I got the lunch special cheeseburger french fries and drink it was so good. I can't express how huge this burger was. I really should have shared it. the employees were very kind very good and got our drinks to the table quickly. There is not a lot of room to eat in so I suggest get there a little early from peak times or order and pick up. They serve chicken strips hot dogs hamburgers and much more. Located right in the heart of downtown honea path South Carolina while you're in the area why not stop at the community pool it's only $3

I actually never have ordered in, always take out. I like this place better than Gracie's, because they always remember to throw the extra ranch we ask for. Our take out is always correct. Every time we order from Gracie's, we get the food home, the extra ranch we pay for is never in there and the sides or food is wrong, basically this place offers the same fare as Gracie's, just correct. We order from here almost always for a quick "home style" bite.

Are you craving a good burger? Best place in Honea path for one! The fries were cooked to perfection, onion rings were nice and crispy, and the burger was cooked to protection! Bacon was nice and crispy, and the whole burger was oozing with flavor! 100/10 will be back again, and would recommend!

This is a GEM hidden in the quaint town of Honea Path! Excellent food- I had the hot dog with chili and cheese added- as good as I’ve ever had! (Be sure to specify that you want the “weenie” in the chili dog.) Even better than the food was meeting the mom and son owners and a prayer list for locals on the wall. We will definitely be back!

Our 1st trip to "The Town Cafe." We drove up from Greenwood to try it out - for something new. We were surprised by the small size of the building, but they generate some really large/tasteful food. Nice assortment of dishes with a friendly staff. We called our order in as we left Greenwood. They gave us an accurate time for the food to be ready & it was just being finished plating as we walked in. The prices are reasonable. We feed 4 people for under $35 (gallon of tea included). We didn't eat small either. We had a large (2 patty) hamburger steak with a baked potato & slaw, flounder plate and two taco salads. We will be sure to add this establishment to our list of goto resturants!

My burger was actually very good. I won't be going back, though, because sanitation was not to my standards. The same ungloved hands that prepared my burger also tended the cash register. Also, just FYI, they impose a 3.75% surcharge for using a card. I understand that and it's not a deal breaker for me, but the sanitation is. If the owner reads this and corrects the problem, please let me know and I'll give you another try!Update: After being contacted by the owner promising that my issue had been corrected, I did go back and give it another try. Sure enough, the same young lady was there and was wearing rubber gloves. Unfortunately, she didn't realize that she is supposed to take them off to clean up tables, make change at the cash register, and grab something out of the freezer in the dining area! She only took them off when she went outside to smoke.

Got some food here last night and it was amazing. It’s a cool little takeout restaurant with that southern charm. By the way, just throwing this out here, The cook was a big beautiful woman and couldn’t tell if a ring was present but definitely would have tried to find out if they hadn’t been so busy. 🔥🔥🔥

👍👍👍👍 This has been a great place to eat, for years and I also had the opportunity to work with. Danny Bell and. Jackie Fleming here in 1993. Yes!! The town Cafe has been around that long and thanks to the customer's and their patronage... and to the great friendly staff... and the great food! I know that it is a 👌 A 1. Restraunt. In. Quality and cleanliness also! Keep up the good work to.,, the new owner Brian, . its still a great place to eat... I love the chicken salad myself... and with me being as busy as I am... I love that I can call in ahead of time and on my way home I just stop by go in and pick up my order and know that I will be satisfied.. and there's always enough that you'll never leave hungry LOL.... thanks for being so fast also... Small Cafe in town. The workers are friendly. Best salad I have had in a very long time. My son got a double cheeseburger and had trouble eating it all. This is my new favorite spot to eat.

These folks know how to make a burger right! Unfortunately for us (the customers), everyone in town seems to have figured this out & as a result, they are SO BUSY, my last call in order (at a peak time to be fair) had a wait time of 40 minutes!This is a call-in business only. There are no dining facilities.

I was glad to see a old place reopen I had got two of the famous hamburgers and fries the hamburger is still the same big old fashioned hand Paddock patties fresh not frozen patties my burger was so big I could eat all of it and couldn't eat all my fries so if you want a good ol fashioned hamburger all cheeseburger stop by down and try it out I had got a large chef salad too a chef salad isn't like they was back in the day they not big like they used to be and they don't put all the stuff that used to put on it they said it used to be so big and have so much of food on it it would feed two peoples but I still love restaurant and will be still eating there

Best place is Honea Path , love their burgers and Dano special. Town Cafe is always on point. Highly recommend Town Cafe if you have never had it you have try it . You will not be disappointed.

My cheeseburger with beacon and chilli has a plan taste and not fully done this place is nasty and i had to say something to the lady about my French fries . she was going to give me plain fries when i order chilli cheese fries. I will not eat here again
