I’m really pleased with R&K. Ryan & Svenja showed up on time and I walked them through everything I needed done. They made suggestions including some that used my old equipment. They changed out 2 sets of ceiling speakers, hooked up a stereo and a tv to my surround sound and repowered my surveillance cameras. The coolest thing is the Sonos system which picks up all of my music services. Ryan was great about stopping by a few weeks later and showing me how to use program a few things. Definitely recommend.

Im really glad I found Ryan and team. We wanted to hide cables behind our TV in our living room and now they are out of sight and everything looks sharp. In the process Ryan had prompt responses and was very clear when communicating what would be done. If I had known the process of working with R and K Audio was as seamless , professional , and easily scheduled as it was, I would have called on them much earlier. Ryan and I had a few text exchanges where he asked all questions needed in order to be incredibly efficient when he arrived. I sent pictures of the wall and tv mount and he came ready to work. After installation, he took extra time to teach me how to operate and he even helped me add my subscribed streaming apps. I highly recommend R and K. Ryan was very efficient and knowledgeable about installing our new flatscreen. He even went under our house in the crawlspace to rewire our cables! That was the best part, in all honest because I loathe the site of wires and cables. Now everything is nice and tidy and pretty 😍My esthetic eye is pleased. My husband’s impatience is unscathed too. We recently moved into an older home where we needed someone to trouble shoot all of the Ethernet wiring in our home and help us install a home network system. We searched around and ran across R&K Audio/Video and based on the positive reviews, tried them. Ryan did a superb job in outfitting all of our Ethernet cables with the correct/updated connections, and resolved and cleaned up all of the wiring back in the enclosure panel box and labeled them correctly (12 connections). He recommended a Wi-Fi mesh network system and Ethernet port to work with the Xfinity Router that we just picked up and installed all of it, including the Xfinity Router and fixing the Xfinity connection coming into the home. We have never had our internet and Wi-Fi network work this well and be this blazing fast. Ryan is very knowledgeable and professional. I would 100% use him again and definitely recommend him for any audio or video needs.

RandK did such a great job installing an 85” TV, cleaning up organizing and hiding all cables wires and components while creating a sleek steaminess tidy appearance in all 4 rooms. All TVs were coordinated with Sonos components and sound bars. They come with a wealth of information and are the perfect team. What a great experience working with R&K Audio! After months and months of dealing with a freezing TV and no service at all from our cable company, we decided to drop our cable all together and get YouTube TV .R&K Audio came in, assessed what we needed, explained everything thoroughly and made the appointment to return the next business day to do the work. They were quite knowledgeable, friendly, and certainly experts in their field. Everything was done quickly and efficiently.In addition, our Sonos which was going off and on in different rooms, was easily fixed in no time at all.
