I was in the Dollar General on Wednesday afternoon around 6pm 2/8/24 and there was the nicest lady that helped me look for a product. She went out of her way to help. She was stocking and told me where the Dog Pads were. I want to thank her for help and customer service. It is because of people like her, that I will be back in this store.

Went in with 3 little girls who had to use the restroom (badly) and shop for a few things. Dude told us BOTH restrooms were out of order. So we had to rush somewhere else, you lost a sale and I think if your restrooms are out of order the store should be CLOSED until they're repaired. This happened at 9:15 pm on Friday, June 23, 2023. Can you let me know if they were in fact out of order of you have deceitful employees. Because I'll never darken the doors of ANY OF YOUR STORES AGAIN. And I've been a long time customer. Only clicked on the 1 star because you don't provide NEGATIVE stars.

This isn't the closest dg to me, however I started about a year ago, and Katherine is why. Her sincerity and genuine kindness is extremely hard to find these days. In addition dg has employed Heather. It's hard to find her, you have to just wait until you hear her voice. Every single time I stop she is hard at work. With good employees being so very hard to find in this day and age, I hope dg takes the time to recognize these 2 ladies and does what it takes to keep them.

ZERO STARS!!!!!!! I was in a hurry and ran in quickly to pick up a couple things. Another customer and I stood in line for about 5 minutes while the cashier gossiped with a customer. The man in front of me went to let her know that we wanted to check out. Well she continued to talk with the customer. I left my whole buggy right there and went across the street to Fred's. I will NOT be back

Again today several people not wearing face coverings. 2 signs on the door stating they are required. When i said something to cashier, she just shrugged her scholders. If you require them to be worn, enforce it. This is greenwood county. I saw $3500.00 worth of fines in the 7 min i was there. If you dont care about customer safty, you should close up and go home. I did report this...

It was very clean and the store clerk was very helpful, although her attitude was a bit.... Meh but she was quick and efficient. That made up for it very much

When you're in a hurry it's local convenient easy most of the time they have the products you need it's rare you'll have to go all the way to town to get little things for the house

They have everything you would need.. Its like a small Wal-Mart without the huge selection.. From fresh meats and produce, clothes, cleaning supplies etc

Loves the Dollar General. I couldn't believe DG has so much to offer now. WOW. The staff at this store was friendly and knowledgeable.
