medication does not need to be in the hands of a system that does not work correctly it’s dangerous !!!!!

7/6/2022The first time in CVS for pharmacy needs in 5 years . And now I remember why. Stand at the drop off spot for 5 mins while the little red headed girl messes around with whatever . Never acknowledges I’m even standing there , never says I’ll be right with you . I wait 5 mins she finally comes over to “help” me . And says we’ll we are about to go on break so maybe your script will be done by 2:30-3pm . But call first to make sure it’s ready ! So the entire pharmacy shuts down for lunch and you can’t get your script . The first and last time I’ll ever set foot on that pharmacy .7/7/2022Edit:Well it is now the next day 11am and the script is still not filled. So incompetent

This store doesn't have a self check out and the cashier was not happy when I pointed out items were not ringing up clearance price. Also, when I asked why one of my coupons wasn't ringing up. She said well you already used one. I just replied, I am allowed to use more than one and I like to save money.

CVS Inman hateful employees!!!! Do not give that store any business. The pharmacist Megan is rude and hateful and is doing things to minor patients not filling prescription on purpose. Also I don't believe a pharmacy tech can not tell me how to give my kid his medication a different way than the way the doctor has prescribed it. Megan you are not above people as you think you are. 3 hours later Megan still doesn't have the prescription filled to be mean and hateful, then refused to fill it.

Nice place. The CVS worker Lyndsey was so patient with my husband and all of his coupons that he likes to use. It’s nice to see that kindness still is alive and well in 2022!

This pharmacy is terrible do not get your prescription here or you'll have to wait a week, like you dont need it. Very unreliable when it comes to medice it like they never have medicine on site. The customer service is ridiculous sent me to another store to pick up my prescription almost 30 minutes away sat for 20 minutes for them to say this pharmacy has a lock pending and they have to reach the pharmacy to unlock it to fill it. Turns out they never called the other store like they claimed and had my medicine locked. Gas isn't cheap nor is my time in 85 degree weather waiting on antibiotics glad I wasn't waiting on more important medications that I need to live because I'd probably be dead waiting for them to get medication I see why they have a bad rating and everyone is switching to Walgreens. I do not recommend this place unless you dont need medicine from a pharmacy.

I went in with my dad so he could use the red money phone thing so he could send money to my sister in MD. While he was doing his thing I was looking at products aound the desk and the manager was clearly annoyed and mumbling under his breath, I got the vibe he thought I was gonna steal‽ I walked away and he followed me. It was very off putting bc I am a young girl

I love this pharmacy. Great customer service, They spend like 15 minutes trying to figure out why my insurance wasn't showing up in the system they call them they figured it out that it was on somebody else end they fixed everything so im pretty happy that they dealt with my insurance instead of having me do it which would have taken an hour or more, so thank you.

Worst service around once I get my last prescription filled here I will be changing to another Pharmacy I've had to call my prescription in four times every time I go up there they say it's not ready it'll be 15 minutes I have called to check to see if it's ready no one ever answers the phone I set on hold for 15 minutes five different times with no answers!! These people have no clue what they are doing!! I only gave one star because I had to to leave a review but they need 0 Stars!

The service is very long. These formaceutes don't do anything and are very slow. Under insurance, the medicine is free, but in this pharmacy it is paid.

Would someone please call corporate I have a store across the street and will drive across town to use another drug store. Pharmacy I mistakenly had a prescription called into this store I was told a 3 hour wait for a ZPaK I was actually headed out of town and needed it for my son so I told her I would wait the mean lady with the overdone make up and 80”s teased hair said you can wait but it will still be another hour I had waited 2 they were also filling another which I ask if I just did z oak could I leave. I watched lines form like crazy all same rude response I watched people wait and her say I can expedite it if you are waiting while my sick child sits. I leave pharmacist calls me back and said some of my pills had been caught and left at the store he would re bottle them, 2nd visit because of the prescription I had to get my refill here I went on my app ordered refill like I do with my cvs in landrum I get text saying it’s ready. I go in same lady said they don’t have a prescription she said go to other window I do I explain I was told that prescription had to be filled here I showed my app where I ask for refill showed my text she said I’m sorry we haven’t started I ordered 2 days in advance I had no choice but to wait I am a coupon user this store model is extremely coupon friendly but I use the online app so I’m not holding up any line I get this monotone employee who I’m pretty sure uses this voice to customers. Goes to ring up my makeup while waiting on supposed filled prescription he gives me total I told him I had extra care bucks and 2 coupons online he said I did not in a get out of my face way I showed him online and ask to ring them up again scan my card I never had issues before he did nothing. I ask him to delete it I would use another store the young manager sat looking out the window in unphased texting away we went back to waiting for my in expedited order. Never again someone help this store.

The pharmacy part is HORRID. They never have prescriptions ready on time. What’s the point of having automatic refill or calling ahead using the automated system if they disregard it? Also they don’t call doctors offices to get refill authorizations. Excuse after excuse and they don’t care at all. Go across the steeet to Wal-Greens.

Pharmacy just decides to close at 6 instead of 9 with no notice. They knew I was coming to pick up my medication and no one told me anything about them closing early. I stop by at 6:50 and they are closed. So unprofessional

This is hands down the WORST pharmacy I've ever been to. We were 12th in line today. We finally get up to the counter and oops we're sorry we haven't filled your refill yet even tho they sent it in 8 freaking hours ago! Yeah we will get it ready for you. It will be about an hour and a half. This place is a joke. It needs to be closed down. I am transferring all my scripts to rite aid from now on. SMDH RIDICULOUS.

Their hours say they close at 9 but apparently they close at 8. I got there at 8:04, right after I left my doctor’s office and due to this, I was unable to pickup a much needed prescription. I am FED UP. If they close at 8, fine, but the sign on the door and the hours on the internet say 9, and they should either FIX IT or ACCOMMODATE. To Walgreens across the street I go!!!

Fast service. Love the pharmacy techs. Very helpful! As with any pharmacy I don't buy other items since they are priced way higher. But overall it's clean and staff is awesome.
