This was the first time eating at this Hardee's. When I walked through the door the staff had a smile on their face when they greeted me and was professional and friendly. Ordered a double cheeseburger meal large. My burger was ordered with extra onions and cheese. When I received my order it was as I ordered it and the food was hot.I will recommend this Hardee's for your next visit to fast food restaurant. We dinned inside and the store was clean.Parking: Handicap parking right infront close to doorWheelchair accessibility: Easy access for wheelchairs in the facility and also bathrroms

After my first visit there for lunch when I was traveling through Honea Path SC, I had to make that my go to fast food restaurant. Today I tried their chicken snack wrap with Sweet Baby Ray's sauce, frieds and Diet Dr. Pepper. It was delicious.The wrap was loaded with chicken and plenty of Bar B Q sauce.I am glad that I got tired of other fast food restaurant's and Spenx food.Definitely recommend Hardee's when you're hungryParking: Great location as you are passing through. Staff are friendly and always wearing a smile.

UPDATE: After leaving a review, Hardee's will reply asking for more information. When you use their link, give them the information, they say someone will contact you. No one does.I placed a mobile order. I didn't realize until I got home that I didn't receive part of my order. I tried to call this Hardee's, but their phone wasn't working. I drove back, explained to the employee that part of my mobile order was missing. She informed me that she packed my order and it was complete. I showed her my mobile order on my phone and she saw that part of it was missing. I tried to tell her that their phone wasn't working. She informed me that they knew it. She was VERY rude. I tried to call corporate. Corporate doesn't take complaints over the phone any more. You have to do it online. I've not heard anything back and it's been more than a week. My recommendation is to save yourself a lot of time and headaches and just grab food elsewhere.

Whole hour and thirty minutes before close and they won’t serve tenders because they frozen. Rehire a whole new staff

I went to order the new chicken sandwich at 8:35pm and was told they were no longer cooking anymore chicken for the night when they don’t close until 10pm. Then proceeded to order my wife’s food, finished that order and started to order something for myself again and was told they were “kinda out” of Dr Pepper, too. So then I canceled my order all together and left. Would not recommend.

Packed Saturday morning, cars wrapped around the building, and they take my order. The young man at the window was polite, professional, and my order had no issues.

I was very disappointed because I had to wait approximately 30 minutes for a plain cheeseburger. The manager came out and said the worker gave my burger to another customer. Everyone that was in line had a long wait.

This store can't stay consistent with what time they open. Sad what condition this store has become in a few years. I remember when this store use to be open before 5 am every morning where you could get great breakfast not 6 am. No reason Hardee's don't make money. Update 3/1/23 5:31 am store opening hours say 430 am and at 530 am there are people sitting in store but not taking orders. No reason this location doesn't make money they are paying employees to turn down their business. Unfortunately sounds like this store needs new management and General Manager. I guess I will just have to take my business to the Biscuit Barn. Sorry to say but if there is any review over one star it's probably fake reviews trying to boost the bad service. I would give it a no star if possible. It seems owners don't care either judging by the same message on every review.

Pure Garbage and the manager shouldn't be a manager! I went and spent almost $40.I ordered (4) apple pies, was given (3) blueberry.I ordered a hand battered chicken sandwich, no mayonnaise on it and the chicken on it didn't even cover half the bun!Ordered (5) piece chicken fingers, I opened it up and two of the strips was no bigger than my pinky finger!I was offered no sauce, no napkins nothing. Manager had a attitude when I pointed it out to her!Never again..."PURE GARBAGE"!

I put an online order in. Paid online as well. It was $39. Order said it would be ready in 15-19 minutes. I showed up almost 35 minutes later for them to tell me they never got My order. In fact, they didn't get any online orders. Until I showed them the email and text message with my paid receipt and confirmation number. Only then did they "get" my order. So on top of the 35 minutes I was already waiting, I waited an additional 20 sitting in my car in a parking spot so they could cook my food.On the other hand, the food was very good. The fries weren't fresh but everything else was perfect.

I was greeted when walking in the front door and again at the counter when ordering. Very friendly helpful staff. Our food came out correctly and quickly! We rarely eat carbs so it means alot to us that our burgers were made correctly and were constructed properly. I also LOVE that this hardees has diet dr pepper! Will come back!Parking: About 20 extra spots openKid-friendliness: We took our 10 year old and he loves everything on the menu.Wheelchair accessibility: Several spots right at the main entrances.

Worst experience I have every had with food. Ordered a plain hamburger and a double cheeseburger. Both of which should have been cooked fresh. The meat was so dry on the double cheeseburger it was like cardboard. The bread was toasted so much you literally could break it in half like toast. And the plain hamburger was a plain cheeseburger. I watched thru the window has the employees walked around on cell phones and the manager on duty just didn't care. The driver thru attendant was the only one I saw working. And he kept asking for my food. I knew it was going be bad because it took a so long. Waited 10 minutes. The only satisfied customers were my dogs. They got to eat both.

I wouldn't give it 1 star but I had to. Hubby went and got us supper last night and the fries were so greasy and wasn't done completely. The HB chick sandwiches that he got us tasted spoiled. This place has went down hill lately. I seriously doubt I will ever go back there if its not for a biscuit. They need to get it together!

The service is so terrible to the point, it makes the food taste bad. I’m from outta town and I’ve been working up here for about two weeks.. 4 times (early morning) I’ve come to Hardee’s and no one was in the dining room, drive thru was backed up .. so I went inside. On EVERY occasion they waited on every single person in the drive through before even taking my order. One of those days the entire crew walked in the door behind me as if they were having a “hot lap” around the parking lot. Just to come in with an attitude & poor service. Spare yourself, I’m not just a mad one time customer..

I would give 0 stars if I could. I ordered breakfast online 10 mins b4 breakfast was over. I got to the store to get my food and the manager on duty, Renee, was rude. She told me she never received my order, that breakfast was not being served anymore and she didn't know what she wanted me to do. I showed her the order on my phone, she gave it back and shrugged her shoulders at me. I asked what do I do about a refund and she looked at me without saying anything. I called corporate, left a message about the situation and NEVER got a call back or my money back. I had to go through my bank to get my money back. Bad service

Wanted the tender meal, they said the fryer was down so they couldnt make the tenders or fries. They didn't tell me this until after I had paid for the full meal, but I was hungry and at this poijt judt said whatever. Said okay, just give me a mushroom and swiss burger and the drink. After sitting for ten minutes with no one ahead of me, got a burger that was soaked in grease to the point they had wrapped it up twice, and fries! But the fries were old, cold and very gross tasting. The drink wasn't even correct, asked for a coke and got what tasted like near flat diet pepsi. Won't be back.
