This sweet baby was brought in this morning having seizures. Our staff immediately started working with her. She is the calmest when being held, so we have the lights out in the treatment area and are sitting in the floor with her to keep her calm. Love my job here!

Dr Martin is the best vet around with the best prices. He does not do expensive X-rays or test in your pet if he know something isn’t broke. I would highly recommend and his staff is very personal as well with loving attitudes.

Love this place. They see all four dogs here, as well as able to see our bearded dragon and sugar gliders if needed as well. Makes it very easy to take care of our animals.Last visit they helped our large German shep. With a hot spot and she loves it. She gets all the attention and eats it up. They are all very kind and loving with every animal of ours they have seen and make sure to cover everything and answer all questions any one has.

What an AMAZING group of caring people!! It’s never easy having to let go of a long time family pet/ family member but they were great and honest and didn’t take advantage of the situation. They took very good care of my Sasha girl all the way till the end. They were very compassionate and gave us the time to be will her while she went over the rainbow bridge. My daughter and I were given the chance to stay as long as we needed. The staff is so very caring and gave us something no one else could. Thanks to all the staff❤❤❤

The Honea Path Animal Hospital is amazing! The staff is kind and patient and very informative. I took my young Yorkie here to get spayed and they gave an estimate of the price and stuck to that estimate. My sweet girl was well taken care of and provided with meds to help her recover quickly. This vets office truly loves animals and their customers! For any future needs for my pets, I will be sure to return here!

Absolutely wonderful staff!! Friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely care for the animals. Dr. Martin and his staff are the best around and l wouldn't trust my fur baby to anyone else. Made the 2 hour drive just so he could do the surgery. Love Love Love this place! Highly recommend it.

Amazing staff! Very reasonable cost as well. We took one of our dogs in for what turned out to be cancer and they were very comforting and understanding. It was like talking with friends or family. I've used other practices in the past that charged more for basic services (yearly visits, shots, etc) and had an "ok" experience but when I brought my dogs and cat here I've been extremely happy with not only costs but with the friendly attitudes of everyone! What they quote you is what it is...no "added" or "unseen issue" costs for that visit. 10 out of 10 from us!

Told that my 13 year old Boston terrier was just in heat after her loosing complete mobility in back legs. Did not do any X-rays of her and said she’s completely fine wait about two weeks and she’ll be fine. We took her to get a second diagnosis because she started to become worse. She had cancer that had eaten through her spine causing us to have to put her down.

The absolute worse vet ever!!! My daughter and I share a frenchie, we all know they eat everything like their goats. Got into some poison, and was throwing up blood. She called to see if he could be seen and they refused to see him. They claimed they didn’t have time! This makes me so angry! How can you not? How can you turn awake a puppy like that. It pretty bad their still open 🙄 never again.

I would like to say all the staff at the Honea Path Animal Hospital did a great job taking care of our Harley. He was hit by a car on Friday and we feared he wouldn't make it. They cared for him did x-rays and treated him with excellent care. His eye was knocked out of socket and he was in shock. They told me how to care for him until this morning and they did surgery to repair his eye. He is home healing and doing well. I'm so grateful for the caring staff and how they were patient and understanding they were to me and my husband. Thank you for taking great care of all our fur babies. JOHN and Sherry Fuller

My mother in law took her 11 year old dog to have her teeth cleaned. From the beginning, the vet should’ve never agreed to put a dog of this age to sleep voluntarily as her teeth were not in terrible shape. However, they proceeded and when my MIL returned a couple of days following the procedure with concerns that the dog was extremely lethargic, they told her it just takes some dogs longer to recover from the anesthesia. Thus, they sent her home without examining the dog thoroughly. The next day, the dog was worse - limp and her urine was orange. My MIL rushed her back first thing in the morning and Honea Path Vet. Service allowed the dog to lay in a cage all day before FINALLY doing bloodwork in the afternoon, only to find out that all of her blood numbers had bottomed out. She was at death’s door. They sent her to another hospital 20+ miles away, where it was discovered she had a very serious, life threatening illness most likely brought on from the stress of anesthesia. If you want to ensure your pet is cared for properly, I suggest you drive a little farther and find a vet that will not neglect critically ill animals!

My wife took her dog there Monday and Tuesday to find out what was wrong with her pet and those so called veterinary doctors could not give us any answers on why her dog was coughing, weak, and lost of appetite. BUT THEY WANTED US TO KEEP COMING BACK TO GIVE OUR MONEY UP. WE GAVE OUR MONEY UP 2 DAYS IN A ROW AND STILL NO ANSWER!So we took our dog to a real animal clinic today Friday at Rocky Creek Animal hospital and they immediately know what the problem was. They took the dog and put it a respirator to give it oxygen and gave her ivy antibiotics..WELL OUR DOG DIED TODAY AT THE HOSPITAL AT 4PM BECAUSE THE "Pneumonia" spread so badly all through her lungs and killed her!IF WE WOULD HAVE CAUGHT BEFORE IT SPREAD WE COULD HAVE SAVED HER LIFE! SO MONDAY AND TUESDAY THAT WAS WASTED AT HONEA PATH ANIMAL DOCTOR COULD HAVE SAVE OUR DOG DAISY LIFE IF THOSE VET KNOWN WHAT THEY WERE DOING. SO IF ANY OF YOU KEEP PAYING THOSE PEOPLE FOR NO ANSWERS, YOUR ANIMAL WILL DIE JUST LIKE OURS DID TODAY FRIDAY.I Suggest you take your pets to a real vet that can give you answers and try to save your pets life.Honea Path animal hospital once again, thank for taking our money and not being experienced enough to know when a dog has Pneumonia. Everyone was wondering how can you be a veterinarian and not catch that... No Answers and provided the wrong medication, water pills!Never in my life I would recommend anyone there.

I have used this Veterinarian for years. They are always willing to see your pet as soon as possible. They are kind and caring when you lose a geriatric pet. Staff are knowledgeable and will give you answers for pet care. Always easy to get an appointment.
