Never had a bad experience with the pharmacy until today . This morning the lady at the window was extremely rude with a condescending tone towards me . Told me my medicine would be ready later , came back later and told me it still wasn’t ready… gave them 4 hours came back just for them to tell me VERY RUDELY that my medicine was at ANOTHER PHARMACY. . Never coming back here !!!!

Drove all the way to get my medicine and when we arrived they didn’t even have it like they said they did. Literally asked if I wanted a different medicine. Drove to 3 different stores before I finally got my meds.

The staff is fairly friendly.The store is well kept.Sale items are in stock and the restroom is clean. The staff for the store has been attentive when visited (no every and not all).The downside is the wait time to get a prescription filled. 15-20 minutes is understandable but it's never less than one hour. This is absurd. Several customers do not live close to the store and having to wait an hour or more for a prescription is unacceptable. And more times than not, they are out of the prescription needed so you have to go elsewhere or or get what they do have and come back the next day or wait for the next shipment to arrive. It is very inconvenient for customers as well as frustrating. Fred's is next door and they have a pharmacy also.I'm sure CVS has lost loyal customers to Fred's Pharmacy due to these issues.Possibly if customers did not go to the pharmacy just to "chat" as stated by one reviewer, the staff could be more efficient in their service.So,now I'm not sure it's the staff,maybe it's the inconsiderate customers not allowing the staff to do their job because they want to chat with the employees.

The prices for meds are crazy high. The smaller hometown pharmacies have better prices. There customer service is ok. But there always seems to be a problem with meds or refills and it takes forever to get anything done. I don't recommend these big chain pharmacies to anyone. I switched recently to Carolina Comm Pharm and it's so much better.

3 years ago I had nothing good to say about CVS pharmacy. But now, since they have gotten new and wonderful staff, it is a delight to use them again. They are warm, welcoming and informative. Thank you for all you do!!

The time waiting on the phone is so frustrating. I drove from Cross Hill, SC to Ware Shoals and was on hold waiting to speak with the pharmacist the entire way. The reason i gave them 2 stars is because when they finally picked up, the lady was very nice.

These reviews that I have read are ridiculise. They must be talking about another store. I have been a customer here for 10 years and I have never had a problem with the service from the employees. The people that I know that do an excellent job and have a professional work ethic are ,Jane,Jean,Malisa,Jennifer,Jenna,Greta,and Dave,The other workers I do not know that well but I have encounters with them a time or too and never had a problem. I love going to just visit at different times just to talk. They are my friends and I am offended at the other negative reviews that some of the other people have wrote. I bet they have a problem pretty much every were they go just because it does not work there way,to bad.. To put my foot down, I would recommend this store to anybody. I love this store for the people that work in the pharmacy and up front,GOOD JOB MY FRIENDS!!

Only a couple staff the store has that been there and 2 others that are newly PER say one front store employee are what makes the store better and THIER nice hello and have a nice day to all costomesrs near or interact with they work as they seem to care about the company reason and goals for community .. Health wellness and they are just Realy carding people in good customer service to any and all visitors that come,to the store , I like it and I'm not the only one who thinks and knows that the community AKA town pepole believe the CVS need an great upgrade or new store and an neighbor store that is the same with great care in service that they are to me the top two best stores in the town and both should be highly concidard for new upgrade more products and lower prices on some select items and sales can help reach the town's economy grow by up to an 10% nearby store . thanx CVS for your few select employees on outstandy customer service they should be recconised

Poor customer service from several of the pharmacy staff on different occassions. It seems there are only a couple of helpful, friendly staff members. This used to not be the case, but I have come to the point of needing to transfer my family's prescriptions elsewhere.

I travel in my work & prefer CVS to other pharmacies, however; this CVS is special because of the personal attention the staff gives to their customers.

There's like 10 people working in Pharmacy and 1 on register so of course I had to wait 35 minutes to pick up prescription that was already ready smh

Restroom was disgusting so sad disgusting and the woman at counter dont even care so sad I was scared to use the toilet so so disgusting and today I got in touch with the DM and he hung up on me he told me that wasn't in his job description so sad.
