I am beyond impressed with the service I received from this company. Stephanie was incredibly helpful in setting up a service call for a problem we were having with our dryer vent and another vent where a bird had been nesting. Hunter arrived promptly and was able to quickly assess the situation. His knowledge and expertise were evident as he removed most of the nesting material and installed screen covers on the vents.Hunter's professionalism and courtesy were outstanding throughout the service call. He even went above and beyond by checking other areas of concern and offering to return with a device to ensure all nesting material and debris was removed. He also recommended that we install additional vent covers to ensure uniformity.I am relieved that we no longer have a bird attempting to take up residence in our house's vent. Hunter's quick work and attention to detail have made our home safer for both us and the birds. He explained that he'll return to install the 2 vent covers that were missing on the day of the service call. I was so impressed that I called Stephanie to request 3 covers be installed, even though only 2 were needed. Hunter had recommended 3 so that all the covers on the house would match.Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the service I received from this company. The professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail demonstrated by Stephanie and Hunter were outstanding. Andy, texted me when he was Enroute to my house, when he got her, and a summary of how the appointment went after he left. What was incredibly impressive and much appreciated is when Andy had to come back out to mitigate a pest issue, he did so in a timely fashion, with empathy, and assurance that he would fully eradicate the pests at no additional charge. Our technician was Hunter who was knowledgeable and diligent in conducting the survey of our area and the application of the deterrent scent. The owner/operator has a wealth of information and provided multiple options, all of which were in compliance with SC laws and regulations. They will also provide one follow up visit. I thought I had a squirrel problem, but he did a thorough inspection around my home and showed me it was a rodent problem and showed me the evidence. He provided a solution right then and put me on a quarterly plan so I can relax and know that my problem is being taken care of. Called Precision Predator Removal to help remove a dead creature from my attic - Stephanie came out the same day (crucial since maggots were falling from a ceiling vent - a real horror show!). She managed to remove the possum & clean the area which was in a tight and hard to reach location (& put a stop to the maggot rain)! Really a lifesaver! Then she suggested the spots to seal up and they repaired them the following week. I had a question about the sealing work and they followed up well and came back out to answer my questions. Great people, friendly, professional, knowledgeable (& appear to really like what they do :-). Hope I don’t need them again, but wouldn’t hesitate to call them or recommend them!

Precision Predator Removal did a great job of removing the bats from the arch over my porch and installing wire there and on the ends of my roof to prevent the bats from coming into my attic space. Precision was, also, thinking environmentally. They built two bat boxes and installed on trees so that the bats could relocate their homes.Precision was very professional and did a great job. I will not hesitate to have then return when problems arise. I particularly like their environmental approach to the protecting of the animals. I have and will recommend them to others!

Jody and team were very knowledgeable, helpful and remained in communication with me. The products and services offered fixed all of our issues and we remain completely satisfied. We had special metal liners for our roof vents installed because of squirrels entering the attic (many sleepless nights)! They also repair other sources of entry. I would definitely recommend this to anyone. It was a bit more expensive than I thought, but it was a unique product that ended up fixing the problem.
