I love Groomingdales! We are new to area. We have 2 poodles. Poodles can be hard to groom. Often groomers don’t know how to do the proper details of a good poodle cut. Groomingdales did a superb job with our poodles. Our groomer clearly has poodle expertise, but above that, they are kind, attentive, listened to my requests, and were above-and-beyond professional. I asked for a working cut, with short ears because we are in the woods a lot lately, and that’s exactly what we got! Also my dogs came back clean and sweet, without smelling heavily of perfumes, and they finished in a timely manner. I highly recommend!

Highly recommend Groomingdales. My pomeranian mix Buddy has been a pain in the butt to groom for several years now and she was able to create a bond with him in just a short time and his haircut looks amazing 🤩 Thanks again. We will most definitely be making this our permanent groomer. PS: I like all the plants too

Very professional cut on my standard poodle and he was calm and happy when I picked him up instead of cowering like he has been in every other groomer. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

In the past, I’ve had great experiences, but recently had an unprofessional exchange with the owner. I had tried to reach the business multiple times to schedule an appointment, and made a personal decision to book elsewhere due to my family’s situation and needs. When I simply informed the owner of this when she finally responded to schedule, she had no problem rudely reminding me of her grooming expertise and wishing me luck with my “new groomer,” as if I wasn’t planning to book with them again. It’s sad that people spend their time defending themselves more than trying to understand others. I won’t “bother” this business again, and won’t reference them either.

Awesome people that work hard to keep up a solid reputation. Prices are very good, especially considering they are so meticulously about their process. Always a friendly experience when I always walk out laugh with a smile on my face.
