We had the Supreme pizza, it was almost inedible. The crust tasted like it was made with a bad frozen bread dough. Way too thick and bready. Also I ordered it with extra cheese, there was so little cheese it was almost nonexistent. Definitely avoid this place.

My husband and I order pizza online here quite often! We’ve never had a wrong order, only issue we’ve ever had was the online order got over looked once, but they made everything fresh and threw in a couple free 2 liters, even though we didn’t wait too long! The pizza is always AMAZING! The cheese is SO GOOD! We love it & our kids do too! The boneless wings are also very yummy!

I don't usually give bad reviews but my experience here tonight was terrible. 50 minutes to get our food. I could have looked over that but my supreme stromboli that I ordered with no green or bell peppers was cold when I got it and of course had more bell peppers than anything else. Waitress's response to this was a simple "oh sorry" With so few choices for Italian food close by I really thought it would have been a better experience.

I had the lasagna with a nice big salad husband had wing with a side of fries. I love their lasagna, taste homemade to me. Should not have eaten the whole thing but I cleaned my plate with the breadstick which was not homemade but enjoyable and tried one wing, it was good and not too hot. Nothing but bones were left. Service was great! We will be back!!

UPDATE: April 2023. Decided to order online. Food was decent. Worth what I paid. Some slight discrepancies in what the menu said and what we got when we ordered. Wasnt a waste of money....next should we give dine in another try???Initial review.Wow. This is why small businesses dont make it. Just moved to the neighborhood thought we would check them out. Guy from the kitchen and two servers saw us pull up. One server went to cleaning a table and the other two people went into the kitchen. We waited about 8 minutes, no one came and greeted us. Sign at the door says wait to be seated. We will not go back we will spend our money elsewhere. ZERO STARS!!!

Waitress was 100% rude the entire time. Could even hear her in the back yelling at another employee. She was disengaged with us even while taking our order (which took forever to get her to do that). While giving my order she was constantly looking around and had to ask me to repeat what I had said.The food - The grilled chicken on my salad was definitely not fresh. It was rubbery and tasted like something you would buy in the freezer section of the grocery store. Not to mention it cost nearly $12 and it wasn't much bigger than the side salad that my friend had ordered. I've been satisfied with all of my prior visits until this one. Definitely some changes going on there but not sure it's for the better!

It was great 👍 our food was good, our waitress was good. I do have to say the fried pickles were the best but beware, they are super hot when they come out. Be more patient than I was, I burnt the roof of my mouth. Will definitely be going back now that the dining room has opened up 😊

I eat at Westgate at least once or twice a week. The wait staff is always very friendly and treat me with the utmost respect. They always or very professional and I appreciate the interaction and the friendly smiles after a long day. And the food is always high quality and cooked just the way I ask for it. So hats off to the cooks as well. I think you have one of the best wait staff that you've had in several years. I'll be back soon

This is the third time that my wife and I have ordered from this establishment. It will be the last for sure they have a problem cooking their steak. Seems they do not know the difference between well done and rare. The first two times we ordered from there we figured the cook was having a bad night but the third time no way! The only reason I gave them a one star is they didn't have a half star to choose.

Be glad I had to give 1 star. Ordered online @6:34, said it would be ready at 6:58. Waited at the window for 20 mins and no one ever came to the window. Knocked on the window the girl “asked if there was a problem”.... “Well yes there is a problem, I been waiting at the window for 20 mins and no one has acknowledged me”... The owner finally came to the window and said they haven’t even started on the order 50 mins after it was placed!!! Will not be back and will no longer refer anyone to go there!

We haven't eaten here in almost 2 years due to the food not being all that good and the service was even worse. My wife and I decided to give it another shot tonight, well needless to say, some things never change. Her spaghetti and meatballs were burnt and I ordered 10 wings that were supposed to be spicy. I only got 9 wings and they were so mild you could have fed them to a baby. Guess it will be another 2 years before we go back.

This is my first time eating here and will definitely NOT be my last. The pizza is cheesy and soft. The prices were great and the service was great! I wish we had you guys in Belton!

Suzy salad is my favorite thing here. Even though they have many delicious dishes. The pizza is fantastic here as well. Others in my party got fried cheesecake and the Italian sub. Everything was fresh and delicious 😋.

We ordered 2 Stromboli’s one a steak and the other one with just 3 items. Finally get home and knowing I get migraines from onions. I specifically told to girl NO ONIONS AND NO ONIONS ON SALAD. I ordered a 3 toppings Mushrooms, black olives and bell pepper. I was not happy at all to see some kind of meat and onions on my Stromboli. You have lost 2 customers because they don’t know how to put the right stuff on the right Stromboli. So Long Westgate Pizza.

We usually loved the Susies salad from Westgate but the last 3 times it has been awful! The salad is very limpy and it isn’t even portion sized ! Then the last time I ordered I asked for extra mushrooms,peppers, and onions, of course my salad came with none of the above. This used to be our go to salad but something has changed and it’s ridiculous.

The last several times I have been to Westgate, the service gets increasingly worse. My most recent trip, the steaks were cooked wrong, we ordered grilled shrimp as a add-on that never appeared & the waitress didn't come back to refill our drinks until after we finished our meal.

I have never gotten a meat lovers pizza with NO pizza sauce in it. Waitress was the worst I have ever had in my life!! If you do decide to give it a try, ask for Ashley, she wasnt our waitress, but she did more for us than our waitress did!!

Don't go here if u go make sure it isn't close to closing time. Never open for lunch u can't call ur self pizza. I moved from York pa. Where there was pizza shops on every corner.

The food was GREAT. yes we will be back. The waiter we had was nice but we had to keep asking another watress for drink & togo boxes. Prices were very reasonable. Cozy little place. We usually eat at commercial restaurants, but Westgate has changed our minds! The other 3 major pizza places have nothing compared to Westgate! It brought me back to the pizza places my sister and I went to as kids. Love it!!!!
